the nest box recovery mechanism comprises a nest box baffle for limiting the nest box and a first jacking cylinder for pushing the nest box baffle to rotate around a rotating shaft, the nest box baffle is connected with a spring, the spring is used for enabling the nest box baffle to reset when the first jacking cylinder stops working, a sensor is arranged on the nest box baffle, and when the nest box is stacked to the sensor, the sensor sends a prompt signal;

the nest plate feeding mechanism comprises a conveying belt, a positioning cylinder for limiting the nest plate and a jacking cylinder II for jacking the pre-filled needles on the nest plate, wherein a conveying belt sensor for sensing the position of the nest plate is arranged on the conveying belt, the conveying belt sensor senses the nest plate and then conveys signals to the positioning cylinder to limit the nest plate, the pre-filled needles are taken out of the nest plate by the pre-filled needle transfer mechanism, and the pre-filled needle transfer mechanism sends signals to the positioning cylinder to loosen the nest plate;

the pre-filling needle discharging mechanism comprises an all-in-one track assembly, the pre-filling needle enters any one of the branch tracks at the starting end of the track assembly from the conveying fork, one side of each branch track is provided with a bottle blocking cylinder, the output end of each bottle blocking cylinder is provided with a bottle blocking shaft, and the bottle blocking shaft is driven by the output end of each bottle blocking cylinder to be exposed or contracted from the branch track of the rail change into the track assembly; the combination part of the upper branch rails of the rail assembly is provided with a rail transfer, the rail transfer is connected with the output end of a rail cylinder through a connecting rod structure and a cylinder joint, and the rail cylinder is used for driving the rail transfer to enable the upper different branch rails of the rail assembly to be communicated with the main rail.

Preferably, the connecting rod structure in the pre-filling needle discharging mechanism comprises a first connecting rod and a second connecting rod, one ends of the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod are connected with each other, the other end of the first connecting rod is connected with the cylinder joint, and the other end of the second connecting rod is connected with the rail transfer.

The nest plate mechanism adopts double vacuum pipelines to realize that one station separates the nest plate and the nest box, and compared with the prior vacuum adsorption nest plate, the rest nest box is taken away by other mechanisms. Compared with a single-row pre-filling needle, the feeding time delay is avoided. And one station is realized to complete two actions.
