9. An automatic weighing method of undersize using the automatic weighing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the steps of:

s1, the control system obtains a batch starting signal, and the control system automatically clears the current weight and the batch accumulated amount;

s2, in the production process, undersize smoke foam falls into the bin body for temporary storage, the weighing sensor detects the instant weight of the smoke foam and sends the weight to the control system, when the weight of the smoke foam in the bin body exceeds a first set weight, the control system judges whether the current batch is finished, if the current batch is finished, S6 is entered, and if the current batch is not finished, S3 is entered;

s3, the control system accumulates the instant weight into the batch cumulant, clears the current instant weight, controls the electric butterfly valve to be opened, starts the speed reducing motor of the spiral component, and sends the smoke foam in the feed bin body into the dust removal system;

s4, the control system judges whether the current batch is finished, if the current batch is finished, the control system enters S6; if the current batch is not finished, entering S5;

s5, judging whether the current instant weight is less than a second set weight:

if not, the electric butterfly valve is kept opened, the speed reducing motor of the spiral component continues to operate, and judgment is repeated;

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of automatic weighing machines, and particularly relates to an automatic undersize weighing device and a weighing method.

Background

Cost control and consumption reduction are important basic management work of cigarette industry enterprises and important guarantee of the upper level of factory management.

In recent years, a loss early warning system in the cigarette production process is set up by a plurality of cigarette factories. The loss in the cigarette production process is mainly the loss of the smoke foam removed at each station of a screening vibration groove, a winnowing station and the like on a production line, and at present, the smoke foam enters a centralized dust removal system through each dust removal point after being generated and cannot be monitored. Therefore, a loss early warning system in the cigarette production process needs to be constructed, a set of automatic undersize cigarette foam weighing device needs to be designed, the weight of cigarette foam generated by each cigarette foam loss point is weighed and monitored, and the cigarette foam is automatically collected to a centralized dust removal system for unified treatment.

The automatic weighing of current similar material generally adopts the feed bin balance of nonstandard customization to realize because cigarette foam mobility is not good, easily in the feed bin "bridge", and the load is difficult to control, and then causes cigarette foam putty in the feed bin or in the dust removal pipeline.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide an automatic undersize material weighing device and an automatic undersize material weighing method, which are used for solving the problems that the automatic weighing of materials in the prior art cannot automatically count the weight of undersize tobacco powder of each batch and the blocking of materials in a bin or a dust removal pipe.

an automatic undersize weighing device comprises an electric butterfly valve, a hose, a scale body bracket, a blanking hopper, a stock bin body, a weighing sensor, a spiral component and an electric control system;

An automatic undersize weighing method, using the automatic weighing device of any one of the above, comprising the steps of:

s1, the control system obtains a batch starting signal, and the control system automatically clears the current weight and the batch accumulated amount;

s2, in the production process, undersize smoke foam falls into the bin body for temporary storage, the weighing sensor detects the instant weight of the smoke foam and sends the weight to the control system, when the weight of the smoke foam in the bin body exceeds a first set weight, the control system judges whether the current batch is finished, if the current batch is finished, S6 is entered, and if the current batch is not finished, S3 is entered;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:

1. the undersize smoke foam is automatically weighed, and the batch weight is automatically counted.

2. Through control spiral rotational speed, can realize accurate control cigarette foam load, and then realize that the negative pressure is carried and is pressed the operation of maximum efficiency.

3. The electric butterfly valve controls the dedusting negative pressure air pipe, so that the dedusting air quantity is greatly saved, and the energy consumption of the fan is reduced.

s1, the control system obtains a batch starting signal and automatically clears the current weight and the batch accumulated amount; here, the data of the previous batch is cleared.

S2, in the production process, undersize smoke foam falls into the bin body for temporary storage, the weighing sensor detects the instant weight of the smoke foam and sends the weight to the control system, and the control system performs control judgment according to the instant weight; when the weight of the smoke foam in the silo body exceeds a first set weight (set according to needs), the control system firstly judges whether the current batch is finished, and if the current batch is finished, the step is S6; if the current batch is not finished, entering S3;

s3, the control system accumulates the instant weight into the batch cumulant, clears the current instant weight, controls the electric butterfly valve to open, starts the speed reducing motor of the spiral component, and the spiral pusher sends the smoke foam in the feed bin body to the dust removal system; spiral component is under the starting condition, and this internal cigarette foam weight of feed bin is reducing, but includes and continue to get into this internal cigarette foam weight of feed bin etc. in process of production, and weighing sensor transmits the instant weight data who detects for control system at any time.

Through the steps, the control system completes automatic statistics of the weight of the screened smoke in the whole batch.

According to the technical scheme, the undersize cigarette foam weight of each sieving vibration groove, winnowing station and other stations in the production process of each batch of cut tobacco can be automatically counted, and the undersize cigarette foam weight is in butt joint with a centralized dust removal system, so that automatic collection of cigarette foam is realized.
