The process of self-service license plate issuing is as follows.

S1, the manufactured license plates 5 to be released are neatly stacked in a groove to be sorted by a policeman, and the pressure value P0 of the license plates 5 to be released adsorbed by the suction disc 33 in the main control board is set.

After the suction cup 33 adsorbs the license plate 5 to be released, the pressure change of the vacuum license plate sucking system 34 is triggered, the pressure sensor 343 can detect the pressure change inside the suction cup 33, that is, the detected pressure value P1 is greater than the initial set pressure value P0, that is, the suction cup 33 adsorbs the license plate 5 to be released, and further, the main control board control device can conveniently perform the next action.

The main control board controls the lifting mechanism 31 to stop downward movement.

And S7, the main control board controls the lifting motor 313 to rotate reversely, the lifting motor 313 drives the manipulator lifting screw 311 to rotate reversely, the lifting screw 312, the horizontal guide rail 322, the moving platform 321 and the sucker 33 are further driven to ascend for a plurality of distances, and the horizontal guide rail 322 is driven by the guide rail driving motor to displace towards the left side and return to the middle position.

And S8, the main control board controls the operation of the moving platform driving motor to drive the moving platform 321 and the suction cup 33 to move leftwards to the position right above the camera 7.

And S23, the main control board controls the lifting mechanism 31 to ascend to a certain height.

And S24, the horizontal guide rail 322 is driven by the guide rail driving motor to move back to the middle.

S25, the main control board controls the lifting mechanism 31 to move downwards to the height of the license plate access opening 4.

S26, the moving platform 321 and the sucker 33 move the license plate 5 to be released to the license plate receiving opening 4 under the driving of the moving platform driving motor.

S27, the vacuum license sucking system 34 switches the license sucking air path, the suction disc 33 releases the license 5 to be released, and the license 5 to be released falls into the license receiving opening 4.
