A transmission device of a bouncing screen is characterized by comprising an eccentric disc (1), wherein the eccentric disc (1) comprises an outer ring (10) and an inner ring (11) with an eccentric structure, two labyrinth dustproof inner rings (8) are respectively installed at two ends of the inner hole wall of the outer ring (10), two labyrinth dustproof outer rings (9) are respectively installed at two ends of the outer peripheral wall of the inner ring (11),

The invention relates to a bouncing screen, in particular to a transmission device of the bouncing screen.
Background
In the garbage sorting process, the bouncing sieve is applied to a garbage subdivision working section, a sieve plate in the bouncing sieve is fixed on an eccentric disc of a transmission device, and the eccentric disc drives the sieve plate to move up and down regularly under the driving of the transmission device.
And the transmission of same platform bounce screen need install the eccentric disc of different angles, and original eccentric disc installation adopts to rise tight cover and axle and connect alone, and the control of angle is decided by installer's experience, and its defect lies in: firstly, the installation precision is difficult to ensure, the radial positioning is difficult to ensure, and the displacement and the play are easy to occur; secondly, the connecting transmission torque of the tensioning sleeve is small, the overload is easy, and the tensioning sleeve and the shaft surface rub to cause the abrasion and deformation of the shaft surface during the overload.
Meanwhile, the inner ring and the outer ring of the original eccentric disc are supported by a single bearing in a transmission way, so that the structure is inconvenient to install, maintain and replace and has small transmission load; and the single bearing dustproof sealing of the original eccentric disc can not be ensured, and the service life is short in the environments of high dust, high humidity, high acidity and alkalinity and the like in garbage sorting.
Disclosure of Invention
To address one or more of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a transmission of a bouncing screen.

an axial positioning sleeve is arranged in an eccentric shaft hole of the inner ring, a radial fixing plate is vertically connected with one end of the outer wall of the axial positioning sleeve, the radial fixing plate is in threaded connection with the side surface of the inner ring,
the axial positioning sleeve is characterized in that one end of a central hole of the axial positioning sleeve is provided with a large-diameter positioning groove, the positioning groove and the main shaft are connected through the tensioning sleeve and are axially limited, the other end of the axial positioning sleeve and the main shaft are longitudinally limited and connected through a first connecting key, so that radial transmission is realized, and the side surface of the inner ring and the upper end of the radial fixing plate are axially limited and connected through a second connecting key, so that radial transmission is realized.

The transmission device of the bouncing screen adopts the first connecting key, the tensioning sleeve and the second connecting key to transmit torque, and particularly, the transmission device is connected with the key, so that larger torque can be transmitted, and the overload upper limit is greatly improved; the first connecting key is adopted for axial positioning, the second connecting key is adopted for radial positioning, the angle of the first connecting key can be easily obtained with high precision through machining, higher installation precision can be obtained through bidirectional positioning, and the left and right play and up and down jumping are not easy to occur; the beneficial effects are as follows: the three connecting parts can transmit torque with a larger limit, overload is not easy to occur, the outer surfaces of the tensioning sleeve and the shaft are effectively protected from abrasion, the service life is longer, the bouncing performance with larger force is obtained, and the screening effect is improved; secondly, the position of the first connecting key determines the installation precision of the eccentric disc, and the position is obtained by machining, so that the positions of the eccentric discs with different intersection positions can be effectively obtained to meet the screening requirement; thirdly, the combination of the first connecting key and the tensioning sleeve can effectively fix the eccentric disc axially to prevent the eccentric disc from longitudinally moving, and the second connecting key can effectively prevent the eccentric disc from unnecessarily jumping up and down; fourthly, for the original installation accuracy of confirming by workman's technical merit, this structure is convenient for install and is dismantled, can effectually obtain higher installation accuracy.
