firstly, stopping a blast furnace feeding trolley to a proper position, and fixing the feeding trolley by using an auxiliary steel wire rope and a shackle;

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of blast furnace feeding equipment, in particular to a steel wire rope tightening and adjusting device and a steel wire rope tightening and adjusting method for a blast furnace feeding trolley.

Background

In the production process of the blast furnace, the feeding of the blast furnace is realized through a feeding trolley which is pulled through a steel wire rope. After the steel wire rope is used for a period of time, the steel wire rope can deform (stretch and extend), so that the steel wire rope newly replaced by the blast furnace feeding trolley needs to be effectively tightened and adjusted due to certain stretching length after the steel wire rope is used for a period of time, and normal operation of equipment is ensured.

In the prior art, because the steel wire rope of the blast furnace feeding trolley is not provided with an effective adjusting device, the problems of tedious adjustment, poor flexibility, long time consumption and the like exist in the traditional adjusting method, and due to the problems, the normal feeding of the blast furnace is influenced, the blast furnace stops blowing, the yield is reduced and the like.

In addition, for the adjustment of the steel wire rope of the feeding trolley, after the blast furnace such as 5-6 equipment maintenance personnel and the like is shut down in advance in each adjustment operation, the steel wire rope is effectively adjusted on site according to the elongation condition of the steel wire rope, and the adjustment mode has serious waste of human resources.

At present, there is not an adjusting device who tightens up fast to blast furnace material loading dolly wire rope in prior art, and through the on-the-spot regulation mode analysis to blast furnace material loading dolly wire rope, traditional blast furnace material loading dolly wire rope tightens up the regulation mode fast and summarizes mainly to have following characteristic and shortcoming:

(1) the traditional steel wire rope adjusting device for the blast furnace feeding trolley adopts a steel wire rope clamp connection mode, and the device needs a maintenance worker to disassemble 5 rope clamps on site, then use manpower to tighten up the steel wire rope, and then install the 5 steel wire rope clamps again, so that the work is complicated, the operation time is long, and the labor intensity is high;

(2) the length of the steel wire rope tightened by manpower of the blast furnace feeding trolley is not accurate enough, so that the difficulty in adjusting the encoder of an electrical appliance system is increased, the adjustment time is too long, and the production of the blast furnace is influenced;

(3) the blast furnace feeding system is provided with two feeding trolleys, and because the steel wire ropes are tightened by full manpower, the force is limited, and the operation difficulty is increased along with the reduction of the physical strength of personnel.

In one embodiment of the invention, the steel wire rope tightening and adjusting device of the blast furnace charging trolley comprises five chain units consisting of ten special-shaped chain plates, and all the chain units are sequentially arranged and connected in a straight shape. The invention is matched with the steel wire rope for use, so that the chain unit can be disassembled according to the stretching length of the steel wire rope.

The invention has the advantages of simple and practical structure, reasonable design, safety, reliability, low manufacturing cost and the like. The blast furnace feeding trolley adopts the special-shaped chain plate adjusting device which is detachably arranged, and the length of a steel wire rope of the blast furnace feeding trolley can be effectively adjusted. The invention ensures that the device can be quickly, safely and effectively tightened and adjusted in the operation process, reduces the maintenance time of single equipment, reduces the labor intensity of workers, effectively reduces the damping down rate of the blast furnace, ensures the normal operation of the blast furnace production, improves the operation efficiency and realizes the requirement of 'single mold changing' in lean production. Compared with the original shutdown processing mode, the single-division mode switching can realize the non-shutdown processing after improvement.

Through the structural design, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

(1) the design is ingenious, the structure is simple, and the manufacturing cost is low.

The steel wire rope tightening and adjusting device of the blast furnace feeding trolley provided by the invention is additionally arranged on the basis of the original steel wire rope and the structure of the blast furnace feeding trolley, the steel wire rope and the blast furnace feeding trolley do not need to be structurally improved, and the device is simple in structure, convenient to use and low in manufacturing cost.

(2) The dismouting is convenient, and consuming time is few.

According to the steel wire rope tightening and adjusting device for the blast furnace feeding trolley, after the steel wire rope tightening and adjusting device is installed on the steel wire rope and the blast furnace feeding trolley, only the chain unit needs to be disassembled when the steel wire rope is tightened, only the two pin shafts 4 need to be disassembled or reinstalled when the chain unit is disassembled and assembled, compared with the traditional steel wire rope buckling and adjusting device, the steel wire rope tightening and adjusting device for the blast furnace feeding trolley is less in adjusting time, and can complete the steel wire rope tightening and adjusting operation of the blast furnace feeding trolley within 10 minutes.

(3) The adjustability is more flexible.

The steel wire rope tightening and adjusting device for the blast furnace feeding trolley, provided by the invention, can be used for disassembling a single group of chain units or a double group of chain units, and has better adjustment flexibility than the traditional steel wire rope buckle connection (10 buckles need to be disassembled and then 10 buckles need to be installed again).
