Claims

[ claim 1] A polishing agent, which is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight, based on 500 parts by weight: 2-10 parts of glacial acetic acid, 2-10 parts of benzotriazole, 2-10 parts of glycerol, 2-10 parts of polyphosphoric acid, 5-20 parts of titanium dioxide, 1-5 parts of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 1-6 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid and the balance of water.

[ claim 2] the polishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the weight part of glacial acetic acid is 4 to 8 parts.

[ claim 3] the polishing composition according to claim 1, wherein the benzotriazole is present in an amount of 4 to 8 parts by weight.

[ claim 4] the polishing agent according to claim 1, wherein the glycerol is present in an amount of 4 parts by weight
