As shown in fig. 1, 8, 9 and 10, the water curtain type splash-proof cooling washing mechanism 2 comprises a height adjusting electric hydraulic push rod 22, a bearing plate 23, a water supply tank 24, a water flow transmission device 25, a splash-proof cooling washing device 26 and a rotary driving device 27, wherein the height adjusting electric hydraulic push rod 22 is arranged on the upper wall of the punching workbench 4, the punching workbench 4 plays a role of fixing and bearing the height adjusting electric hydraulic push rod 22, the bearing plate 23 is arranged at the movable end of the height adjusting electric hydraulic push rod 22, the water supply tank 24 is arranged on the upper wall of the bearing plate 23, the water flow transmission device 25 is communicated with the water supply tank 24, the splash-proof cooling washing device 26 is arranged on the water flow transmission device 25, the rotary driving device 27 is arranged on the bearing plate 23 and the water flow transmission device 25, the expansion of the height adjusting electric hydraulic push rod 22 realizes the technical effect of flexibly adjusting the punching depth, and the splash-proof cooling washing device 26 can perform water curtain type protection on scraps generated in the punching process, meanwhile, the metal plate can be cleaned in a brushing mode; the splash-proof cooling water washing device 26 comprises a splash-proof water curtain water supply ring 28 and a flexible water flow transmission pipe 29, the anti-splash water curtain water supply ring 28 is arranged on the water flow transmission device 25, the flexible water flow transmission pipes 29 are uniformly arranged on the anti-splash water curtain water supply ring 28 at intervals, the flexible water flow transmission pipes 29 are communicated with the anti-splash water curtain water supply ring 28, water curtain holes 32 are formed in the bottom wall of the anti-splash water curtain water supply ring 28, the water curtain holes 32 and the flexible water flow transmission pipes 29 are arranged at intervals, the limiting ring 30 is arranged at the bottom end of the flexible water flow transmission pipes 29, the water washing brushes 31 are uniformly arranged on the bottom wall of the limiting ring 30 at intervals, the anti-splash water curtain water supply ring 28 rotates to drive the flexible water flow transmission pipes 29 to rotate, the flexible water flow transmission pipes 29 rotate to drive the limiting ring 30 to rotate, the limiting ring 30 rotates to drive the water washing brushes 31 to rotate, and washing operation of the perforated metal plate is achieved; the water flow transmission device 25 comprises a water pump 33 and a water diversion disc 34, the water pump 33 is arranged on the bottom wall of the bearing plate 23, one end of the water pump 33 is communicated and connected with the water supply tank 24, the water diversion disc 34 is communicated and rotatably connected with the other end of the water pump 33, and the splash-proof water curtain water supply ring 28 is communicated and connected with the water diversion disc 34; the rotary driving device 27 comprises a driving motor 35, a driving gear 36 and a meshing gear 37, the driving motor 35 is arranged on the bottom wall of the bearing plate 23, the driving gear 36 is connected with the output end of the driving motor 35, the meshing gear 37 is arranged on the upper wall of the water distribution disc 34, the driving gear 36 is meshed with the meshing gear 37, the driving motor 35 rotates to drive the driving gear 36 to rotate, the driving gear 36 rotates to drive the meshing gear 37 to rotate, and the meshing gear 37 rotates to drive the water distribution disc 34 to rotate.

As shown in fig. 1, 10 and 11, the light self-adaptive leveling and heat insulating perforating mechanism 3 includes a perforation drill 38, a light heat insulating foam metal 39 and a self-adaptive rotary polishing and leveling device 40, the perforation drill 38 is disposed on the bottom wall of the water diversion tray 34, the light heat insulating foam metal 39 is disposed in the perforation drill 38, the self-adaptive rotary polishing and leveling device 40 is disposed on the bottom wall of the water diversion tray 34, and the self-adaptive rotary polishing and leveling device 40 is connected with the perforation drill 38 in a clamping and sliding manner; the self-adaptive rotary polishing and leveling device 40 comprises an expansion spring 41, a clamping sliding block 42 and a polishing leveling plate 43, wherein a polishing clamping groove 44 is formed in the side wall of the perforation drill 38, the clamping sliding block 42 is clamped and slidably arranged in the polishing clamping groove 44, the polishing leveling plate 43 is arranged on the bottom wall of the clamping sliding block 42, one end of the expansion spring 41 is arranged on the bottom wall of the water diversion disc 34, and the other end of the expansion spring 41 is arranged on the upper wall of the clamping sliding block 42.

When the automatic drilling device is used specifically, a metal plate to be drilled is placed on the punching workbench 4, the transmission motor 18 is started, the transmission motor 18 rotates to drive the extrusion transmission disc 16 to rotate, the extrusion transmission disc 16 rotates to drive the air bag type flexible anti-skid protrusions 17 to rotate, the air bag type flexible anti-skid protrusions 17 are attached to the plate, so that the plate is extruded and transmitted, meanwhile, the distance between the extrusion transmission discs 16 can be automatically clamped and centered according to the width of the plate, the extrusion transmission disc 16 moves to drive the positioning moving block 8 to move along the sliding groove 15 through the clamping sliding protrusions 10, the positioning moving block 8 moves to drive the rotating connecting rod I12 and the rotating connecting rod II 14 to simultaneously rotate, the rotating directions of the rotating connecting rod I12 and the rotating connecting rod II 14 are opposite, symmetrical equidistant movement is realized under the action of the aligning connecting rod 13, and further, the technical effect of automatic positioning transmission on the center of the plate is realized, when the plate moves to the position right below the perforating drill 38, the driving motor 35 is started, the driving motor 35 rotates to drive the driving gear 36 to rotate, the driving gear 36 rotates to drive the meshing gear 37 to rotate, the meshing gear 37 rotates to drive the water distribution disc 34 to rotate, the water distribution disc 34 rotates to drive the splash-proof water curtain water supply ring 28 to rotate, the splash-proof water curtain water supply ring 28 rotates to drive the flexible water flow transmission pipe 29 to rotate, the flexible water flow transmission pipe 29 rotates to drive the limiting ring 30 to rotate, the limiting ring 30 rotates to drive the washing brush 31 to rotate, the water distribution disc 34 rotates to drive the perforating drill 38 to rotate, the perforating drill 38 rotates to drive the self-adaptive rotary polishing and leveling device 40 to rotate, the height adjusting electric hydraulic push rod 22 is started at the same time, the height adjusting electric hydraulic push rod 22 shortens to drive the perforating drill 38 to move downwards, the feeding type perforating operation on the center of the plate is realized, and the perforating drill 38 moves downwards, under the action of the plate, the clamping sliding block 42 slides upwards along the leveling clamping groove 44, at the same time, the expansion spring 41 contracts, the technical effect of self-adaptive fitting, rotating, grinding and leveling of bosses around the drilled hole of the plate is achieved, the water pump 33 is started, the water pump 33 works to pump out water in the water supply tank 24 and transmit the water to the water diversion disc 34, the water is transmitted to the splash-proof water curtain water supply ring 28 through the water diversion disc 34 and then transmitted to the flexible water flow transmission pipe 29 and the water curtain hole 32 to be discharged, the water curtain falls through the water curtain hole 32 to form a water curtain to block chips generated by the drilled hole, the chips are transmitted to the metal plate through the flexible water flow transmission pipe 29 and are scrubbed and cleaned through the scrubbing brush 31, so that the whole working process of the invention is achieved, and the steps are repeated when the metal plate is used next time.
