1. A manual punch apparatus, comprising:

a frame (1);

an eccentric wheel (2) rotatably arranged on the frame (1);

a female die (31) of the punching die (3) arranged at the bottom of the frame (1);

the telescopic rod (4) is arranged in the rack (1), one end of the telescopic rod (4) is provided with a male die (32) of the punching die (3), and the other end of the telescopic rod is matched with the eccentric wheel (2);

the telescopic rod (4) is further provided with a return elastic piece (41), and the return elastic piece (41) is connected with the telescopic rod (4) and the rack (1) respectively.

The manual punching device according to claim 1, wherein a first bearing (42) and a first locking rod (43) are further arranged at one end, close to the eccentric wheel (2), of the telescopic rod (4), the first bearing (42) is fixedly sleeved on the first locking rod (43), and the first locking rod (43) is fixedly connected with the telescopic rod (4).

Manual punching device according to claim 1 or 4, characterized in that two second bearings (22) are provided, and a second locking lever (23), the second locking lever (23) is fixedly connected with the frame (1), the second bearings (22) are rotatably arranged on the second locking lever (23), and both sides of the eccentric (2) are fixedly connected with one second bearing (22), respectively.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of machining equipment, in particular to a manual punching device.

Background

Punching refers to punching various patterns on materials such as steel plates, leather, cloth, wood plates and the like so as to meet different processing or assembling requirements. In the prior art, drilling machining is generally carried out by adopting a drilling machine, or punching machining, or laser integral cutting machining; but the drilling machine machining efficiency is low, and punch press and laser machining efficiency are high, be fit for big batch processing, but with high costs, it is difficult to satisfy the needs that the quick punching treatment of small-scale.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a manual punching apparatus; the application provides a manual punching device, simple structure, small and exquisite flexibility, convenient to use, with low costs, efficient, portable to optional position uses to can adapt to various operational environment, can satisfy various hole machining demands such as punching a hole, reaming, repaieing the hole, application scope is wide.

The technical scheme provided by the invention is as follows:

a manual punch apparatus comprising:

a frame;

the eccentric wheel is rotatably arranged on the frame;

the female die is arranged at the bottom of the rack and used for punching the die;

the telescopic rod is arranged in the rack, one end of the telescopic rod is provided with a male die of the punching die, and the other end of the telescopic rod is matched with the eccentric wheel;

the telescopic link still is equipped with return elastic component, return elastic component connects respectively the telescopic link with the frame.

Preferably, the telescopic link is close to the one end of eccentric wheel still is equipped with first bearing, first locking lever, the fixed cover of first bearing is established on the first locking lever, first locking lever with telescopic link fixed connection.

Preferably, the eccentric is provided with a groove which is matched with the first bearing.

Preferably, the eccentric wheel is further fixedly connected with a handle, and the rack is provided with a groove for the handle to move.

Preferably, two second bearings and a second locking rod are arranged, the second locking rod is fixedly connected with the rack, the second bearings are rotatably arranged on the second locking rod, and two sides of the eccentric wheel are respectively fixedly connected with one of the second bearings.

Preferably, a spacer sleeve is further arranged in the second bearing.

Preferably, the frame is provided with a fixed block, the telescopic rod is provided with a check ring, and two ends of the return elastic member are respectively fixedly connected with the fixed block and the check ring.

a frame 1;

an eccentric wheel 2 rotatably arranged on the frame 1;

a female die 31 of the punching die 3 arranged at the bottom of the frame 1;

the telescopic rod 4 is arranged in the rack 1, one end of the telescopic rod 4 is provided with a male die 32 of the punching die 3, and the other end of the telescopic rod is matched with the eccentric wheel 2;

the telescopic rod 4 is further provided with a return elastic member 41, and the return elastic member 41 is connected with the telescopic rod 4 and the rack 1 respectively.

Preferably, one end of the telescopic rod 4 close to the eccentric wheel 2 is further provided with a first bearing 42 and a first locking rod 43, the first bearing 42 is fixedly sleeved on the first locking rod 43, and the first locking rod 43 is fixedly connected with the telescopic rod 4.

Preferably, the eccentric 2 is provided with a groove cooperating with the first bearing 42.

Specifically, the first bearing 42 is arranged on the telescopic rod 4 to be matched with the eccentric wheel 2, and more preferably, the eccentric wheel 2 is provided with a groove matched with the first bearing 42, and the groove is tangent to the periphery of the first bearing 42, so that the eccentric wheel can be prevented from being deviated when the periphery of the first bearing 42 is extruded. The first bearing 42 is fixedly connected to the telescopic rod 4 via a first locking rod 43, and the telescopic rod 4 is preferably a locking screw. More preferably, the first bearing 42 is disposed in an inner groove at the upper end of the extendable rod 4, and is fastened and locked by the first locking rod 43 penetrating the inner ring of the extendable rod 4 and the first bearing 42.

Preferably, the eccentric wheel 2 is further fixedly connected with a handle 21, and the frame 1 is provided with a groove for moving the handle 21.

The rotation of the eccentric wheel 2 is realized by arranging a handle 21, and an operator rotates the handle 21 to drive the eccentric wheel 2 to rotate. The frame 1 is provided with a slot for the handle 21 to move, so that the handle 21 moves in the slot during each operation.

The eccentric lever principle is used, the handle 21 is used for enabling the eccentric wheel 2 to perform eccentric motion, the first bearing 42 below is pressed in a rolling mode through the displacement of the eccentric wheel 2, the telescopic rod 4 is forced to move downwards, and the punching action is completed; after the pressure of the handle 21 is relieved, the return elastic member 41 returns to enable the telescopic rod 4 to retract upwards, and the return action is completed.

Preferably, two second bearings 22 and a second locking rod 23 are provided, the second locking rod 23 is fixedly connected with the frame 1, the second bearings 22 are rotatably arranged on the second locking rod 23, and two sides of the eccentric wheel 2 are respectively fixedly connected with one of the second bearings 22.

Preferably, a spacer is further disposed in the second bearing 22.

A second bearing 22, a second locking lever 23, is preferably provided to rotatably mount the eccentric 2 in a fixed position on the frame 1. Specifically, the left end and the right end of the inner part of the wheel body of the eccentric wheel 2 are respectively provided with a second bearing 22, the outer side of each second bearing 22 is preferably provided with a spacer sleeve for limiting, and the second locking rod 23 penetrates through the two side plates of the main body of the machine frame 1 for fastening and locking.

Preferably, the frame 1 is provided with a fixed block 11, the telescopic rod 4 is provided with a retainer ring 44, and two ends of the return elastic member 41 are respectively and fixedly connected with the fixed block 11 and the retainer ring 44.

Preferably, the return elastic member 41 is embodied as a spring.

Preferably, the fixed block 11 is arranged on the frame 1, the check ring 44 is arranged on the telescopic rod 4, and two ends of the return elastic member 41 are respectively fixedly connected with the fixed block 11 and the check ring 44 and used for returning the telescopic rod 4. The return resilient member 41 is preferably a spring.

Preferably, the frame 1 comprises a base and a sleeve vertically arranged on the base, the eccentric wheel 2 and the telescopic rod 4 are arranged in the sleeve, and the male die 32 extends out of the bottom of the sleeve.

Preferably, the frame 1 comprises a base and a sleeve vertically arranged on the base, and the eccentric wheel 2 and the telescopic rod 4 are arranged in the sleeve to protect the whole device; and the male die 32 extends out from the bottom of the sleeve, so that the male die is convenient to be matched with the female die 31 for punching operation.

When setting up fixed block 11, preferably set up fixed block 11 at telescopic inner wall, fix through the fastener to set up the through-hole that supplies telescopic link 4 to pass at fixed block 11, telescopic link 4 can be nimble round trip movement within sleeve and fixed block 11.

Preferably, the male die 32 is detachably connected with the telescopic rod 4, and the female die 31 is detachably connected with the rack 1.

Preferably, the male die 32 is detachably connected with the telescopic rod 4, and the female die 31 is detachably connected with the rack 1, so that the used punching die can be replaced conveniently according to different punching hole diameters or hole expanding and repairing requirements.

More preferably, a blanking hole is arranged below the concave die 32 of the frame 1, so that punched materials can fall off conveniently.
