1. A carriage apparatus comprising:

a carriage base (10) having an accommodation groove (100) with an upward opening;

the rear end of the upper cover plate (20) is hinged to the carriage base (10) and can be turned downwards relative to the carriage base (10) to cover the opening of the accommodating groove (100) of the carriage base (10);

an ink cartridge assembly (30) which can be accommodated in an accommodating groove (100) of the carriage base (10);

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of printers, in particular to a carriage device of a printer.

Background

An ink jet printer is a common printer on the market. Ink jet printers typically include a housing, a carriage frame, and the like, along which the carriage reciprocates. The carriage is provided with an ink box assembly, and the ink box assembly provides an ink source for the ink jet printer to jet ink from a nozzle of a printing head to a recording medium such as paper and the like under the drive of a printing signal so as to complete the recording of characters or figures.

The carriage structure of the existing ink-jet printer mostly adopts an integrated ink box with a recording head and an ink box arranged in a same body, when the ink with the preset capacity is exhausted, the circuit and the nozzle of the recording head do not reach the designed service life, if the recording head scrapped along with the integrated ink box is undoubtedly a great resource waste, the environmental pollution is caused, and the follow-up environmental protection treatment is brought with great pressure.

In order to solve the above technical problem, a chinese utility model patent with application number CN200720150923.0 (publication number CN201052700Y) discloses an inkjet printer, which adds an external ink storage mechanism (ink supplement box) and transports the ink in the ink supplement box to an integrated ink box through a corresponding ink transport device, wherein the ink supplement box has a saddle-shaped appearance and is fixedly installed on a carriage of the inkjet printer, and the ink transport device is fixedly installed on the carriage of the inkjet printer. The ink storage chamber of the ink supplement box is mainly positioned at two sides of the carriage of the ink-jet printer along the printing sliding direction, and the ink conveying device is positioned at the lower part of the original gland of the ink-jet printer. The user can add ink to the ink replenishing box manually according to the actual condition of the ink box of the ink-jet printer, thereby achieving the effect of adjusting the ink storage capacity of the ink box of the ink-jet printer under the condition of not disassembling the ink box of the ink-jet printer, and avoiding repeated disassembly and assembly of the recording head of the ink-jet printer to the maximum extent so as to be damaged.

However, the carriage device in the above patent is still not enough, the ink replenishing box and the integrated ink box in the ink jet printer are combined up and down, that is, the integrated ink box is arranged below the carriage device, the ink replenishing box is arranged above the carriage device, wherein the integrated ink box is inserted into the carriage device along the horizontal direction, the ink replenishing box is arranged outside the carriage device, the whole volume of the carriage device is large due to the structural arrangement, the moving process is relatively heavy, if the integrated ink box is to be maintained and replaced, the ink replenishing box needs to be detached firstly, then the gland of the carriage device is opened, then the integrated ink box can be replaced, the dismounting steps are complex, and the ink replenishing box is arranged outside the carriage device and is easy to touch with foreign objects to damage and leak, so that certain potential safety hazards exist.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a carriage device with an ink box component convenient to disassemble and assemble in view of the current situation of the prior art.

The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows:

a carriage apparatus comprising: the character car base is provided with an accommodating groove with an upward opening;

the rear end of the upper cover plate is hinged to the carriage base and can be turned downwards relative to the carriage base to cover the opening of the accommodating groove of the carriage base;

the ink box component can be accommodated in the accommodating groove of the carriage base;

the ink box component is detachably connected to the upper cover plate and can be turned downwards along with the upper cover plate to be accommodated in the accommodating groove of the carriage base.

In order to enable the upper cover plate to automatically turn upwards in a natural state so as to facilitate a user to assemble the ink cartridge assembly on the upper cover plate or disassemble the ink cartridge assembly from the upper cover plate, the ink cartridge further comprises:

the first elastic piece acts on the upper cover plate and enables the upper cover plate to always have the tendency of turning upwards;

and the first locking component is arranged between the second end of the upper cover plate and the carriage base and is used for locking the second end of the upper cover plate on the carriage base.

The first locking component can lock the upper cover plate on the carriage base, so that the ink box component is prevented from shaking in the reciprocating movement process along with the carriage; on the other hand, after the first locking component is unlocked, the upper cover plate can drive the ink box component to automatically turn upwards to open under the action of the first elastic piece, so that the ink box component is separated from the accommodating groove of the carriage base, and a user can conveniently and quickly detach or install the ink box component.

The first elastic element can adopt various prior arts, and can comprise various elastic elements such as a pressure spring, a torsion spring, a reed and the like, but in order to better match the turning action of the upper cover plate, the first elastic element is the torsion spring, one end of the torsion spring is propped against the carriage base, and the other end of the torsion spring is propped against the upper cover plate.

In order to conveniently arrange the first locking component, so that the upper cover plate can be automatically locked and conveniently unlocked in the process of pressing down, the carriage base comprises a base main body and a front cover plate arranged on the front side of the base main body, and the bottom of the front cover plate is hinged to the base main body and can be turned over forwards and backwards; the first locking assembly comprises a limiting rod arranged at the front end of the upper cover plate and an elastic blocking piece arranged on the front cover plate, the elastic blocking piece extends backwards from the wall surface of the front cover plate and inclines downwards, and the limiting rod can be limited above the elastic blocking piece.

The detachable connection mode between the ink box assembly and the upper cover plate can be matched with each other, matched with each other in a buckling mode or connected with each other in a hinge mode, the ink box assembly can be mounted and dismounted more conveniently in order to match the structure of the upper cover plate, the upper cover plate comprises at least two vertical plates which extend downwards and are arranged at intervals, an ink supply box assembly inserting strip-shaped slot is formed between every two adjacent vertical plates, strip-shaped sliding grooves which are identical to the upper cover plate in length direction are formed in the wall face, opposite to each other, of each strip-shaped slot, limiting ribs are arranged on the two sides of the ink box assembly, and the ink box assembly is correspondingly inserted into the two strip-shaped sliding grooves which are connected to the upper cover plate.

As a modification, the bottom of the upper cover plate is provided with a pressing plate component which can act on the top of the ink box component to press the ink box component downwards. When the upper cover of the carriage is closed, the bottom of the ink box assembly is supported by the carriage base, so the pressure plate assembly provides a pressing force for the ink box assembly, the ink box assembly is more firmly fixed, and the carriage is prevented from shaking in the moving process.

As a refinement, a platen assembly, the platen assembly comprising:

In order to enable the rear part of the strip-shaped pressing plate to swing within a certain angle range, two limiting columns are arranged on two sides of the rear part of the strip-shaped pressing plate, and two limiting blocking walls capable of correspondingly limiting the two limiting columns below are arranged on the upper cover plate. The rear part of the strip-shaped pressing plate is limited within a certain angle range, so that the second elastic piece is conveniently arranged between the strip-shaped pressing plate and the upper cover plate, and the second elastic piece is clamped to avoid falling.

In order to arrange a plurality of ink box assemblies and realize color printing and black printing, the vertical plates are three, two strip-shaped slots which are arranged in parallel are correspondingly formed between the three vertical plates, the ink box assemblies are two and are respectively a color ink box assembly and a black ink box assembly, and the color ink box assembly and the black ink box assembly are respectively inserted into the two strip-shaped slots.

The split ink box structure design with the detachable connection of the ink bag and the main ink box can directly detach the ink bag to replace a new ink bag when the ink in the ink bag is exhausted, so that the ink box does not need to be frequently detached, the replacement times of the main ink box are reduced, the ink in the ink box is increased, and the service life of the ink box is maximally utilized.

In order to prevent the ink bag from being taken out by a user, the main ink box is prevented from being taken out by misoperation, so that the main ink box is damaged, a limit blocking part is arranged on the top wall of the main ink box, and the rear end of the strip-shaped pressing plate can be abutted to the limit blocking part and can be limited backwards to the main ink box. Because the strip-shaped pressing plate can push against the main ink box backwards while pressing down the top of the main ink box, the ink bag can be conveniently separated from the main ink box and then taken out from the strip-shaped slot.

As an improvement, the limit stop part is a stop block convexly arranged on the top wall of the main ink box or a clamping groove structure which is recessed downwards. In order to facilitate the packaging and operation of the ink bag, avoid leakage and realize the convenience of plug and play of the ink bag, a valve cavity is formed at the port of the ink supply flow passage of the inserting part, a control valve structure capable of blocking the ink supply flow passage in a natural state is arranged in the valve cavity, and an ink supply joint of the main ink box can drive the control valve structure to open when being inserted into the port of the ink supply flow passage.

As a refinement, the control valve structure includes:

the sealing ring is arranged at the port of the ink supply runner of the inserting part and can be used for the ink supply joint to be inserted and contacted with the outer wall of the ink supply joint in a sealing way;

the valve core is movably arranged in the valve cavity from front to back and can move backwards to abut against the sealing ring to disconnect the ink supply flow channel;

and the third pressure spring is arranged in the valve cavity, acts on the valve core and enables the valve core to always have a tendency of moving backwards.

When the ink bag is not in plug-in connection with the main ink box (in a natural state), the valve core of the control valve can automatically abut against the sealing ring under the action of the third pressure spring to block an ink supply flow passage of the ink bag, so that the ink bag is convenient to package, store and transport; when the ink bag is inserted into the main ink box, the ink supply joint of the column ink box can be inserted into the port of the ink supply channel to push open the valve core, so that the ink in the ink supply channel flows into the main ink box through the ink supply joint, and the long-term ink supply of the main ink box is realized.

Because the ink supply joint is propped against the valve core, all or part of the port of the ink supply joint can be blocked by the valve core, in order to continuously supply the ink in the valve cavity into the inner cavity of the ink supply joint without influencing the valve cavity, the side wall of the ink supply joint is provided with a liquid inlet notch for the ink in the valve cavity to enter the ink supply joint.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages that: the carriage device is characterized in that the ink box assembly is assembled on an upper cover plate of the carriage, wherein the upper cover plate can be turned upwards to be opened and turned downwards to be covered on a carriage base; and after the ink box assembly is assembled on the upper cover plate, the buckle cover can be directly turned downwards to enable the ink box assembly to be accommodated in the accommodating groove of the carriage base, so that the ink box assembly is quickly fixed, and the ink box assembly is very convenient and quick.

Detailed Description

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.

Referring to fig. 1 to 28, the carriage assembly includes a carriage base 10, an upper cover 20, a platen assembly, and an ink cartridge assembly 30. The carriage base 10 in this embodiment is a square structure, and has a receiving groove 100 for receiving the ink cartridge assembly 30, and the upper portion of the carriage base 10 is an open structure, wherein the rear end of the upper cover plate 20 is hinged to the rear sidewall of the carriage base 10, and the upper cover plate 20 can be turned downward and fastened to the upper opening of the carriage base 10.

Referring to fig. 7-10, the two lateral sides of the rear end of the upper cover plate 20 are respectively provided with a first rotating shaft 25, the rear side wall of the carriage base 10 is correspondingly provided with two first rotating shaft holes 101, the upper cover plate 20 is inserted into the two first rotating shaft holes 101 of the carriage base 10 through the two first rotating shafts 25, and the carriage base 10 is turned upwards or downwards. Still all overlap on two first pivots 25 of upper cover plate 20 and be equipped with torsional spring 11, wherein, torsional spring 11's one end supports on the rear side wall of word car base 10, and the other end supports on upper cover plate 20, and like this under torsional spring 11's elastic force effect, upper cover plate 20 has the trend of upwards overturning all the time.

Referring to fig. 3, when the upper cover plate 20 is turned upside down and fastened to the carriage base 10, the front end of the upper cover plate 20 is locked to the carriage base 10 by the first locking member. Specifically, the carriage base 10 includes a base main body 14 and a front cover plate 13 disposed at the front side of the base main body 14, the base main body 14 includes a base 16 having an opening at the front and the rear and a rear cover plate 17 disposed at the rear opening of the base 16, and the rear cover plate 17 is connected to the base by screws to form an integral member. With reference to fig. 3, the first locking component in this embodiment is an elastic buckle structure, and specifically includes a limiting rod 21 disposed at the front end of the upper cover plate 20 and an elastic blocking piece 131 disposed on the front cover plate 13, where the limiting rod 21 extends forward from the front end of the upper cover plate 20 and bends upward to form an arc-shaped buckle with an upward bayonet, and the elastic blocking piece 131 extends backward from the wall surface of the front cover plate 13 and bends downward to form an arc-shaped buckle with a downward bayonet. When the upper cover plate 20 is pressed down to the set position, the limiting rod 21 of the upper cover plate 20 can be automatically clamped below the elastic blocking piece 131, that is, the elastic blocking piece 131 of the front cover plate 13 can limit the limiting rod 21 above.

Referring to fig. 17-20, the ink cartridge assembly 30 in this embodiment is disposed on the upper cover plate 20, and when the upper cover plate 20 is turned upwards and opened, the ink cartridge assembly 30 disposed thereon can be removed from the accommodating groove 100 of the carriage base 10 along with the upward movement of the upper cover plate 20, so that a user can conveniently and rapidly remove or replace the ink cartridge assembly 30; when the upper cover plate 20 is turned over downwards and covers the carriage base 10, the ink cartridge assembly 30 can move downwards along with the upper cover plate 20 and be accommodated in the accommodating groove 100 of the carriage base 10, so that the ink cartridge assembly 30 can be fixed quickly, and the ink cartridge assembly is very convenient and fast.

Referring to fig. 6 and 8, the upper cover plate 20 in this embodiment includes at least two vertical plates 22 extending downward and spaced apart from each other, and a strip-shaped slot 200 into which the ink supply box assembly 30 is inserted is formed between two adjacent vertical plates 22. Specifically, there are three vertical plates 22 in the embodiment, and correspondingly, two strip-shaped slots 200 arranged in parallel can be formed for inserting two ink cartridge assemblies 30 therein. One of the two ink cartridge assemblies 30 in this embodiment is a black ink cartridge assembly 30a, and the other is a color ink cartridge assembly 30 b. The distance between two adjacent vertical plates 22 is matched with the width of the corresponding ink box assembly 30 so as to be inserted smoothly.

Referring to fig. 6 and 21, in order to facilitate the insertion of the ink cartridge assembly 30 into the strip-shaped slot 200 of the upper cover plate 20, strip-shaped sliding grooves 220 are respectively formed on the opposite wall surfaces of the two adjacent vertical plates 22, and the extending direction of the strip-shaped sliding grooves 220 is consistent with the length direction of the upper cover plate 20. Correspondingly, two limiting ribs 31 are symmetrically arranged on the left side wall and the right side wall of the ink cartridge assembly 30, and the ink cartridge assembly 30 is correspondingly inserted into the two strip-shaped sliding grooves 220 of the upper cover plate 20 through the two limiting ribs 31. When the ink box assembly 30 needs to be installed, the two limiting ribs 31 on the ink box assembly 30 can be inserted along the corresponding strip-shaped sliding grooves 220 to slide towards the rear side and are arranged below the upper cover plate 20; when it is necessary to detach the ink cartridge assembly 30 from the upper cover 20, the ink cartridge assembly 30 can be directly grasped and pulled outward (forward). In order to facilitate the ink cartridge assembly 30 to be smoothly inserted into the strip-shaped sliding groove 220 when the ink cartridge assembly is initially inserted, a front end of the strip-shaped sliding groove 220 is flared to play a role in guiding.

Referring to fig. 21 and 22, the ink cartridge assembly 30 of the present embodiment includes a main ink cartridge 50 and an ink bag 60, wherein the main ink cartridge 50 and the ink bag 60 can be inserted and fitted together to form an integral piece. When the integrated member is inserted into the bar-shaped insertion groove 200, the main ink cartridge 50 is positioned at the rear of the bar-shaped insertion groove 200, and the ink bag 60 is positioned at the front of the bar-shaped insertion groove 200. In this embodiment, the ink cartridge assembly 30 is designed to be a separate structure in which the ink bag 60 and the main ink cartridge 50 are detachably connected, so that when the ink in the ink bag 60 is consumed, the ink bag 60 can be directly detached and replaced with a new ink bag 60, and the main ink cartridge 50 does not need to be frequently detached, thereby reducing the replacement frequency of the main ink cartridge 50 and realizing the maximum utilization of the service life of the main ink cartridge.

Referring to fig. 23 and 25, the main ink cartridge 50 includes a cartridge body 51, a chip ejection head 54, and an ink supply connector 53, wherein the cartridge body 51 is a square cartridge body, and specifically includes a lower cartridge body 511 and a cover assembly connected to an open position at the top of the lower cartridge body 511. The lower box body 511 is used for containing ink, a first ink sponge 55 for absorbing the ink is arranged in the lower box body 511, an ink outlet 510 is formed in the wall of the bottom of the lower box body 511, the chip spray nozzle 54 is connected to the wall surface of the bottom of the lower box body 511 and correspondingly covers the ink outlet 510, an annular blocking edge 513 is convexly arranged on the inner wall surface of the bottom of the lower box body 511, the annular blocking edge 513 surrounds the ink outlet 510, a filter screen 56 is further arranged in the lower box body 511, the filter screen 56 is arranged on the annular blocking edge 513 to cover the ink outlet 510, the ink entering the ink outlet 510 is filtered, and the chip spray nozzle 54 is prevented from being blocked by impurities in the ink. The cover assembly includes a first cover 571 and a second cover 572, the first cover 571 is connected to the open position of the lower case 511, and the ink supply joint 53 is disposed on the first cover 571 to form an integral member. The first cover 571 is a U-shaped groove member with a closed end, the second cover 572 is a cover member covering the U-shaped groove member, and the second cover 572 is connected to the first cover 571 by an elastic buckle 58. The second cover 572 and the first cover 571 are connected to form a square cover 57 structure, the ink supply joint 53 is located in the cover 57, the side of the cover 57 is provided with a socket 520 for inserting the inserting portion 62 of the ink bag 60, the ink supply joint 53 is horizontally extended, and the end of the ink supply joint 53 faces the socket 520, as shown in fig. 27.

Referring to fig. 24 and 26, the ink bag 60 includes a first case body 61 having an ink storage chamber, and a control valve structure, the first case body 61 includes an ink bag main body 611 having an opening at the top and an ink bag cover 610 covering the top of the ink bag main body 611, and the ink bag cover 610 and the ink bag main body 611 may be welded to form a single body. The first cartridge body 61 has an insertion portion 62 protruding outward at one side, the insertion portion 62 has an ink supply passage 63 communicating with the ink storage chamber, and the insertion portion 62 can be inserted into the insertion opening 520 of the cap assembly and communicate the ink supply joint 53 of the main ink cartridge 50 with the ink supply passage 63 of the ink bag 60. In order to further improve the connection between the ink bag 60 and the main ink cartridge 50, two slits are formed in the second cover 572 of the main ink cartridge 50 along the length direction to form a spring 573 that can elastically deform in the vertical direction, the bottom wall of the spring 573 has an inverse buckle 574, and correspondingly, a slot 620 for the inverse buckle 574 to snap into is formed on the top of the insertion portion 62 of the ink bag 60.

Referring to fig. 21, the two side walls of the main ink cartridge 50 and the two side walls of the ink bag 60 are provided with the limiting ribs 31, and when the ink bag 60 is inserted into the main ink cartridge 50, the limiting ribs 31 on the side walls of the main ink cartridge 50 and the limiting ribs 31 on the side walls of the ink bag 60 are located on the same straight line.

Referring to fig. 26, the ink storage chamber of the ink bag 60 is divided into a first chamber 65 and a second chamber 66 by a vertical partition plate disposed in the first box body 61, and a through hole 67 for communicating the first chamber 65 and the second chamber 66 is further disposed at the bottom of the vertical partition plate. Wherein the top of the first chamber 65 has an ink inlet 68 for adding ink therein, and the ink inlet 68 is further provided with a sealing plug 69. The second chamber 66 is provided with a second ink sponge 660, and the ink supply channel 63 is communicated with the bottom of the second chamber 66.

Referring to fig. 23 and 24, a valve chamber 64 is formed at a port position of the ink supply flow passage 63 of the insertion portion 62, the valve chamber 64 is located on a flow path of the ink supply flow passage 63, and a control valve structure is provided in the valve chamber 64, the control valve being a normally closed valve, that is, in a natural state, the port of the ink supply flow passage 63 is in a closed state.

With continued reference to fig. 23, the control valve includes a seal 70, a spool 71, and a third compression spring 72. The seal ring 70 is fitted in the port of the ink supply flow passage 63 of the insertion portion 62, and the ink supply joint 53 can be inserted to be in sealing contact with the outer wall of the ink supply joint 53. The valve core 71 is movably disposed in the valve cavity 64 back and forth, and can move backward to abut against the sealing ring 70 to block the ink supply channel 63, in this embodiment, the valve core 71 is a PP ball. The third pressure spring 72 is disposed in the valve chamber 64, and specifically, one end of the third pressure spring 72 abuts against the valve core 71, and the other end abuts against the wall of the valve chamber 64, so that the valve core 71 always has a tendency to move backward.

When the ink bag 60 is not inserted and connected with the main ink box 50 (in a natural state), the valve core 71 of the control valve can automatically abut against the sealing ring 70 under the action of the third pressure spring 72 to seal the ink supply channel 63 of the ink bag 60, so that the ink bag 60 can be conveniently packaged, stored and transported; when the ink bag 60 is inserted into the main ink box 50, the ink supply joint 53 of the main ink box 50 can be inserted into the port of the ink supply channel 63, and the valve core 71 is pushed open, so that the ink in the ink supply channel 63 flows into the main ink box 50 through the ink supply joint 53, and the permanent ink supply of the main ink box 50 is realized.

Since the ink supply joint 53 is pressed against the valve core 71 and at the same time, all or part of the port of the ink supply joint 53 is blocked by the valve core 71, in order to continuously supply the ink in the valve cavity 64 to the inner cavity of the ink supply joint 53, the side wall of the ink supply joint 53 is provided with a liquid inlet slot 530 for the ink in the valve cavity 64 to enter the ink supply joint 53, and the end wall of the ink supply joint 53 is further provided with a plurality of supporting salient points 531 at intervals, so that a gap for the ink to flow through is left between the end wall of the ink supply joint and the wall surface of the valve core 71(PP ball), as shown in fig. 28 in detail.

Referring to fig. 9 to 16, the pressing plate assembly is disposed at a bottom position of the upper cover plate 20 and includes a strip-shaped pressing plate 40 and a second elastic member 41. The arrangement direction of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 coincides with the length direction of the upper cover plate 20. Two first limiting columns 43 are arranged on two transverse sides of the front part of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40, and a pair of second rotating shaft holes 26 for the first limiting columns 43 to insert are correspondingly arranged on the upper cover plate 20. The strip-shaped pressing plate 40 is rotatably connected to the upper cover plate 20 through the two first limiting posts 43 to rotate up and down relative to the upper cover plate 20. Two second limiting columns 42 are arranged on two transverse sides of the rear part of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40, and two limiting blocking walls 24 capable of correspondingly limiting the two limiting columns below are further arranged on the upper cover plate 20.

The second elastic member 41 is a compression spring, and is specifically disposed between the rear portion of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 and the upper cover plate 20, wherein compression spring positioning posts 44 for sleeving end portions of the compression spring are disposed on both the upper cover plate 20 and the strip-shaped pressing plate 40. Under the action of the second elastic member 41, the rear portion of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 always has a downward moving trend, and under the downward pressing action of the second elastic member 41 in a natural state, the rear portion of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 abuts against the limiting blocking wall of the upper cover plate 20. When the main ink cartridge 50 is inserted into the strip-shaped slot 200 of the upper cover plate 20, the rear portion of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 is pressed against the top portion of the main ink cartridge 50, and a pressing force is applied to the main ink cartridge 50, so that the ink cartridge assembly 30 is more firmly fixed, and the carriage is prevented from shaking during the moving process.

Referring to fig. 16, the front portion of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 is slightly bent upward and a guiding arc 45 is formed at the bottom, so that when the ink cartridge assembly 30 is inserted into the strip-shaped slot 200 of the upper cover, the front end of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 does not interfere with the ink cartridge assembly 30, and the ink cartridge assembly 30 is smoothly inserted.

Referring to fig. 4, in order to prevent the main ink cartridge 50 from being taken out when the user takes out the ink bag 60, and prevent the main ink cartridge 50 from being taken out and being damaged, the top wall of the second cover 572 of the main ink cartridge 50 is provided with a limit stop part 500, specifically, the limit stop part 500 is a stop convexly arranged on the top wall of the main ink cartridge 50, the stop in this embodiment is designed in a form of a triangular buckle, that is, the rear side wall of the stop has a transition inclined surface inclined from bottom to top, and the front side wall of the stop has a vertically arranged stop surface, so that the main ink cartridge 50 can be smoothly inserted into the strip-shaped slot 200 when being loaded. When the main ink cartridge 50 is inserted into the strip-shaped slot 200 of the upper cover plate 20 to a set position, the rear end of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 can abut against the limit stop part 500 to limit the main ink cartridge 50 backwards. Thus, the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 not only presses the main ink cartridge 50 downward, but also presses the main ink cartridge 50 backward, so that the ink bag 60 can be easily separated from the main ink cartridge 50 and then taken out from the strip-shaped insertion groove 200.

The advantages of the carriage device in this embodiment:

(1) the ink box assembly 30 is assembled on the upper cover plate 20 of the carriage, wherein the upper cover plate 20 can be turned upwards to open and turned downwards to cover the carriage base 10, and when the upper cover plate 20 carries the ink box assembly 30 to automatically turn upwards to open, the ink box assembly 30 can be separated from the accommodating groove 100 of the carriage base 10, so that a user can conveniently and quickly detach or replace the ink box assembly 30; after the ink cartridge assembly 30 is assembled to the upper cover plate 20, the ink cartridge assembly 30 can be accommodated in the accommodating groove 100 of the carriage base 10 by directly turning the cover downwards and covering the cover on the carriage base 10, so that the ink cartridge assembly 30 can be quickly fixed, and the ink cartridge assembly is very convenient and quick.

(2) In this embodiment, the integrated member formed by inserting the main ink cartridge 50 and the ink bag 60 can be inserted into the strip-shaped slot 200 of the upper cover plate 20 together, after the main ink cartridge 50 and the ink bag 60 are inserted in place, the rear portion of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 is acted by the second elastic member 41 to provide a back-pressing force (to abut against the limit stop part 500 of the main ink cartridge 50) for the ink cartridge assembly 30, so as to ensure that the contact of the main ink cartridge 50 is good, and when the upper cover plate 20 of the carriage is closed, the upper cover plate 20 provides a downward-pressing force for the ink cartridge assembly 30, so that the ink cartridge assembly 30 is fixed more firmly, and shaking is avoided; when the ink in the ink bag 60 is used up and needs to be replaced, a user can directly pull the ink bag 60 outwards, and the ink bag 60 can be conveniently taken out as the main ink box 50 is supported backwards by the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 and cannot be taken out; when the ink cartridge is replaced, a user can directly insert and assemble a new ink bag 60 into the socket 520 of the main ink cartridge 50, so that the ink cartridge is very convenient and quick; when the main ink box 50 is damaged and needs to be replaced, a steel ruler or other driving parts can be directly inserted into the front end of the upper cover plate 20, the front part of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 is pressed and pulled downwards, the rear end of the strip-shaped pressing plate 40 can move upwards to be separated from the limit stop part 500 of the main ink box 50, the main ink box 50 can be taken out, a new main ink box 50 is normally loaded, and replacement can be completed.

(3) The ink cartridge assembly 30 in this embodiment is designed as a split ink cartridge structure composed of the main ink cartridge 50 and the ink bag 60, so as to achieve the convenience of plug and play of the ink bag 60, when the ink bag 60 is not inserted into and connected with the main ink cartridge 50 (in a natural state), the valve core 71 of the control valve of the ink bag 60 can automatically abut against the sealing ring 70 under the action of the third pressure spring 72, so as to block the ink supply flow channel 63 of the ink bag 60, thereby facilitating the packaging, storage and transportation of the ink bag 60; when the ink bag 60 is inserted into the main ink box 50, the ink supply joint 53 of the main ink box 50 can be inserted into the port of the ink supply channel 63, and the valve core 71 is pushed open, so that the ink in the ink supply channel 63 flows into the main ink box 50 through the ink supply joint 53, and the permanent ink supply of the main ink box 50 is realized.
