The preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

The connection terminal 111 may be a charging terminal through which the rental apparatus 10 charges the power bank 40. The connection terminal 111 may also be a communication terminal through which the rental apparatus 10 communicates with the power bank 40. The locking mechanism 20 comprises a locking piece 21 rotatably connected with the rental bin 11 and a driving assembly 22 for driving the locking piece 21 to rotatably extend into or out of the rental bin 11, and the driving assembly 22 drives the locking piece 21 to extend into the rental bin 11 to lock the charger baby 40.
