Referring to fig. 1, the safety belt for high-altitude construction safety protection comprises a safety belt body and a lifting rope, wherein the safety belt body comprises a waist belt 2, two shoulder belts 3 movably connected to the waist belt 2, and two leg belts 1 movably connected to the waist belts. The chest parts of the two shoulder belts 3 are connected through the armpit belts 5, the back parts of the two shoulder belts 3 are intersected and fixed, and the intersection position is a back buckle 6. The tail end of the leg belt 1 is provided with a leg binding ring 1-1. The armpit belt 5 and the waistband 2 are respectively provided with a fastener 4, and the fastener 4 is used for tightening the waistband 2 and the armpit belt 5 on the human body.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the shoulder strap 3 is provided with a sandwich layer 3-1, which may be a partial one, or the shoulder strap 3 may be a whole double-layered band, which has a sandwich layer as a whole. At least one section of the shoulder belt of the shoulder is provided with an interlayer 3-1, a width increasing belt 10 is arranged in the interlayer 3-1 of the shoulder belt 3, the width increasing belt 10 is movably connected with the shoulder belt 3, can move left and right in the interlayer, and protrudes out of the shoulder belt 3 when moving inwards (in the direction of the center line of a human body), so that the effect of increasing the width of the shoulder belt 3 is achieved; and, when moving outward (in the direction of the shoulders of the human body), the shoulder straps 3 are retracted.

The inner side of the belt increasing 10 is provided with a first pull rope 10-2, the outer side is provided with a second pull rope 10-3, the upper surface of the interlayer of the shoulder strap 3 is provided with a rope through hole 3-3, and the second pull rope 10-3 penetrates out of the rope through hole 3-3. When the safety belt is worn on a worker, if the width of the shoulder belt 3 is not proper, the width increasing belt 10 can be dragged to the left and the right through the first pulling rope 10-2 and the second pulling rope 10-3 to adjust the proper width of the shoulder belt 3.

The shoulder straps 3 and the width-increasing belts 10 are provided with a plurality of connecting holes, the holes are sequentially staggered and overlapped when the width-increasing belts 10 move left and right, and locking structures are inserted into the overlapped connecting holes, so that the width-increasing belts can be fixed with the shoulder straps after the positions of the width-increasing belts are adjusted. Specifically, the embodiment of the connection structure of the shoulder strap 3 and the widening belt 10 provided by the invention is shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, a first connection hole 3-2 is arranged on the edge of the inner side of the shoulder strap 3, a plurality of second connection holes 10-1 which are arranged in a straight line are arranged on the widening belt 10, the second connection holes 10-1 are superposed with the first connection holes 3-2, and a widening belt fixing rope 12 is arranged at the superposed position. In this embodiment, only 2 fixing ropes 12 are arranged at the inner side 3 of the shoulder strap and above and below the width increasing band 10, actually, a plurality of connecting holes 3-2 can be arranged on the shoulder strap 3, and a plurality of width increasing band fixing ropes 12 are provided, so that the width increasing band 10 is fixed more stably at multiple points. The structure fixes the position of the widened belt after the width of the shoulder belt is adjusted. The fixing rope can be bound by a binding belt and penetrates through the overlapped connecting holes to be bound at the two ends.

The invention also designs a structure of a fixed rope, preferably, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, one end of the fixed rope 12 is fixed beside the connecting hole I3-2, and the other end is fixedly connected with a pin 12-1; a locking hole 12-3 is also arranged beside the connecting hole I3-2; the fixed rope body 12-2 bypasses the superposed first connecting hole 3-2 and the second connecting hole 10-1 and is arranged in the locking hole 12-3. The fixing ropes 12 are arranged on the connecting holes one by one, the pin ends are free ends, the pins 12-1 penetrate through the overlapped connecting holes and are arranged in the locking holes 12-3, and therefore the effect that the fixing ropes 12 are closed end to end is achieved. The locking hole 12-3 can be an inserting structure which can be tightly matched with the pin 12-1, and can also be a threaded connection structure. The fixing structure of the broadening band is light and convenient, and the weight of the safety band cannot be increased.

The structure avoids discomfort caused by improper width of the shoulder belt 3 when a worker uses the safety belt, and the position of the width-increasing belt 10 is adjusted left and right to adapt to people of different body types.

Further, an air cushion 8 is embedded in the leg binding ring 1-1, the air cushion 8 is connected with the lower end of an air pipe 9, and the upper end of the air pipe 9 is connected with an air supply mechanism 11. The contact area between the air cushion 8 and the legs is effectively increased in the structure, and the comfort degree of the legs during binding can be effectively improved when the air cushion 8 is full of air. The embodiment of the air supply mechanism provided by the invention comprises the following steps: as shown in fig. 5, 6 and 7, the air supply mechanism is arranged in the back buckle 6, the air supply mechanism 11 comprises a box body 11-1, and the box body 11-1 is formed by assembling a box cover 11-1-2 and a box body 11-1-1; an extruder 11-2 is installed in the box body 11-1-1, the extruder 11-2 comprises a main board 11-2-1, an extrusion rod 11-2-3 is arranged at the bottom of the main board 11-2-1, vertical elastic pieces 11-2-2 are arranged on two sides of the extrusion rod 11-2-3, a pull belt 11-2-4 is fixed at the top of the main board 11-2-1, and the pull belt 11-2-4 protrudes out of the box body 11-1; a slotted hole for the drawstring to penetrate through is formed in the box cover 11-1-2, a circular through hole is formed beside the slotted hole, a downward extending extrusion pipe 11-1-3 is installed in the circular through hole, an air bag 11-1-4 is arranged in the extrusion pipe 11-1-3, and the air bag 11-1-4 is vertically opposite to the extrusion rod 11-2-3; the opening of the air bag 11-1-4 is connected with the extrusion tube 11-1-3. The elastic member 11-2-2 may be a spring.

The upper end of the drawstring 11-2-4 is provided with a through hole for connecting the lifting rope 7. As shown in fig. 8, one end of the lifting rope 7 of the present invention is fixedly connected with a U-shaped ring 13, the other end is fixedly connected with a connecting member 14, and the top end of the connecting member 14 is fixedly connected with a square ring 15. The square ring 15 is connected with a bolt piece, and the U-shaped ring 13 is connected with a bolt sleeve.

The body of the trachea 9 of the present invention preferably extends between the shoulder 3, waist 2 and leg straps 1. The trachea of the structure is of an invisible structure, so that the trachea is prevented from being wound around a human body, and meanwhile, the trachea in the safety belt is not easy to damage.

The U-shaped ring 13 of the lifting rope 7 is connected with the drawstring 11-2-4, the square ring 15 is connected with a fixed pile, and the fixed pile is a building fixed structure. The width of the shoulder strap 3 can be adjusted according to the needs of the user, and if the shoulder is wide or the body is fat, the width increasing strap can be pulled out of the width increasing strap 10 and fixed. For a worker with a small size, the widening band 10 can be hidden in the shoulder belt interlayer 3-1.

After the shoulder straps 3 are adjusted in width, the lifting ropes 7 are installed.

In the prior art safety belt, when the lifting rope 7 is tightened, the leg strap 1 tightens the thigh of the worker, so that the worker is uncomfortable in working. When the lifting rope 7 tensions the safety belt, the invention inflates the leg belt, and the air cushion 8 swells to achieve the effect of thickening or widening the leg binding ring 1-1, thereby protecting the legs of workers.

Preferably, the air bag 11-1-4 is provided with a one-way valve I, and the air pipe 9 is provided with a one-way valve II. In the multiple extrusion process of the air bag, the air space is repeatedly filled into the air bag through the one-way valve, and the space in the air bag only can flow to the air pipe. The structure is suitable for the condition that the capacity of the air bag is small, and enough air in the air pipe 9 and the air cushion 8 can be filled through multiple operations.
