When the wheel trim cover 2 is pulled out, the handle 15 is held by one hand, the outer coil spring 16 or the arc blade 12 is held by the other hand (to avoid that the pressing-off force is larger during pulling-out, the arc blade 12 expands outwards), and the wheel trim cover 2 can be pulled out from the center hole of the hub 3 by force. Then, the two arc blades 12 are opened by hand, and the draw hooks 13 at the ends of the arc blades can be taken out from the gap between the annular surface of the gap of the wheel decorative cover and the plane of the opening of the central hole of the hub, so that the disassembly process of the wheel decorative cover is realized.
