1. A drip chamber, comprising:

Technical Field

The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a dropping funnel and an infusion device.

Background

The dropping funnel is an important component of the infusion device, medical staff can clearly observe the speed of conveying the liquid medicine through the dropping funnel, and can add some special medicines into an infusion pipeline through the dropping funnel in the infusion process, so that the time of adding the medicines is conveniently controlled. However, impurities may exist in the liquid medicine bottle of the existing infusion device and are transferred into the human body through the dropping funnel, so that the treatment effect is affected.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention mainly aims to provide a dropping funnel, aiming at filtering liquid medicine impurities in the infusion process and improving the treatment effect.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a dropping funnel, comprising:

The porosity of the filtering membrane 33 of the present application may be 40 to 50%, the pore diameter is 5 to 10 μm, and the thickness is 100 to 200 μm. Referring to fig. 2 and 5 in combination, in an embodiment of the present application, the mounting body 31 is provided with a mounting groove 311, the filter opening 311a is provided at a bottom wall of the mounting groove 311, and the filter 30 is provided in the mounting groove 311. The installation bone 13 is arranged so that the filter member 30 can be well installed with the drip chamber body 10. The mounting bone 13 serves as a limit. The mounting seat 51 and the puncture body 53 may be formed integrally or separately.

Furthermore, the mounting seat 51 includes a main body plate 511, a mounting plate 513 bent and disposed on the periphery of the main body plate 511, a connecting plate 515 disposed on the surface of the mounting plate 513, and a side plate 517 bent and connected to the connecting plate 515, the mounting plate 513, the connecting plate 515, and the side plate 517 enclose a slot 52, and the slot 52 is inserted and fixed to the drip chamber main body 10. That is, the mount base 51 is mounted to the drip chamber body 10 by means of a plug-fit. The insertion fit can be used for simply and conveniently installing the installation seat 51 on the drip chamber main body 10.

In an embodiment of the present application, the insertion slot 52 includes an insertion section 521 and a fixing section 523 connected to the insertion section 521, the insertion section 521 is provided with an insertion port 52a, the drip chamber body 10 is inserted from the insertion port 52a, a distance value W1 between the mounting plate 513 and the side plate 517 in the insertion section 521 is defined, and the distance value W1 is gradually decreased in a direction from the insertion port 52a to the connection plate 515; the distance value of the mounting plate 513 and the side plate 517 in the fixed segment 523 is defined as W2, and the distance value W2 is a fixed value in the direction from the socket 52a to the connection plate 515.

When assembled, the upper end of the drip chamber body 10 is inserted from the insertion port 52 a. The space of the insertion section 521 is gradually reduced, so that the distance value W1 at the insertion port 52a is the maximum value, and thus, the insertion installation of the drip chamber body 10 can be conveniently guided. Meanwhile, the distance value W2 at the fixed segment 523 is set to be a fixed value, so that the distance between the side plate 517 and the mounting plate 513 at that position is constant, and the drip chamber body 10 can be firmly fixed when being plugged at that position. In order to further enhance the stability of the connection, glue may be further disposed in the slot 52, so that the connection between the puncture device 50 and the drip chamber body 10 is more stable by means of plugging and gluing.

And/or, the connection plate 515 is provided with a vent hole (not shown) communicated with the slot 52.

Through the setting of bleeder vent for in the process of mount pad 51 assembly, do not remain the air with between the dropping funnel main part 10, realize the tight fit of the two. In the gluing process, air bubbles do not exist in the glue, and the stability of the connection between the puncture outfit 50 and the dropping funnel main body 10 is further improved.

And/or, the drip chamber 100 further comprises a protective cap 70, wherein an installation bulge 71 is arranged on the inner wall surface of the protective cap 70, the protective cap 70 is sleeved outside the puncture main body 53, and the installation bulge 71 is abutted against the puncture main body 53, so that the protective cap 70 is tightly matched with the puncture main body 53.

The provision of the protective cap 70 may protect the puncture body 53 from damage when not in use. Meanwhile, when the protective cap 70 is provided, the protective cap 70 is abutted against the mounting boss 71, so that a tight fit effect can be achieved, and the protective cap 70 is prevented from being accidentally detached from the puncture body 53.

And/or a positioning bone position 15 is further arranged on the inner wall surface of the liquid passing channel 10a of the dropping funnel main body 10, and the positioning bone position 15 is abutted and limited with the mounting seat 51.

The lower extreme of the upside butt mount pad 51 of location position 15 for mount pad 51 has the spacing effect in the in-process of installation in location, makes the installation of mount pad 51 not only lean on the upper end butt of connecting plate 515 with drip chamber main part 10, and then makes the installation of mount pad 51 more accurate.

Further, the first surface 135 of the mounting rib 13 facing away from the drip chamber body 10 and the second surface 151 of the positioning rib 15 facing away from the drip chamber body 10 are located on the same plane.

The first surface 135 and the second surface 151 are located on the same surface, i.e., the height of the protrusion of the mounting bone site 13 and the positioning bone site 15 in the drip chamber body 10 is the same. This is convenient for processing the drip chamber body 10. Meanwhile, the first surface 135 and the second surface 151 are located on the same surface, so that the drawing of the drip chamber body 10 is facilitated.

The present invention further provides an infusion device, which includes a dropping funnel 100, and the specific structure of the dropping funnel 100 refers to the above embodiments, and since the infusion device adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, the infusion device at least has all the beneficial effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, and no further description is given here.
