when the net swinging frame 4 swings to the leftmost side with the net sheets, a left worker pulls out the lowest iron rod to place the lowest iron rod on the uppermost layer of the net sheets, the net swinging frame 4 swings to the right, the net sheets of the net folding frame 2 are tensioned under the action of tension in the process of swinging to the right, when the net swinging frame 4 pulls the net sheets to the rightmost side, the right worker pulls out the lowest iron rod to place the lowest iron rod on the uppermost layer of the net sheets, the net swinging frame 4 swings from the right to the left in the same way, the net sheets are laminated on the net folding frame 2 after the net swinging is carried out back and forth, the worker pulls out the lowest iron rod to place the uppermost net sheet in a rotating way once, the operation is repeated until the net sheets are completely laminated in the net folding frame 2, because polyethylene monofilaments are not connected to be elastic and can bounce after the multilayer net folding, the net sheets are fluffy and loose, an upper hydraulic cylinder 71 and a lower hydraulic cylinder 84 are used for compacting the net sheets for multiple times, the upper hydraulic cylinder 71 and the lower hydraulic cylinder 84 are loosened after the net pieces are bundled by the ropes, and the polyethylene single silk screen pieces are considered to have large elasticity, so that the hydraulic machine is started to compact the net pieces for each stack of 8-10 layers of net pieces, and the rotatable buckles with corresponding heights are pulled to press the iron rod to avoid the net pieces from rebounding.

The specific operation steps are as follows:

firstly, adjusting a servo motor 36 according to specifications of polyethylene monofilament knotless net width, length, yarn number and the like, and selecting a proper net swinging speed;

thirdly, two workers take iron sticks to prepare for placing the sticks, the net begins to swing after a button on a starting control electric cabinet is pressed down, the workers pull out the iron stick at the lowest surface according to the net swinging rhythm and place the iron stick at the uppermost surface of the net piece once the net is swung, and the iron sticks press the net piece by utilizing self gravity so as not to scatter;

fourthly, after the net stacking is finished, the upper hydraulic oil cylinder 71 and the lower hydraulic oil cylinder 84 are opened to compact the fluffy net piece downwards, then the rope is clamped on the clamp 94, the pull rope 95 is loosened under the action of the inclined ramp 91, the slide block 92 and the roller 96, so that the rope can reach the other side, the net piece can be bundled by the rope in a three-section manner and then pushed out, the net packaging is finished, when the packaging is finished, a worker opens the movable door 63, the bundled net piece is pushed out, then the net swinging mechanism 3 and the hydraulic mechanism 6 are reset, and the net stacking packaging is carried out next.
