The existing paper packaging materials used for cigarette lining paper, frame paper and the like which are in direct contact with food do not have antibacterial performance, and simultaneously have poor barrier performance to moisture and smell to be improved.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides transfer paper with a clay antibacterial coating and a manufacturing process thereof.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:

a transfer paper with a clay antibacterial coating is back-coated with an antibacterial clay back-coating liquid, wherein the antibacterial clay back-coating liquid comprises the following components: 15-19 wt% of clay, 60-69 wt% of water-based acrylic resin emulsion, 3-5 wt% of inorganic antibacterial material STK, 5-8 wt% of pearl powder, 5-10 wt% of titanium dioxide, 0-1 wt% of pigment red, 0-2 wt% of pigment yellow, 0.1-0.2 wt% of defoaming agent and 0.1-0.2 wt% of flatting agent.

The antibacterial clay back coating liquid comprises the following components: 15 wt% of clay, 69 wt% of water-based acrylic resin emulsion, 5 wt% of inorganic antibacterial material STK, 5 wt% of pearl powder, 5 wt% of titanium dioxide, 0.8 wt% of pigment red, 0.1 wt% of defoaming agent and 0.1 wt% of leveling agent.

The antibacterial clay back coating liquid comprises the following components: 16 wt% of clay, 61.7 wt% of water-based acrylic resin emulsion, 4 wt% of inorganic antibacterial material STK, 6 wt% of pearl powder, 10 wt% of titanium dioxide, 1 wt% of pigment red, 1 wt% of pigment yellow, 0.15 wt% of defoaming agent and 0.15 wt% of flatting agent.

The antibacterial clay back coating liquid comprises the following components: 19 wt% of clay, 60 wt% of water-based acrylic resin emulsion, 3 wt% of inorganic antibacterial material STK, 8 wt% of pearl powder, 7.6 wt% of titanium dioxide, 2 wt% of pigment yellow, 0.2 wt% of defoaming agent and 0.2 wt% of leveling agent.

The antibacterial clay back coating liquid comprises the following components: 16.7 wt% of clay, 63 wt% of water-based acrylic resin emulsion, 4 wt% of inorganic antibacterial material STK, 6 wt% of pearl powder, 10 wt% of titanium dioxide, 0.15 wt% of defoaming agent and 0.15 wt% of leveling agent.

The clay is colorless, has strong covering power, can be used as a filler, and can improve the viscosity of the back coating liquid. The conventional back coating liquid is not densely coated on paper, the fibers of the paper are not completely covered, and the exposed fibers can absorb moisture in the environment; and the back coating liquid can not completely block the paper, and can completely block the paper after the clay is added.

The back coating liquid added with clay can prolong the shelf life of the inner wrappage after being used for transferring paper.

The aqueous acrylic resin emulsion is 30 percent of aqueous acrylic resin emulsion. The water-based acrylic resin emulsion has good blocking performance, can block external moisture, can block the volatilization of the smell of a package, and can preserve moisture and fragrance.

The inorganic antibacterial material STK is compounded by taking zinc-calcium salt as a main antibacterial component and matching with a special far infrared (8-18 mu m) radiation material, has the characteristics of no discoloration, strong antibacterial capability, wide antibacterial spectrum, good heat resistance and no toxicity, and can ensure that the back coating liquid has antibacterial effect and the quality guarantee period of a package is longer.

The unique soft pearl luster of the pearl powder has incomparable effect. The special surface structure, high refractive index and good transparency enable the pearl pigment to create the same effect as pearl luster in a transparent medium, the back coating liquid added with the pearl powder has better color and luster, the touch feeling of the back of the paper is softer and more moist, and the pearl pigment can be matched with pigment red and pigment yellow for color matching.

The titanium dioxide has good covering capacity, and the shelf life of a packing material can be prolonged after the prepared back coating liquid is used for transferring paper. The titanium dioxide is used as a filler, can play a role in thickening, coating and blocking the back coating liquid, the water-based acrylic resin emulsion plays a role in blocking after the titanium dioxide blocks the surface of the paper, and the titanium dioxide and the water-based acrylic resin emulsion play a role in enhancing moisture retention.

The pigment red gives blue light red tone, has excellent heat stability, light and weather fastness and migration resistance, and is used for coloring.

The yellow pigment gives green yellow color, has strong tinting strength, high heat resistance, excellent heat resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and no migration, and is used for coloring.

The pigment red and the pigment yellow can be matched for use to be adjusted into brick red. The paper texture (the longitudinal fiber of the paper can penetrate the local longitudinal silk thread) of the paper and the brick red pigment are matched to form a special ceramic texture.

The defoaming agent can reduce the surface tension in the back coating liquid processing process, inhibit the generation of foam or eliminate the generated foam. The defoaming agent is polyether defoaming agent.

The leveling agent can effectively reduce the surface tension of the back coating liquid and improve the leveling property and uniformity of the back coating liquid; can improve the permeability of the back coating liquid, reduce the possibility of generating spots and scars during brushing, increase the coverage and ensure uniform and natural film formation. The leveling agent is byk-333 leveling agent.

A manufacturing process of transfer paper with a clay antibacterial coating comprises the following steps:

a. slowly adding the pearl powder, the titanium dioxide, the pigment yellow and the pigment red into water, stirring for 30 minutes under the stirring condition of 100-120 revolutions per minute, and soaking for 24 hours for later use; the step is powder premixing, so that bubbles are prevented from being generated, and subsequent back coating is prevented from being uneven.

b. Roasting the clay for 10-12h at the temperature of 600-900 ℃, slowly cooling and annealing, and grinding the clay on a ball mill to a particle size of 3-5 microns; this procedure resulted in ultrafine clay powders, too coarse particles to be coated.

c. B, adding the superfine clay powder obtained in the step b into the water-based acrylic resin emulsion, setting the rotating speed of a high-speed dispersion machine to be 700-900 revolutions per minute, and uniformly dispersing after 1 hour; here an emulsion of clay suspension is obtained.

Adding the soaking solution and the inorganic antibacterial material STK obtained in the step a, dispersing at the speed of 500-700 rpm for 1 hour to uniformly disperse the inorganic antibacterial material STK, and finally sequentially adding the defoaming agent and the leveling agent until the inorganic antibacterial material STK is uniformly dispersed;

d. and the volatile water in the dispersion process is supplemented, and the reaction kettle has a weighing function and can supplement water according to the weight.

Filtering with a 250-mesh filter screen to obtain an antibacterial clay back coating solution; impurities and the like mixed in the reaction process are filtered.

e. And (4) coating the antibacterial clay back coating liquid on the back of the transfer paper.

And e, back coating by using a 200-mesh screen roller, wherein the temperature of a back coating oven is 110-120 ℃, the speed of the back coating oven is 100-120 m/min, and the pressure is 0.3-0.4 Mpa.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: the manufactured transfer paper has the functions of antibiosis, fragrance preservation and moisture preservation.
