Background

In a typical wrist-worn device, the band is usually a solid structure and only plays a wearing role, and if some parts need to be added to the wrist-worn device to correspondingly increase the function of the wrist-worn device, the band is usually realized by continuously enlarging the volume of the device body, and the band is not fully utilized.

Therefore, how to improve the utilization rate of the space of the meter strip is a technical problem which needs to be solved by the technical personnel in the field at present.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a wrist-worn device that effectively utilizes a watchband space.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:

In one embodiment, the wrist-worn device includes a device body 1 and a wristband.

Device body 1 includes a case 11 and a main control assembly 12 disposed in case 11. The main control assembly 12 includes a main board 121 and functional components, such as a heart rate sensor, a microphone, and bluetooth, for performing corresponding functions of the wrist-worn device. Case 11 includes a case ear 111, and case ear 111 is provided with a fitting groove 112 for attaching a band. The band includes a mounting post 34, and the mounting post 34 is detachably inserted and fixed in the mounting groove 112, thereby realizing detachable connection of the band and the apparatus main body. In the connected state of the mounting post 34 and the mounting groove 112, both the mounting post 34 and the mounting groove 112 are kept relatively still, but the portion of the watchband 11 outside the mounting groove 112 is movable, for example, the bending degree is adjusted to ensure the wearing comfort.

The hollow arrangement of the watchband mounting post 34 realizes the effective utilization of the watchband space, the expansibility functional component is arranged at the mounting post 34 connected with the surface lug 111 of the device main body 1, and the normal use of the expansibility functional component is not influenced no matter how the main body part of the watchband outside the surface lug 111 is bent when in use; the detachable connection of the watchband and the device main body 1 can be realized through the inserting and matching of the mounting column 34 and the watch ear 111, and the electric connection of the expansibility functional component and the main control component can be completed in the process of assembling the watchband in the device main body 1, so that the assembly is convenient.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, 7, 8 and 11, a slot 35 is provided at one end of the quick release block 3 away from the mounting post 34 in the extending direction of the watch band, and a locking hole 36 communicating with the slot 35 is provided on the quick release block 3. The strap body 2 is embedded with two lock nuts 21 perpendicular to the extending direction of the watchband. As shown in fig. 12, 13 and 14, a battery positive electrode 331 and a battery negative electrode 332 are protruded from the outer surface of the band battery 33, and accordingly, two battery conductive pieces 31 that are respectively in contact with the battery positive electrode 331 and the battery negative electrode 332 and are electrically conductive are fixedly disposed on the mounting post 34, and the two battery conductive pieces 31 are respectively electrically connected to two pogopin14 on the device body 1.

Here, two watchbands are generally included in the wrist-worn device, and the extendable function components in both watchbands may each include the above-described watchband battery 33, or only one watchband may include the above-described watchband battery 33.

The extendable functional component may only include the watch band battery 33, and the inner cavity 341 and the watch band battery 33 are designed to be similar to each other, so as to prevent the watch band battery 33 from shaking in the inner cavity 341. As shown in fig. 5 and 12, the watch band battery 33 is a cylindrical structure, and correspondingly, the inner cavity 341 is a cylindrical structure attached to the outer surface of the watch band battery 33, and in addition, one of the watch band battery 33 and the inner cavity 341 may be provided with a limit groove extending along the axial direction of the inner cavity 341, and the other one is provided with a matched limit protrusion, so that the watch band battery 33 is prevented from rotating in the inner cavity 341 through the plugging fit of the limit groove and the limit protrusion.

Further, the expandability function part is electrically connected to the main board 121 in the main control module 12, and the charging structure on the device main body 1 is electrically connected to the main board 121, so that the watchband battery 33 is charged through the charging structure, the main board 121, the pogopin FPC solder wire 13, the pogopin14, and the battery conductive block 31, that is, the watchband battery 33 can be charged without detaching the watchband battery 33.

Further, the main control assembly 12 further includes a main battery 122 electrically connected to the main board 121. All set up the battery in equipment main part 1 and the watchcase 11, compare and wear equipment in the wrist that only sets up the battery among the prior art in equipment main part 1, can greatly improve duration. The main battery 122 may be charged by the same charging structure as the band battery 33.

The assembly process of the wrist-worn device provided by the embodiment is as follows:

assembling the watchband: the watch buckle 23 is assembled to the belt body 2 first, and the watch buckle 23 can connect two belt bodies 2. After the band body 2 is inserted into the quick- release block 3, 2 locking screws 22 are screwed, the watchband battery 33 is loaded into the mounting column 34, the end cover 32 is buckled on the mounting column 34 through a buckle to protect the watchband battery 33 from falling out of the inner cavity 341, and finally the battery conducting block 31 is fixed on the quick-release block 3 through dispensing. Or, after assembling the watch band battery 33, the end cap 32 and the battery conducting block 31 to the quick-release block 3, the quick-release block 3 is fixed on the band body 2 by the locking screw 22.

Assembling a main body: after the main body battery 122 is fixedly connected to the main board 121 in a manner of being fixed by welding and matching with the battery double-faced adhesive tape 123, two Pogopin14 are fixed on the watchcase 11 in a manner of being glued by interference fit, and the Pogopin FPC welding wire 13 is welded on the Pogopin 14.

And (3) integral assembly: band is assembled to case 11 by quick-release block 3.

Of course, in other embodiments, for the setting of the number of batteries, it is also possible to provide only the main body battery 122 in the apparatus main body 1, and not provide the band battery 33 in the band. In addition, the extendable functional unit is not limited to the watchband battery 33, and for example, a gravitational acceleration sensor for detecting the amount of movement of the human body may be provided, and in the moving state, the gravitational acceleration sensor may count a step according to the number of times of arm swing; or the expansibility functional part is a GPS sensor for positioning the position information of the user in real time; still alternatively, the expandability functional part may include at least two kinds of parts, for example, the strap battery 33 and the GPS sensor, and the number of connectors may be set correspondingly.

In addition, since the expandable function component is separated from the outside by the double-layer case structure of the case ear 111 and the mounting post 34, in order to prevent the material and thickness of the mounting post 34 and the case ear 111 from interfering with the normal use of the expandable function component, the expandable function component is preferably a band battery that supplies power to the main control unit 12 through a band connector; or, the detecting component and the detecting signal thereof are generated independently of the transmitting and receiving signal passing through the watch ear 111 and the mounting post 34 and outside, but the detecting signal is generated by the self-structure change, for example, the gravity acceleration sensor changes the self-structure when sensing the change of the acceleration force, and then the signal is generated, and the signal is transmitted to the main control component 12 through the watch band connector.

In the case of a detection component that generates a detection signal depending on a signal transmitted and received between the outer case 111 and the mounting post 34 and the outside, such as a heart rate sensor, it is necessary to directly contact the skin or keep a small distance from the skin, and when the detection component is a scalable functional component, it may be necessary to provide the mounting post 34 and the outer case 111 with a thin structure, or to provide the mounting post 34 and the outer case 111 with a through hole (preferably, a waterproof film is provided in the through hole) for communicating with the outside, so that normal use of the component can be ensured.

Obviously, in another embodiment, the case attachment hole 16 may not have a body connector. Specifically, the watchband connector is provided with an elastic connector, and in the process that the mounting column 34 is assembled in the mounting groove 112 in a sliding mode, the watchband connector is pressed in a compression state by the groove wall of the mounting groove 112 at the initial moment; when the strap connector is moved with mounting post 34 to the case attachment opening 16, the strap connector is reset to move through the case attachment opening 16 into the case interior and directly into contact with a corresponding component (e.g., electrical contact) on the master control assembly 12 for electrical connection.

Obviously, in another embodiment, the mounting post 34 and the mounting slot 112 may be fixed by inserting and inserting without relying on the strap connector and the main body connector, for example, the mounting post 34 and the mounting slot 112 may be fixed by magnetic attraction or clamping.
