1. A nursing bed, comprising:
the bed comprises a bed main body, a shielding piece and a drainage device, wherein a drainage port is formed in the bed main body; the drainage device comprises a toilet and a linkage mechanism, wherein the shielding piece is connected with the bed main body and used for opening or closing the drainage port, the linkage mechanism is simultaneously connected with the shielding piece and the toilet and used for driving the shielding piece to move to open when the toilet moves relative to the bed main body and is aligned with the drainage port or driving the shielding piece to close when the toilet moves relative to the bed main body and is staggered with the drainage port.
2. The nursing bed of claim 1, wherein:

the linkage mechanism further comprises a first lever, the first lever is rotatably connected with the bed main body, the first transmission piece is rotatably matched with one end of the first lever, the other end of the first lever is rotatably matched with the closestool, and the sliding piece is used for driving the first transmission piece to move so as to drive the first lever to rotate, so that the closestool is driven to be opposite to the discharge port or staggered with the discharge port.

the linkage mechanism further comprises a guide structure, and the guide structure is connected to the sliding piece and the bed main body at the same time and used for guiding the sliding piece to slide along the preset direction.
9. The nursing bed of claim 1, wherein:
the nursing bed also comprises a cover body, wherein the cover body is movably connected with the closestool and is used for opening or closing the opening of the closestool; the linkage mechanism is connected with the cover body and used for enabling the cover body to move relative to the toilet bowl to open the opening when the toilet bowl moves to be aligned with the discharge opening; or moving the cover relative to the toilet to close the opening when the toilet is moved to be misaligned with the drain opening.
10. The nursing bed of claim 9 wherein:
the linkage mechanism further comprises a gear and a rack which are meshed with each other, the gear is connected with the cover body, and the cover body is rotationally connected with the closestool; the rack is connected with the bed main body; when the toilet moves to be aligned with the discharge opening, the gear rotates relative to the rack and moves along the extending direction of the rack so as to drive the cover body to rotate, and therefore the opening is opened; when the closestool moves to be staggered with the discharge opening, the gear rotates relative to the rack and moves along the extending direction of the rack so as to drive the cover body to rotate, and therefore the opening is closed.

Background
With the rapid development of the medical level in China and the rise of the requirements of people on medical equipment, the career cares of the cared people are continuously developed, and simultaneously, with the serious problem of aging of the population, the improvement of the family care and nursing of the elderly who cannot take care of themselves due to physical weakness and bedridden or diseases becomes an important subject.
Currently, for the care of patients, a nursing bed is adopted as an auxiliary measure.
In research, the prior nursing bed has the following defects:

the bed comprises a bed main body, a shielding piece and a drainage device, wherein a drainage port is formed in the bed main body; the drainage device comprises a closestool and a linkage mechanism, the shielding piece is connected with the bed main body and used for opening or closing the drainage port, the linkage mechanism is connected with the shielding piece and the closestool at the same time and used for driving the shielding piece to move to open the drainage port when the closestool moves relative to the bed main body and is aligned with the drainage port, or driving the shielding piece to close the drainage port when the closestool moves relative to the bed main body and is staggered with the drainage port.
In an alternative embodiment, the bed body has a support surface for carrying the patient, and the top of the shield is flush with the support surface when the shield is in a position closing the drainage port.
In an optional embodiment, the linkage mechanism comprises a sliding part, a first transmission part and a second transmission part, wherein the first transmission part is in transmission connection with the toilet, and the second transmission part is in transmission connection with the shielding part; the first transmission piece and the second transmission piece are both movably connected with the sliding piece, the sliding piece is connected with the bed main body, and when the sliding piece moves relative to the bed main body and drives the first transmission piece to move so as to enable the closestool to be aligned with the drainage port, the second transmission piece is driven to move so as to enable the shielding piece to open the drainage port; or when the sliding piece moves relative to the bed main body and drives the first transmission piece to move so as to enable the closestool to be staggered with the drainage port, the second transmission piece is driven to move so as to enable the shielding piece to close the drainage port.
In an optional embodiment, the linkage mechanism further includes a first lever, the first lever is rotatably connected to the bed main body, the first transmission member is rotatably engaged with one end of the first lever, the other end of the first lever is rotatably engaged with the toilet, and the slider is configured to drive the first transmission member to move so as to drive the first lever to rotate, so as to drive the toilet to face the discharge opening or to be staggered with the discharge opening.
In an optional embodiment, the linkage mechanism further includes a second lever, the second lever is rotatably connected to the bed main body, one end of the second lever is connected to the second transmission member, the other end of the second lever is connected to the shielding member, and the sliding member is configured to drive the second transmission member to move and drive the second lever to rotate, so as to drive the shielding member to open or close the drain opening.

In an alternative embodiment, the nursing bed further comprises a cover body, wherein the cover body is movably connected with the closestool and used for opening or closing the opening of the closestool; the linkage mechanism is connected with the cover body and is used for enabling the cover body to move relative to the closestool to open the opening when the closestool moves to be aligned with the discharge opening; or when the toilet is moved to be offset from the discharge opening, the cover is moved relative to the toilet to close the opening.
In an optional embodiment, the linkage mechanism further comprises a gear and a rack which are meshed with each other, the gear is connected with the cover body, and the cover body is rotationally connected with the toilet bowl; the rack is connected with the bed main body; when the closestool moves to be aligned with the discharge port, the gear rotates relative to the rack and moves along the extending direction of the rack so as to drive the cover body to rotate, and therefore the opening is opened; when the closestool moves to be staggered with the discharge opening, the gear rotates relative to the rack and moves along the extending direction of the rack so as to drive the cover body to rotate, and therefore the opening is closed.
The beneficial effects of the embodiment of the invention include, for example:
to sum up, the nursing bed that this embodiment provided, when normal condition, the shielding piece shutoff is in excretion hole department, and the patient is when using nursing bed, and the patient is difficult for being absorbed in excretion hole, and the patient uses more comfortablely. And the excretion device is staggered with the excretion hole, namely the excretion device is not right opposite to the excretion hole, so that the excrement in the excretion device can be cleaned conveniently. When the excretion device is needed, the toilet of the excretion device moves to the position below the excretion hole and is right opposite to the excretion hole, the shielding piece leaves the excretion hole to open the excretion hole under the action of the linkage mechanism, two actions of opening the excretion hole and moving the excretion device do not need to be separately carried out, the operation is convenient and fast, the operation steps are saved, the operation time is saved, and the defecation of a patient is facilitated.
