The roller is a steel slender shaft with grooves, knurls or smooth surfaces on the outer circle, and an important component in textile machinery plays a vital role in the quality of yarns, and the roller needs to be maintained regularly in the use process.

However, the following problems of the existing roller in the using process include that a, the traditional roller and a matched bearing need to be fixed by a manual tool and then installed on a rack for use when being assembled, the operation is complex, the installation and disassembly operation of the roller is complex, the daily maintenance efficiency of the roller is reduced, b, the rollers with different specifications and diameters need to be prepared according to the spinning requirements of different specifications in the spinning operation, the diameter specification of the traditional roller cannot be adjusted, the diameter change of the traditional roller can not be self-adaptive according to the working requirement, the traditional roller can not aggregate yarns in the operation, loose yarns can not be automatically aggregated and pressed when passing through the roller, the yarns are aggregated by means of auxiliary equipment, and the spinning operation cost is increased.
