Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of condensers, in particular to a condenser.

Background

The parallel flow condenser is a heat exchanger, and is widely applied to industrial departments such as petrochemical industry, oil refining, aviation, light industry, metallurgy, building, atomic energy, power, shipbuilding and the like, such as automobiles, refrigerators and thermal power plants, and especially the field of automobile air conditioning refrigeration, and plays an important role. The heat exchange efficiency of the parallel flow condenser directly affects the performance of the whole refrigeration system. When the refrigerant steam is condensed and exchanges heat in the parallel flow condenser, the liquid refrigerant is continuously accumulated, a formed liquid film is continuously thickened, the liquid film prevents the steam from contacting with the wall surface and is the main thermal resistance of the condensation and heat exchange, the condensation effect is rapidly deteriorated, and the heat exchange coefficient is reduced. The reduction of the heat exchange efficiency of the refrigerant side also influences the heat exchange efficiency of the air side, and the temperature of the outer wall of the tube is reduced due to the increase of the heat resistance of the condensation heat exchange of the refrigerant in the tube, so that the utilization rate of the louver fins is reduced. In order to solve the problems, the conventional condenser mainly meets the refrigeration requirement by increasing the heat exchange area, so that the volume and the weight of the condenser are increased, and the manufacturing cost is higher.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provides the condenser which is simple in structure, convenient to operate and practical.

The invention is realized by the following modes:

a condenser, characterized by: the device comprises a left collecting pipe and a right collecting pipe which are arranged at intervals, wherein the left collecting pipe and the right collecting pipe are communicated through a plurality of flat pipes; the left collecting pipe is provided with a liquid inlet hole and a liquid outlet hole; a plurality of vapor-liquid separation devices are respectively arranged in the left collecting pipe and the right collecting pipe at intervals, and the vapor-liquid separation devices, the flat pipes, the left collecting pipe and the right collecting pipe form an S-shaped flow passage; the gas-liquid separation device comprises a valve body matched with the left collecting pipe and the right collecting pipe; the valve comprises a valve body, a valve seat, a lower valve cover, a valve seat, a mounting hole, an opening and closing piece, a valve body and a valve seat, wherein the top of the valve body is provided with a plurality of through holes, the bottom of the valve body is provided with the valve seat, the mounting hole is formed in the valve seat, the mounting hole is internally connected with the opening and closing piece, the upper end of the opening and closing piece penetrates through the; a shape memory spring is arranged between the lower valve cover and the valve seat; the lower valve cover is connected with an upper valve cover through a common spring, and the upper valve cover is positioned in the valve body; the upper end of the upper valve cover is connected with the top of the valve body through an adjusting bolt.
