The operation process of the invention is as follows: the clams to be cleaned are put on the horizontal soaking section through the feeding mechanism, water in the water tank is conveyed to the lower half part of the inclined washing section after soaking and cleaning the clams, bubbles generated by the bubbling pipe stir water flow to wash the clams and then convey the clams to the upper half part of the inclined washing section, high-pressure water is sprayed by a washing water pipe positioned above the upper half part of the inclined washing section to spray the clams, the clams are conveyed to the horizontal draining section for draining after being sprayed, the clams are conveyed to the lifting section and fall into the roller brush cleaning machine through the guide chute and the feeding chute after being drained, under the axial pushing action of the spiral brush roller, the clams axially move from the feeding section to the discharging end, meanwhile, the clams perform self-rotation movement along the counterclockwise direction, and simultaneously revolve along the surface of the spiral brush roller anticlockwise to the high position of the spiral brush roller and fall to the low position of the cambered surface, and the process is repeated, and the spraying water pipe sprays the, thoroughly brushing all directions of the surface of the clam and finally discharging from the discharge chute.
