Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of automobile pedals, and particularly relates to an electric pedal for an automobile.
Background
The retractable electric pedal is an electric mechanism for drivers and passengers to get on or off the vehicle conveniently, and the structure is arranged on a chassis of the vehicle body or on the skirt of the vehicle body. It can be extended or retracted according to the opening or closing of the door by the driver and the passengers. When the extension part is extended, the distance of stepping when the driver gets on or off the vehicle can be reduced, so that the driver and the passenger can conveniently get on or off the vehicle. When retracted, it is stowed under the vehicle chassis or at the skirt without affecting the vehicle's minimum ground clearance and vehicle appearance. With the hot-market of SUVs, more and more consumers choose to install an electric foot pedal.
Due to the structural characteristics of the electric pedal, sometimes after the vehicle is closed, the electric pedal may fail to automatically recover to the lower part of the chassis or the skirt edge of the vehicle due to the failure of the sensor. When the side of the vehicle without the recovery pedal passes forward or backward through a narrow place with obstacles on both sides, the front section or the rear end of the pedal without recovery is likely to be deformed and damaged due to collision with the obstacles, thereby increasing the cost of vehicle maintenance.
In view of the above-mentioned situation that the conventional electric pedal is deformed and damaged due to collision, it is necessary to design an electric pedal that can cushion the collision of the electric pedal and alarm to remind the driver.
The invention designs an electric pedal for an automobile to solve the problems.

Compared with the traditional automobile pedal, the automobile pedal cushion device has the advantages that the impact of the pedal which is not recovered in time and is subjected to a smaller speed is buffered through the relative sliding of the sliding block A in the retraction and release mechanism and the corresponding fixed seat; meanwhile, the sliding block A which slides relative to the corresponding fixed seat drives one impact block far away from the impact end of the pedal plate in the corresponding retraction mechanism to impact the fixed seat through a series of transmissions, so that a certain loudness of alarm sound is generated to remind a driver to stop, and further serious deformation of the electric pedal caused by further collision of the vehicle with a side obstacle at a lower speed due to the fact that the driver is not reminded to continue driving the vehicle is reduced. When an electric pedal which is not recovered on a vehicle collides with a side obstacle at a higher speed, the relative sliding between the sliding block A in the retraction and release mechanism and the corresponding fixed seat is not enough to form an effective buffering effect on the collision of the pedal, and the sliding block A which slides to the limit can drive the electric drive four-bar linkage structure in the retraction and release mechanism to integrally swing around the central axis of the corresponding sleeve along with the fixed seat so as to further buffer the collision of the pedal, so that the pedal which collides with the obstacle at a higher speed is protected in a buffering manner to the greatest extent, the damage degree of the pedal is reduced, and the maintenance cost of the electric pedal is reduced; meanwhile, secondary warning is formed on a driver by a secondary collision warning sound emitted by the inner wall of the sleeve and the round block, the driver is prevented from being effectively warned under the condition of non-concentrated energy, and when the electric pedal is prevented from being seriously damaged and the maintenance cost of the electric pedal is increased, the sliding block A and the fixed seat which slide relatively to the limit can drive the whole electric drive four-bar linkage structure in the retraction mechanism to swing around the central axis of the corresponding sleeve, so that the collision on the pedal is further buffered, the pedal which collides with an obstacle at a higher speed is buffered and protected to the maximum extent, the damage degree of the pedal is reduced, and the maintenance cost of the electric pedal is reduced; the invention has simple structure and better use effect.
