With the continuous development of the wind power industry, the double-row conical bearing is gradually applied to a main shaft of a fan, the stress condition of a wind wheel is extremely bad in the operation process of a wind driven generator, the wind wheel needs to continuously operate under a rapidly changing load, and the main shaft bearing plays a vital role in ensuring the stable operation of the fan, and blades borne by the main shaft bearing transmit various complex working conditions on the main shaft, so that the double-row conical bearing is different from a common turntable bearing in design, manufacture and maintenance and the service life of the double-row conical bearing is ensured for 20 years.

Because the working environment of the fan is complex and severe, parts of the bearing are particularly important in structural design, manufacturing and the like, wherein the double-row conical main shaft bearing retainer is an important aspect of research all the time. As the welding spot of the retainer is easy to fall off along with the operation of the bearing, the service performance of the bearing is affected, and the service life of the bearing cannot be met.

According to the fan structure of the prior art, the invention aims to provide a large double-row conical main shaft bearing retainer for improving the stability of the conical bearing retainer under the condition that a double-row conical bearing is used as a fan main shaft bearing.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: the double-row conical main shaft bearing retainer is an independent split type, two rows of rollers are respectively retained between raceways of an inner ring and an outer ring of a bearing by retainers on two sides, the retainer comprises a strut and gaskets connected to two ends of the strut, one end of the strut is provided with a threaded end, the other end of the strut is provided with a smooth end, and the threaded end of the strut is in threaded connection with the gaskets; the thread directions of the threaded ends of the struts on the retainers on the two sides are opposite.
