The turning tool seat can be regarded as a thin cylinder structure, and a circular plane is a bottom surface of the turning tool seat. The arc-shaped groove enables the cutter head to form two cutting edges, so that the rigidity of the cutter head is guaranteed, and the cutting effect of the cutter head is enhanced.
