1. A network wiring job counting apparatus, characterized by comprising: a core processing unit, an RJ-45 connector jack;

wherein the RJ-45 connector jack is configured to receive an RJ-45 connector; wherein the RJ-45 connector jack has an opening to allow an RJ-45 connector to be inserted into the RJ-45 connector jack, and a detection mechanism is provided in the RJ-45 connector jack for detecting whether the RJ-45 connector is inserted; the detection mechanism is connected to the core processing unit through a connection bus to send a detection result to the core processing unit; wherein the detection mechanism is used for sending a first signal or a second signal to the core processing unit according to the insertion and the extraction of an RJ-45 connector in an RJ-45 connector socket;

the core processing unit is connected with the RJ-45 connector socket through a connecting bus to receive a first signal and a second signal sent by the RJ-45 connector socket so as to determine the number of the RJ-45 connectors in the RJ-45 connector socket, and the display is performed through a display mechanism of the core processing unit.

2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the core processing unit is provided with a display mechanism to display the number of RJ-45 connectors in the RJ-45 connector jack to receive the RJ-45 connector jack transmission.

3. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the core processing unit further comprises a communication unit configured to send information such as a remaining amount alarm, a power alarm, and configuration information to a predetermined address.

4. The network cabling job counting device of claim 1, wherein said device further has a power supply module for supplying power.

5. A counting method using the network wiring job counting apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 4, comprising:

receiving a first signal and a second signal sent by the RJ-45 connector socket by using the core processing unit so as to count the RJ-45 connectors in the RJ-45 connector socket;

the number of RJ-45 connectors in the RJ-45 connector jack is displayed by a display mechanism.

Technical Field

The embodiment of the invention relates to the technical field of data processing and automatic control, in particular to a counting device and a counting method for network wiring operation.

Background

The network wiring operation is a common network engineering operation type, such as machine room construction, distribution substation communication network construction, network equipment access, and the like. With the development of electronic information technology, the management of a large number of network wiring operation engineering projects has also entered the electronic era. The RJ-45 connector, i.e. the connector of the network cable, is a consumable material that must be used in a large amount in the network cabling engineering, and there is often a practical problem of delay in the network cabling engineering due to the failure to carry enough RJ-45 connectors.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problem that the number of RJ-45 connectors in the prior art cannot be accurately counted, the embodiment of the invention provides a counting device and a counting method for network wiring operation, so as to automatically count the RJ-45 connectors.

In order to solve the above problem, an embodiment of the present invention provides a network cabling operation counting device, including: a core processing unit, an RJ-45 connector jack;

wherein the RJ-45 connector jack is configured to receive an RJ-45 connector; wherein the RJ-45 connector jack has an opening to allow an RJ-45 connector to be inserted into the RJ-45 connector jack, and a detection mechanism is provided in the RJ-45 connector jack for detecting whether the RJ-45 connector is inserted; the detection mechanism is connected to the core processing unit through a connection bus to send a detection result to the core processing unit; wherein the detection mechanism is used for sending a first signal or a second signal to the core processing unit according to the insertion and the extraction of an RJ-45 connector in an RJ-45 connector socket;

the core processing unit is connected with the RJ-45 connector socket through a connecting bus to receive a first signal and a second signal sent by the RJ-45 connector socket so as to determine the number of the RJ-45 connectors in the RJ-45 connector socket, and the display is performed through a display mechanism of the core processing unit.

In some embodiments, the core processing unit is provided with a display mechanism to display the number of RJ-45 connectors within the RJ-45 connector jack to receive the RJ-45 connector jack transmissions.

In some embodiments, the core processing unit further includes a communication unit, and the communication unit is configured to send information such as a margin alarm, a power alarm, and configuration information to the preset address.

In some embodiments, the device also has a power supply module to supply power.

In a second aspect, a counting method using the network wiring job counting device as described above is also provided, including:

receiving a first signal and a second signal sent by the RJ-45 connector socket by using the core processing unit so as to count the RJ-45 connectors in the RJ-45 connector socket;

the number of RJ-45 connectors in the RJ-45 connector jack is displayed by a display mechanism.

The technical scheme of the invention has the following beneficial effects: the embodiment of the invention provides a network wiring operation counting device and method, which can more accurately count the number of RJ-45 connectors in an RJ-45 connector socket.

In order to make the technical problems, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the following detailed description is given with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments.

The technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention provides a network wiring operation counting device and a network wiring operation counting method, and the network wiring operation counting device and the network wiring operation counting method are used for accurately counting RJ-45 connectors so as to monitor the number of the residual RJ-45 connectors and compare the number with a preset value; when the count value of the RJ-45 connector is lower than the preset value, the device alarms; and when the current RJ-45 connector count value is lower than the preset value, the device sends reminding information to the appointed platform through the communication device per se.

As shown in fig. 1, a network wiring job counting apparatus of an embodiment of the present invention includes: a core processing unit and an RJ-45 connector jack.

As shown in fig. 1, the network cabling task counting device according to the embodiment of the present invention has two or more RJ-45 connector jacks, and each of the RJ-45 connector jacks is connected to a connection bus. Thus, signals sent through each RJ-45 connector jack may be counted by the core processing unit during operation. For example, when an RJ-45 connector is plugged into an RJ-45 connector jack, the RJ-45 connector jack sends a first signal to the connection bus; when the RJ-45 connector is unplugged from the RJ-45 connector jack, the RJ-45 connector jack sends a second signal to the connection bus. The core processing unit can then count based on the received first and second signals so that the core processing unit knows how many RJ-45 connectors are currently received in the RJ-45 connector jacks.

Wherein the core processing unit is connected with the RJ-45 connector socket through a connection bus to receive a first signal and a second signal sent by the RJ-45 connector socket so as to determine the number of the RJ-45 connectors in the RJ-45 connector socket and display the number through a display mechanism of the core processing unit. The core processing unit also comprises a communication unit, and the communication unit is used for sending information such as allowance alarm, electric quantity alarm and configuration information to the preset address. Wherein the device has a power supply module to supply power to the entire device.

The detection mechanism can be a photoelectric detection mechanism, namely, when an RJ-45 connector is inserted into an RJ-45 connector socket to block a photoelectric signal, a first signal is sent; when the RJ-45 connector is pulled out of the RJ-45 connector socket, the photoelectric signal can smoothly pass through a cavity in the RJ-45 connector socket, and then a second signal is sent. The detection mechanism can also be a mechanical structure, namely the detection mechanism is a telescopic contact, namely when an RJ-45 connector is inserted into an RJ-45 connector socket and the contact is pressed down, a first signal is sent; when the RJ-45 connector is unplugged from the RJ-45 connector jack and the contact loses pressure, a second signal is sent.
