the 3D printing equipment is used for forming the piano structure by adopting Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) technology based on the 3D printing modeling data;

and the surface forming equipment is used for carrying out surface treatment on the formed piano structure based on the surface forming treatment data.

The existing piano manufacturing technology adopts a manual polishing mode to form a piano, and all parts are manufactured firstly. The 3D printing equipment adopts fused deposition modeling FDM technique to shape the piano structure based on 3D printing modeling data and includes:

the 3D printing equipment prints the piano structure based on 3D printing modeling data required by FDM technology;

the 3D printing equipment prints the metal decoration in the piano based on the 3D printing modeling data required by the SLS technology.

The 3D printing device prints the piano structure based on the 3D printing modeling data required by the FDM technology, and comprises the following steps:
