The aluminum profile to be cut is conveyed through the cutting groove 221 of the operating platform 22 and is abutted and limited with a limiting block at one end of the operating platform 22; the positioning mechanism 8 moves downwards, the front limiting mechanism 81 and the limiting plate 83 of the positioning mechanism 8 synchronously move to limit the end part of the aluminum profile to be cut, and the limiting plate 83 of the middle limiting mechanism 82 presses down to position the middle part of the aluminum profile to be cut.

Driving the lifting type cutting knife 9 to ascend, and enabling a cutting wheel 93 of the lifting type cutting knife 9 to penetrate through a cutting groove 221 to cut the aluminum profile to be cut; and (5) recovering the cut lifting type cutting knife 9. The cut materials are conveyed into the through groove 50 of the material transfer part 5 through the material guide mechanism 42, the materials are synchronously wiped through the upper wiping net 532 and the lower supporting net 533 arranged in the through groove 50, and the wiped impurities are accommodated by utilizing the mesh structure of the lower supporting net 533 and the ash collecting groove 501; the lower support net 533 transfers the wiped materials to the second transfer mechanism 7.

Wherein, the lifting type cutting knife 9 carries out the smearing of lubricating oil on the cutting wheel 93 through the lubricating oil smearing mechanism 95.
