The polypropylene raw material is a flammable material, while the traditional flame-retardant polypropylene material is prepared from a halogen-containing flame retardant, smoke generated in the case of fire is harmful to human bodies, the amount of the conventional halogen-free flame retardant used in polypropylene resin is large, the cost of the raw material is high, and the development of the low-cost halogen-free flame-retardant material is particularly important. In addition, with the improvement of the national living standard, the requirements of people on the material quality of products in life are higher and higher, the traditional polypropylene material product is a material with light weight and poor texture, and the texture of the polypropylene material is greatly improved by modifying polypropylene plastics and filling weight.

Polypropylene resins, also known as PP resins, are polymers of propylene addition polymerization, and because of their plasticity, polypropylene materials are gradually replacing wooden products, and the mechanical functions of metals have been gradually replaced by high strength, toughness and wear resistance. Zinc oxide is an oxide of zinc, is insoluble in water, is soluble in acid and strong base, is a common chemical additive, is widely applied to plastics, and is used as a reinforcing agent and an active agent, and also used as a coloring agent and a filling agent of white glue. The talcum powder is mainly composed of hydrous magnesium silicate, and can reduce molding shrinkage, enhance flexural modulus and increase specific gravity of polypropylene material by adding the talcum powder into polypropylene. The glass fiber reinforced polypropylene material is widely applied to automobiles, household appliances and the like, and can improve the impact resistance, reduce the shrinkage rate and increase the rigidity of polypropylene. The intumescent halogen-free flame retardant (IFR) is a composite flame retardant mainly composed of nitrogen and phosphorus, does not contain halogen, does not adopt antimony oxide as a synergist, foams and expands when being heated, and is an environment-friendly flame retardant with high efficiency and low toxicity. By compounding and using the zinc oxide, the talcum powder, the glass fiber and the intumescent halogen-free flame retardant in the polypropylene resin, the specific gravity of the material is greatly improved, the texture of the material is enhanced, the flame retardant effect of the polypropylene material is improved, the using amount of the flame retardant is reduced, the cost of the material is reduced, the halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene material with ultrahigh specific gravity is obtained, and the halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene material and the high-specific-gravity polypropylene material have wider application prospects.

CN 107573588 proposes a reinforced halogen-free weather-resistant polypropylene material and a preparation method thereof, CN105111583 proposes a halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene micro-foaming material and a preparation method thereof, and CN 110229415 proposes a flame retardant continuous glass fiber reinforced polypropylene prepreg tape material and a preparation method thereof; the above disclosures do not mention the preparation method of the halogen-free flame retardant polypropylene material with ultrahigh specific gravity, and the following disadvantages exist in different degrees:

the flame retardant has the advantages of large usage amount, high material cost, high selling price, small audience and is not beneficial to popularization and promotion of the flame retardant material;

the injection micro-foaming technology can lead the product to be light, the specific gravity of the material is light, and the injection micro-foaming material is not suitable for the field with requirements on weight and texture.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to solve the problems and provide a halogen-free flame-retardant polypropylene material with ultrahigh specific gravity and a preparation method thereof, wherein the polypropylene resin is used as a base material, and zinc oxide, talcum powder, glass fiber and a halogen-free flame retardant are added to be compounded together to form an excellent environment-friendly flame-retardant effect of the material, and the mechanical property of the material is met; and achieve the purpose of increasing the weight and texture; the compound addition of the zinc oxide, the talcum powder and the glass fiber greatly reduces the use amount of the flame retardant, effectively reduces the cost, and improves the flame retardance and the strength of the material by adding the inorganic substances; the added lubricant can effectively reduce friction force and improve the glossiness of the product; the material prepared by the method has the characteristics of ultrahigh specific gravity, good flame retardant effect, low cost, environmental protection and the like, and can meet the requirements of weight texture and halogen-free flame retardant products.

The addition of antioxidants retards or inhibits the progress of the polymer oxidation process, thereby preventing polymer aging and extending its useful life.
