Background

The tire vulcanization capsule is a hollow thin-wall rubber product, and is installed inside a tire vulcanizer to be used as an inner mold for tire shaping in the tire vulcanization molding process. Media such as superheated water or compressed air are filled into the tire curing bladder, so that the tire curing bladder stretches to support the tire rubber blank, the tire rubber blank is attached to the tire inner liner, the temperature is kept relatively balanced in the tire curing process by utilizing the flowing heat transfer characteristic of the media fluid in the tire curing bladder, the effect of uniform tire curing is achieved, and the balance performance of the tire is improved.

Tire curing bladders are important to the production of tires. The tire curing bladder is repeatedly used under the conditions of high temperature and high pressure for many times, and is required to have excellent performances such as air tightness, strength, aging resistance and the like. The rubber material used for preparing the tire curing bladder has direct influence on the quality of the tire curing bladder; as a sizing material used for hollow thin-wall rubber products, the uniform mixing plays a key role in improving the mechanical property of the hollow thin-wall rubber products, and the occurrence of weak points can be avoided. However, in the mixing process of the rubber material, the phenomena of ingredient agglomeration and carbon black agglomeration are often accompanied, so that the occurrence of rubber beans is caused, and the rubber material is not uniform; the mixing time is prolonged, the uniformity of the rubber compound can be improved to a certain extent, but the production efficiency is reduced.

CN104441539B discloses a production process of a rubber sheet for a tire curing bladder, wherein a rubber system of the rubber sheet is butyl rubber, a reinforcing filler is carbon black, and the rubber sheet is prepared by banburying, open mixing and extrusion; wherein the banburying and open mixing steps refer to patent CN102786745B, (1) 98-102 parts of butyl rubber, 4.96-5.04 parts of zinc oxide, 0.9996-1.0004 parts of stearic acid, 7.35-7.65 parts of vulcanized resin, 44.1-45.9 parts of N220 carbon black, 29.4-30.6 parts of N550 carbon black, 4.96-5.04 parts of castor oil and 0.735-0.765 part of stabilizer are poured into a banbury mixer for banburying, the banburying time is 15-20 minutes, and the banburying temperature is 110-130 ℃ to obtain a banburying rubber material; (2) putting the banburying rubber material into an open mill for mixing at the mixing temperature of 80-90 ℃ for 15-25 minutes, and discharging by the open mill to obtain a rubber sheet with the thickness of 10mm and the width of 50 mm; the film is naturally cooled to room temperature. In the banburying and open mixing processes, no measures are taken for the agglomeration of compounding agents, the agglomeration of carbon black and the occurrence of rubber beans, which is not beneficial to the improvement of the uniformity of rubber materials; the total time of banburying and open milling is longer, and the production efficiency is low.

In the mixing, raw rubber and various compounding agents are mixed together by a rubber device according to the proportion of the compounding agents specified by a rubber compound formula, and the various compounding agents are uniformly dispersed in the raw rubber. The purpose of mixing the rubber material is to obtain the rubber material performance index which is uniform and consistent in physical and mechanical performance index and meets the prescription regulation, so that the following process operation is facilitated and the quality requirement of a finished product is ensured.

Whether the banburying-rubber filtering operation needs to be carried out or not after the reinforcing filler is completely added, or the banburying-rubber filtering operation needs to be carried out for several times is related to the grade of the initial raw materials, and if the compounding agent or the reinforcing filler particles are uniform and have proper particle size, the compounding agent or the reinforcing filler particles can be directly fed into S42 from S4; if the compounding agent or reinforcing filler has a large amount of coarse particles, is liable to agglomerate and gel, the "banburying-straining" operation is carried out 1 to 5 times in addition. For the detection of the mixing effect, the macro determination can be carried out on the processed film by carrying out the relevant mechanical property detection.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that,

1) plasticating part of the raw rubber to increase the plasticity of the butyl rubber and facilitate the subsequent mixing of an active agent, a processing aid and a reinforcing filler;

2) the raw rubber is added in sections, so that the raw rubber is easy to be compatible and the long-chain property of the raw rubber is easy to maintain; the reinforcing filler is added in sections and is subjected to rubber filtering operation respectively, so that the mixing efficiency can be improved, and the uniformity of the mixing is improved;

3) the internal mixer and the rubber filter are reasonably arranged, so that an internal mixing-rubber filtering process is formed, rubber filtering is performed in the middle of internal mixing, agglomerated and undispersed compounding agent and carbon black are forcedly dispersed in the initial stage, the mixing effect is effectively improved, the time is shortened, and the production efficiency is improved.
