Fig. 1 to 3 show an embodiment of a tray provided by the present invention, fig. 1 shows an embodiment of a tray provided by the present invention, and fig. 2 to 3 show another embodiment of a tray provided by the present invention.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, in an embodiment of the present invention, the pallet 100 includes a supporting plate 1, a plurality of transverse supporting blocks 2 and a plurality of longitudinal supporting blocks 3, each of which is made of honeycomb cardboard, wherein the upper surface of the supporting plate 1 is used for bearing goods, the plurality of transverse supporting blocks 2 are arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate 1, the plurality of transverse supporting blocks 2 extend along the transverse direction and are arranged at intervals along the longitudinal direction, the plurality of longitudinal supporting blocks 3 extend along the longitudinal direction, the plurality of longitudinal supporting blocks 3 are arranged below the plurality of transverse supporting blocks 2, the top surface of each longitudinal supporting block 3 is abutted against the bottom surface of the supporting plate 1, and a plurality of slots 31 are arranged at positions of the top surface of each longitudinal supporting block 3 corresponding to the plurality of transverse supporting blocks 2, and the plurality of slots 31 are correspondingly matched with the plurality of transverse supporting blocks 2.

In the technical scheme of the invention, the transverse supporting blocks 2 and the longitudinal supporting blocks 3 which are criss-cross are arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate 1, so that on one hand, the material consumption of the tray 100 can be saved, and on the other hand, the tray 100 can be ensured to have larger bearing capacity, because the strength of the tray 100 is insufficient at the middle sunken position compared with the middle sunken position at the bottom, and the bearing capacity is limited.

Specifically, each of the transverse support blocks 2 includes a plurality of support sections 21 and a connection section 22, the plurality of support sections 21 are correspondingly fitted into the plurality of slots 31, the connection section 22 is disposed between two of the support sections 21, each of the connection sections 22 has two end portions correspondingly connected to the two support sections 21, and the bottom of the connection section 22 is recessed upward from the two end portions to the middle portion thereof, so that an arched recessed portion 22a is formed at the bottom of the connection section 22.

By arranging the connecting section 22 in an arch structure, the acting force borne by the connecting section 22 is gradually transmitted to the lateral supporting blocks 2 at both sides, so that the bearing capacity of the pallet 100 can be further improved.

Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, an extension line of a tangent line of a top of each of the concave portions 22a intersects with the adjacent support section 21, a tangential direction of a top of each of the concave portions 22a is a force-bearing direction, the extension line of the tangent line intersects with the support section 21, that is, the acting force is finally completely shared by the support section 21, and the support section 21 has a relatively high strength, thereby being more beneficial to enhancing the bearing capacity of the pallet 100.

The number of the lateral support blocks 2 is theoretically as large as the bearing capacity, but the number of the lateral support blocks 2 is not necessarily too large in view of saving material, and in other embodiments of the present invention, the number of the lateral support blocks 2 is at least 4, and accordingly, the number of the support sections 21 is also correspondingly at least 4.

Furthermore, in this embodiment, the outer side surfaces of two outermost transverse support blocks 2 of the plurality of transverse support blocks 2 are flush with the outer side surface corresponding to the support plate 1, so as to prevent the two side ends of the support plate 1 from being suspended and having weak strength and being easily damaged.

Optionally, in the embodiment of the present invention, 3 of the support sections 22 are formed between 4 of the support sections 21, and the depth and the width of the recess 22a on the middle of the 3 support sections 22 are correspondingly greater than those of the recesses 22a on the two sides of the support sections 22, that is, the bottom arch of the middle support section 22 is greater, and the arches on the two sides are smaller, which is beneficial to further enhance the support strength of the pallet 100.

Optionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, two adjacent connecting segments 22 of 4 support segments 21 are middle support segments 21, and tangents to tops of the recessed portions 22a of the connecting segments 22 located at two sides of the middle support segment 21 and an intersection point of the middle support segment 21 fall at a midpoint of the middle support segment 21, as can be seen from the foregoing, a tangential direction of a top of each recessed portion 22a is a force receiving direction at the midpoint, and since the intersection points of the tangents to tops of the recessed portions 22a of the connecting segments 22 located at two sides and the middle support segment 21 fall at the midpoint of the middle support segment 21, forces applied to the support segments 21 by the connecting segments 22 located at two sides are distributed within a half, and thus the forces applied to the support segments 21 are more uniform.

Further, in order to improve the strength of the transverse support block 2 in the transverse direction, and to facilitate the transmission of the force of the connecting section 22 on the transverse support block 2 to the support section 21, in the embodiment of the present invention, a fiber structure extending in the transverse direction is provided inside the transverse support block 2.

The plurality of transverse supporting blocks 2 and the supporting plate 1 may be integrally formed, or may be separately formed, and are connected together after being separated, for example, but not limited to, being fixed by bonding.

The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the present specification and drawings, or directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
