Technical Field

The invention relates to rubber, in particular to an NBR (nitrile-butadiene rubber) material for a high-strength super-wear-resistant rubber roll.

Background

The rubber roller is a roller-shaped product which is made by taking metal or other materials as a core and coating rubber outside by vulcanization, generally comprises outer layer rubber, a hard rubber layer, a metal core, a roller neck and a vent hole, and the processing comprises the working procedures of roller core sand blasting, bonding treatment, rubberizing forming, cloth wrapping, iron wire winding, vulcanizing in a vulcanizing tank, surface processing and the like. The rubber roller is widely applied to various industries such as papermaking, printing and dyeing, printing, grain processing, metallurgy, plastic processing and the like.

For the rubber roller, the strength and the wear resistance determine the service life, in order to increase the service life, not only the maintenance and attention should be paid to during the use, but also the strengthening of the strength and the wear resistance of the material during the production is a long-term concern in the industry.

The nitrile rubber, NBR for short, is prepared by emulsion polymerization of butadiene and acrylonitrile, and the acrylonitrile content (%) of the nitrile rubber selected by the invention is 30-35.

The carboxyl nitrile rubber is XNBR for short, and the relative density is 0.98-0.99. The carboxyl-based nitrile rubber is introduced, so that the polarity is increased, the strength can be improved, the rubber material has good aging resistance, and the wear resistance and the tear strength are further improved.

The carbon black and the semi-reinforcing furnace black can enhance the conventional physical properties and a certain friction force required by the rubber compound and prolong the service life of the rubber compound.

The anti-aging agent is a mixture of an anti-aging agent RD, an anti-aging agent BLE and an anti-aging agent MB, so that the stability of the rubber material can be improved, and the thermal aging resistance of the rubber material can be enhanced.

The invention also discloses a preparation method of the NBR rubber material for the high-strength super-wear-resistant rubber roll, which comprises the following preparation steps according to the performance requirement characteristics of a formula.

(1) Preparing materials, wherein according to the whole formula and the mixing characteristic of rubber, the preparation sequence is as follows:

nitrile rubber, carboxyl nitrile rubber → semi-reinforcing furnace black, carbon black → zinc oxide, stearic acid, anti-aging agent, processing oil → softener → accelerator;

(2) the first mixing step, namely, putting the nitrile rubber, the carboxyl nitrile rubber, the anti-aging agent, the zinc oxide and the stearic acid into an internal mixer for mixing for 60 s; adding a softener, adding the semi-reinforcing furnace black, the carbon black and the processing oil into an internal mixer, mixing for 80-120 s, cleaning an upper top plug, finally mixing for 50-80s, discharging and discharging to obtain a mixed rubber A for later use;

(3) and (3) mixing for the second time, adding the accelerator into the mixed rubber A, mixing for 60-100 seconds, cleaning, mixing for 30-60 seconds again, and discharging for later use after sufficient mixing dispersion is ensured.

The nitrile rubber is adopted as the main rubber, the wear resistance is excellent, and the nitrile rubber is matched with the carboxyl nitrile rubber for use, so that the rubber material has good aging resistance, and the wear resistance and the tearing strength are further improved; and a proper protection system is matched, so that the product has a good service life.

The product has the advantages of excellent aging resistance, high tensile strength, excellent tear resistance, favorable processing, favorable abrasion resistance, aging resistance and stability, excellent comprehensive performance and low cost, and can meet the use requirements of the common rubber rollers at present.
