The water replenishment system for paper coater coating according to claim 2, wherein the water vapor nozzle (121) comprises a water vapor nozzle body front wall (1211), a water vapor nozzle body rear wall (1212), a water vapor nozzle body cavity (1213), a water vapor inlet pipe (1214) provided in the water vapor nozzle body rear wall (1212), and a liquid collection tank (1215) provided in a lower side wall of the water vapor nozzle body for collecting condensed liquid of water vapor,

wherein the plane of the front wall (111) of the water vapor nozzle body is 10-60 degrees from the horizontal plane.

The system of claim 3, wherein the front wall (1211) of the water vapor nozzle body is provided with a plurality of closely spaced trumpet shaped apertures (1216), wherein the small diameter ports of the trumpet shaped apertures (1216) are in direct fluid communication with the water vapor nozzle body cavity (1213), and the large diameter ports of the trumpet shaped apertures (1216) are located on the outer surface of the front wall (1211) of the water vapor nozzle body.

5. The water replenishing system for coating of a paper coating machine according to claim 4, wherein the diameter of the small diameter port is 0.8-1.2 mm, and the diameter of the large diameter port is 2.5-3.5 mm.

The water replenishment system for paper coater coating according to claim 2, wherein the water vapor replenishment device (12) further comprises a control cabinet (125), the control cabinet (125) being connected to the water vapor nozzle (121), the water vapor generator (122), the flow meter (123) and the flow control valve (124), respectively, for controlling the amount of water vapor ejected by the water vapor nozzle (121).

The water replenishment system for a paper coater coating according to claim 6, characterized in that the water vapor replenishment device (12) further comprises a pressure sensor (126) arranged in the water vapor pipe (127) for detecting the pressure of the water vapor in the water vapor pipe (127) and transmitting the detected pressure value to the control cabinet (125).

Technical Field

The invention relates to a paper humidifying and water supplementing system, in particular to a water supplementing system used in a coating process of a paper coating machine.

Background

The papermaking process generally comprises the following main steps: 1. a pulping section: selecting raw materials → cooking and separating fibers → washing → bleaching → washing and screening → concentrating or pulping into pulp sheets → storing for standby; 2. paper making section: loose pulp → impurity removal → fine pulp → pulping → preparation of various additives → mixing of paper material → approach of paper material → head box → press part → drying part → surface sizing → drying → calendering → reeling into paper; 3. coating section: coating base paper → coating of a coating machine → drying → coiling → recoiling → supercalendering; 4. a processing section: rewinding → cutting a flat plate (or a winding drum) → sorting and packaging → warehousing.

The moisture content of paper has great influence on printing, the paper is too low in moisture and is fragile, and static electricity is easily generated in printing; too high a content will make the ink difficult to dry. The moisture change has a great influence on various characteristics of the paper, and along with the change of the moisture, the quantitative degree, the tensile strength, the flexibility, the folding endurance and the like of the paper are changed, and the paper size is also stretched, even curled, warped, wrinkled, scalloped edge and the like are generated. In the coater coating of paper, it is generally necessary to replenish water prior to coating. The water replenishing system used in the coating process of the existing paper coating machine is generally a roller water replenishing device which is used for replenishing water to the paper before coating by the coating machine, as shown in fig. 1. Such a roller replenishing device generally includes a water tank and a roller, and a lower portion of the roller directly contacts water in the water tank so that the roller is kept wet. The upper part of the roller directly contacts the lower surface of the paper to be coated, and the roller rotates to lead water from the water tank to the surface of the paper to replenish the paper. However, the water replenishing of the roller device has the following disadvantages: 1. the surface of the paper is only slightly stained with some moisture, the moisture does not permeate into the paper in a short time, and the moisture is only attached to the surface of the paper; 2. the distance between the roller shaft for replenishing water and the glue spreading in the next procedure is far, so that the water on the surface of the paper is seriously lost in the high-speed running process, one part of water is lost due to volatilization, and the other part of water is dropped due to the reduction of the adhesive force in the transmission process. The moisture content of the paper is further reduced after the paper reaches the coating station and is subjected to hot sizing. This causes the paper to become brittle and curled and the adhesion of the paper to be reduced in the subsequent printing and slitting section.

In addition, different paper sheets in the national standard have different value ranges and reference values of water content. For example, the coated paper is GB/T10335.1-2005, the delivered moisture content is 4% -7%, and the reference value is 5.5%. The writing paper is GB/T12654-2018, the delivery moisture content is 4% -8%, and the reference value is 6%. The heat sensitive paper is GB/T28210-2011, and the delivery moisture content is less than 10%. The water replenishing system used in the existing papermaking process hardly meets the above national standard requirements when replenishing water to paper through the roller shaft. Therefore, a water replenishing system for improving the roller water replenishing defect in the coating process of the paper coating machine is needed.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the defects of the water supplementing system in the coating process of the paper coating machine in the prior art, the invention aims to provide a novel water supplementing system for coating of the paper coating machine, which can accurately control the moisture content of paper.

In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme of the invention is as follows:

In a preferred embodiment, in the water replenishing system for coating of the paper coating machine, the water vapor nozzle comprises a water vapor nozzle main body front wall, a water vapor nozzle main body rear wall, a water vapor nozzle main body cavity, a water vapor inlet pipe arranged on the water vapor nozzle main body rear wall and a liquid collecting tank arranged on the water vapor nozzle main body lower side wall, and is used for collecting condensation liquid of water vapor, and the plane of the water vapor nozzle main body front wall is 10-60 degrees to the horizontal plane. In a preferred embodiment, in the water replenishing system for coating of the paper coating machine, the diameter of the small-diameter port is 0.8-1.2 mm, and the diameter of the large-diameter port is 2.5-3.5 mm. In a more preferred embodiment, the small diameter port has a diameter of 1.0mm and the large diameter port has a diameter of 3.0 mm.

In a preferred embodiment, in the water replenishing system for coating of a paper coating machine according to the present invention, the front wall of the water vapor nozzle body is rectangular.

In a preferred embodiment, in the water replenishing system for coating of a paper coating machine, the water vapor replenishing device further comprises a control cabinet, and the control cabinet is respectively connected with the water vapor nozzle, the water vapor generator, the flow meter and the flow regulating valve and is used for controlling the amount of the water vapor sprayed by the water vapor nozzle.

In a preferred embodiment, in the water replenishing system for coating of a paper coating machine, the water vapor replenishing device further comprises a pressure sensor arranged in the water vapor pipeline, and the pressure sensor is used for detecting the pressure of the water vapor in the water vapor pipeline and transmitting the detected pressure value to the control cabinet.

In a preferred embodiment, in the water replenishing system for coating of a paper coating machine according to the present invention, the control cabinet is connected to a PLC controller, and is configured to receive the pressure value of the water vapor transmitted from the pressure sensor and the flow value of the water vapor transmitted from the flow meter, perform data processing on the pressure value and the flow value, and dynamically adjust the output water vapor flow of the water vapor generator and the opening of the flow regulating valve in real time according to the set water vapor flow and the data processing result.

In a preferred embodiment, the steam water replenishing device for coating of a paper coating machine of the invention is provided with a user-operable operation interface in the control cabinet for inputting respective parameters, such as the steam flow rate set according to the traveling speed of the coated paper and the paper type input.

In a preferred embodiment, in the water replenishing system for coating of the paper coating machine, the temperature of the water vapor sprayed by the water vapor replenishing device is 100-170 ℃. In a preferred embodiment, the temperature of the water vapor sprayed by the water vapor replenishing device is 150-170 ℃.

In a preferred embodiment, in the water replenishing system for coating of the paper coating machine, the water vapor pipeline is externally coated with the heat insulation layer.

The water replenishing system for coating of the paper coating machine utilizes the roller coating water replenishing device and the water vapor water replenishing device to replenish water for the paper in the coating process of the coating machine. The water vapor replenishing device replenishes water for the paper by utilizing high-temperature water vapor, and the water replenished by the water replenishing mode easily permeates into the paper, so that the paper is replenished in a short time. Moreover, the water vapor replenishing device can replenish water to the paper according to the actually required water replenishing amount of the paper. For example, according to different production papers, the corresponding water supplement amount is supplemented to the coated paper, and according to different traveling speeds in the paper coating process in the production process, the water supplement amount is dynamically responded, so that the paper meets the water content requirement of the paper in the national standard.

Compared with the prior art, the water replenishing system for the coating of the paper coating machine has the following advantages:

1. through the full automated control of steam moisturizing device and utilize high temperature steam, the moisturizing volume is more accurate when further moisturizing to the paper, and the moisturizing is fast, and more even.

2. The water replenishing system provided by the invention is combined with the existing roller shaft water replenishing device to respectively replenish water after and before the paper is coated by the coating machine, so that the water replenishing amount of the paper is more uniform each time.
