The existing cast welding machine template is often directly connected and installed through a threaded hole, the position of the template is very inconvenient to adjust when the template is replaced, the downtime is long, different parts of the template are difficult to be intensively supported, and the supporting parts are difficult to adjust.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a template device for a cast-weld machine and an operation method, which solve the problems that the position of the template of the existing cast-weld machine is difficult to adjust, the downtime is long and the supporting part is difficult to adjust through the actions of a template body, a positioning support, a movable mounting plate and a supporting piece.

stp2, sequentially passing a locking bolt through the kidney-shaped groove, the assembling hole, the driving plate and the driven plate, and installing the locking bolt in the threaded blind hole B; keeping the locking bolt not completely enter the threaded blind hole B;

stp3, connecting the first movable end of the active plate and the second movable end of the passive plate through the guide post, and inserting the post head into the clamping hole.

Example two

The invention also provides an operation method of the template device for the cast welding machine, which comprises the following steps:

stp1, mounting the pair of movable mounting plates 2 in the accommodating groove 103, adjusting the mounting positions, and fixing the movable mounting plates by the threaded rods 8;

stp2, sequentially passing a locking bolt 7 through the kidney-shaped groove 102, the assembling hole 202, the driving plate 3 and the driven plate 4, and installing the locking bolt in the threaded blind hole B502; keeping the locking bolt 7 not completely entering the threaded blind hole B502;

stp3, the first movable end of the active plate 3 and the second movable end of the passive plate 4 are connected by the guide post 6, and the post head 601 is inserted into the card hole 108.
