An exhaust gas purification system characterized in that: the waste gas purification system sequentially comprises a gas collecting hood, a dust removal device, an alkaline spray tower, an active carbon adsorption device and an exhaust chimney along the moving direction of the gas flow; the gas-collecting hood, the dust-removing equipment, the alkaline spray tower, the active carbon adsorption device and the exhaust chimney are all connected in sequence through an exhaust pipeline;

a first fan and a gas flow control valve are arranged between the gas collecting hood and the dust removing equipment;

a gas detection sensor, a second fan and a gas backflow pipeline are arranged between the activated carbon adsorption device and the exhaust chimney, the gas detection sensor is installed in the exhaust pipeline between the activated carbon adsorption device and the second fan, the gas inlet end of the gas backflow pipeline is communicated with the exhaust pipeline between the second fan and the exhaust chimney, and the gas outlet end of the gas backflow pipeline is communicated with the gas inlet of the alkaline spray tower;

Background

The waste gas purification mainly refers to the treatment of industrial waste gas generated in industrial places, such as dust particles, smoke and dust, peculiar smell gas, toxic and harmful gas and the like. Common waste gas purification includes factory smoke waste gas purification, workshop dust waste gas purification, organic waste gas purification, acid-base waste gas purification, chemical waste gas purification, odor deodorization purification and the like.

At present, the rapid development of plastic plants is brought about due to the large use of plastic products, and the problems of waste gas pollution and the like caused by the rapid development of the plastic plants are frequently caused. Plastics factory produces waste gas and mainly contains dust, volatile organic compounds, acid gas etc. because its waste gas produces the condition various, waste gas composition is complicated, and the waste gas composition that often produces different time quantums is all different, causes great influence when giving the processing, leads to exhaust-gas treatment can't reach the effect that needs, is unfavorable for environmental protection.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings in the prior art and provides a purification system containing organic gas generated by a plastic plant.

The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a waste gas purification system comprises a gas collecting hood, a dust removing device, an alkaline spray tower, an active carbon adsorption device and an exhaust chimney in sequence along the moving direction of air flow; the gas-collecting hood, the dust-removing equipment, the alkaline spray tower, the active carbon adsorption device and the exhaust chimney are all connected in sequence through an exhaust pipeline; a first fan and a gas flow control valve are arranged between the gas collecting hood and the dust removing equipment; a gas detection sensor, a second fan and a gas backflow pipeline are arranged between the activated carbon adsorption device and the exhaust chimney, the gas detection sensor is installed in the exhaust pipeline between the activated carbon adsorption device and the second fan, the gas inlet end of the gas backflow pipeline is communicated with the exhaust pipeline between the second fan and the exhaust chimney, and the gas outlet end of the gas backflow pipeline is communicated with the gas inlet of the alkaline spray tower; the air exhaust device is characterized in that a first electromagnetic valve is installed on the air backflow pipeline, a second electromagnetic valve is installed on the air exhaust pipeline between the second fan and the air exhaust chimney, and an air suction pump is installed on the air backflow pipeline.

Compared with the prior art, the waste gas purification system with the self-checking device collects waste gas through the gas collecting hood, and then treats particulate matters, dust and the like in the waste gas through the dust removal device; the alkaline spray tower sprays alkaline liquor to adsorb and neutralize acid gas in the waste gas, and the spray surface is arranged to be upward, so that alkaline liquid moves upward first and then moves downward under the action of gravity, the movement track of the alkaline liquid is prolonged, the contact area of the alkaline liquid and the waste gas is enlarged, and the acid gas in the waste gas can be better removed; then adsorbing the organic gas in the waste gas by an activated carbon adsorption device, thereby realizing diversified treatment of the waste gas with complex components in the plastic plant; the treated waste gas is automatically detected whether to reach the standard through a gas detection sensor, if the treated gas reaches the standard, the treated gas is discharged through an exhaust chimney, and if the treated gas does not reach the standard, the treated gas is conveyed into the alkaline spray tower again through a gas backflow pipeline for further treatment, so that the emission of the waste gas is ensured to meet the environmental protection requirement.

In order that the invention may be more clearly understood, specific embodiments thereof will be described hereinafter with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Detailed Description

In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", and the like, indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used only for convenience in describing the present invention and for simplicity in description, and do not indicate or imply that the referenced devices or elements must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus, are not to be construed as limiting the present invention. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified.

Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of an exhaust gas purification system according to the present invention.

The invention provides a waste gas purification system which sequentially comprises a gas collecting hood 1, a dust removing device 2, an alkaline spray tower 3, an active carbon adsorption device 4 and an exhaust chimney 5 along the moving direction of air flow, wherein the devices are sequentially connected through an exhaust pipeline.

The gas collecting channel 1 is horn-shaped, and the gas collecting channel 1 is hermetically connected with an external waste gas pipeline.

The dust removing device 2 can be used for treating particulate matters, dust and the like in waste gas in one of cyclone dust removal, cloth bag dust removal, centrifugal dust removal and other modes.

The alkaline spray tower 3 comprises a spray tower body 31, a main spray pipe 21, a branch spray pipe 33, a spray header 34, a washing filler layer 34 and a spray water tank 35. The spraying main pipe 32 penetrates from the outside to the inside of the spraying tower body 31, and the tail end of the spraying main pipe 32 is connected with the spraying branch pipe 33; the spray branch pipes 33 are arranged inside the spray tower body 31 and are positioned below the air inlet of the spray tower body 31; the spray headers 34 are distributed on the spray branch pipes 33, the spray surfaces of the spray headers are upward, the spray surfaces are upward, so that the alkaline liquid moves upward first and then moves downward under the action of gravity. The washing filler layer 34 is filled with filler, and the filler can be hollow sphere or rosette filler; the spray water tank 35 is positioned below the washing filler layer 34, and the bottom of the spray water tank is provided with a water outlet which is communicated with the spray water pump 8. And the water outlet end of the spray water pump 8 is communicated with the water inlet of the spray main pipe.

The air inlet of the active carbon adsorption device 4 is provided with an air guide flow dividing pipe, and the air outlet of the active carbon adsorption device 4 is provided with a reducer pipe. Preferably, a rain hat 15 is arranged on the top of the exhaust stack 5.

A first fan 6 and a gas flow control valve 7 are arranged between the gas collecting hood 1 and the dust removing device 2; preferably, the first fan 6 is an axial fan. A gas detection sensor 9, a second fan 10 and a gas return pipeline 14 are arranged between the activated carbon adsorption device 4 and the exhaust chimney 5; preferably, the second fan is a centrifugal fan.

The gas detection sensor 9 is installed in an exhaust pipeline between the activated carbon adsorption device 4 and the second fan 10, the gas inlet end of the gas return pipeline 14 is communicated with the exhaust pipeline between the second fan 10 and the exhaust chimney 5, and the gas outlet end of the gas return pipeline 14 is communicated with the gas inlet of the alkaline spray tower 3; the gas return duct 14 is fitted with a first solenoid valve 11 mounted at the inlet end portion of the gas return duct.

A second electromagnetic valve 12 is installed on an exhaust pipeline between the second fan 10 and the exhaust chimney 5, and specifically, the second electromagnetic valve 12 is installed between an air inlet end of the gas return pipeline 14 and the exhaust chimney 5; and the gas return pipeline is provided with a suction pump 13.

The working principle of the waste gas purification system is as follows:

the waste gas purification system provided by the invention mainly aims at the treatment process of waste gas containing organic gas generated by a plastic plant, and the waste gas G enters the gas collecting hood 1 under the suction action of the first fan 6 and enters the dust removal device 2 through the exhaust pipeline to remove particulate matters, dust and the like in the waste gas; then the alkaline solution enters an alkaline spray tower 3, the alkaline solution is upwards sprayed out from a spray header 34 due to the upward spray surface, the movement track of the alkaline solution firstly upwards and then downwards falls under the action of gravity, the alkaline solution contacts acid gas in waste gas in the whole process, and the alkaline solution and the acid gas are subjected to neutralization reaction to generate neutral salt or precipitate; the alkaline liquid mixed with the salt or the precipitate continuously falls into the washing filler layer 34, the precipitate is filtered onto the washing filler layer 34, the alkaline liquid continuously falls into the spray water tank 35, and then is pumped into the main spray pipe 21 under the action of the spray water pump 8, and the processes are circulated, so that the aim of removing the acid gas in the waste gas is fulfilled; furthermore, the gas flow control valve 7 can be adjusted according to actual requirements to control the flow of the waste gas; and the alkaline liquid in the shower bath 35 is slowly neutralized and evaporated during the circulation, the alkaline liquid in the shower bath 35 needs to be periodically replenished.

The treated waste gas continuously enters the activated carbon adsorption device 4 along the exhaust pipeline under the action of the suction force of the second fan 10, and the activated carbon adsorption device 4 is used for removing organic gas in the waste gas; the waste gas from the outlet of the activated carbon adsorption device 4 passes through the gas detection sensor 9, and can detect whether various pollutants in the waste gas reach the emission standard, if so, the first electromagnetic valve 11 is closed, and the second electromagnetic valve 12 is opened, so that the gas reaching the standard is discharged into the atmospheric environment through the exhaust chimney 5; if not up to standard, then open first solenoid valve 11, close second solenoid valve 12, will not up to standard gas through aspiration pump 13, pump to the entrance of alkaline spray column 3, once more alkaline spray column 3 gets rid of acid gas, active carbon adsorption device 4 gets rid of organic gas to whether rethread gas detection sensor 9 detects up to standard, so circulation can ensure that the waste gas that contains organic gas that the plastics factory produced discharges up to standard, can not cause the pollution to the atmospheric environment.

Compared with the prior art, the waste gas purification system with the self-checking device collects waste gas through the gas collecting hood, and then treats particulate matters, dust and the like in the waste gas through the dust removal device; the alkaline spray tower sprays alkaline liquor to adsorb and neutralize acid gas in the waste gas, and the spray surface is arranged to be upward, so that alkaline liquid moves upward first and then moves downward under the action of gravity, the movement track of the alkaline liquid is prolonged, the contact area of the alkaline liquid and the waste gas is enlarged, and the acid gas in the waste gas can be better removed; then adsorbing the organic gas in the waste gas by an activated carbon adsorption device, thereby realizing diversified treatment of the waste gas with complex components in the plastic plant; the treated waste gas is automatically detected whether to reach the standard through a gas detection sensor, if the treated gas reaches the standard, the treated gas is discharged through an exhaust chimney, and if the treated gas does not reach the standard, the treated gas is conveyed into the alkaline spray tower again through a gas backflow pipeline for further treatment, so that the emission of the waste gas is ensured to meet the environmental protection requirement.

The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and variations of the present invention are intended to be included within the scope of the claims and the equivalent technology of the present invention if they do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
