The invention relates to an opening and closing device, in particular to an opening and closing device for a quick-opening blind plate of a pressure container, and belongs to the technical field of quick-opening sealing.

Background

The quick-opening blind plate structure is a mechanical device which is arranged at the end part of a pressure container or a pressure pipeline to realize quick opening and closing, and is widely applied to the industrial fields of petroleum and natural gas, chemical industry, aerospace, electric power energy and the like. Compared with a bolt flange structure, the quick-opening blind plate structure is quicker in door cover opening and closing operation and is suitable for industrial application occasions where the door cover needs to be frequently assembled and disassembled.

The existing quick-opening blind plate structure mainly comprises various structural forms such as a tooth-engaging type, a buckling type, a hoop type, a ring locking type (including a split ring shape) and the like. If the quick-opening blind plate structure is applied to a long-distance pipeline filter and a ball receiving and dispatching cylinder device, structures such as a ring lock type structure, a hoop structure and the like are formed. From the view of assembly and disassembly convenience, the annular lock-shaped structure has the advantages of simple and convenient operation of opening and closing the blind plate door cover, simple and reasonable force bearing structure and the like, and is widely applied to the long-distance pipeline filter. But the application practice shows that some problems still exist in the structure, such as the phenomenon that the door cover is locked and cannot be opened when being opened, the structural design is not compact enough, and the like, and more importantly, the existing ring lock type quick opening structure adopts a structure that a notch is cut by an integral ring, and the two ends of the notch are connected with the door cover and a high neck through an opening and closing device (generally operated manually, similar to a wrench rotating mechanism) by a mechanism so as to bear the axial acting force of the internal pressure; in the opening or closing process of the ring lock, radial size change is achieved mainly through integral deformation of the ring lock, however, along with the increase of the diameter or the internal pressure of the blind plate, the rigidity of the ring lock is larger and larger, acting force required for overcoming deformation is larger and larger, manual operation becomes difficult, a new problem exists in the design of the opening and closing device, and if an electric device is adopted for driving, the complexity and the cost of a mechanism are increased. The split annular ring lock is formed by cutting an integral circular ring into a certain number (weight) of split rings according to the diameter, connecting the split rings by using a support rod, and completing the opening and closing effect of the ring lock by moving (pushing and pulling) the split rings back and forth along the radial direction through the support rod. The integral ring is divided into blocks, so that the opening and closing process can be completed only by overcoming the weight and the friction resistance of the split ring theoretically, the opening and closing force is reduced compared with that of an integral lock ring structure, and the technical problem to be reasonably solved is how to reasonably move the stay bar back and forth and drive the split ring to open and close the door cover.

Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, the present invention provides a push-pull opening and closing device of a turntable for dividing an annular quick-opening blind plate, through which a dividing ring can be driven to open and close a door cover by moving a stay rod back and forth.

The lock ring of the ring lock type quick-opening blind plate is divided into more than two arc sections along the circumferential direction, and each arc section is a split ring; the locking ring is arranged between the high-neck flange and the door cover; a carousel plug-type headstock gear for subdividing annular quick-opening blind plate includes: the positioning device comprises a turntable, a fixed guide rail disc, a positioning sleeve, a rotating mechanism, support rods which are in one-to-one correspondence with the subdivision rings and thrust mechanisms which are in one-to-one correspondence with the support rods;

arc thrust grooves which correspond to the support rods one by one are machined in the end face of one side of the rotary table, the arc thrust grooves are eccentrically arranged, and the two ends of the arc thrust grooves are located at positions of the rotary table with different diameters; the rotating mechanism is connected with the rotating disc and used for pushing the rotating disc to rotate around the axial direction of the rotating disc;

radial guide holes corresponding to the support rods one to one are processed on the end face of the fixed guide rail disc;

the circumferential surface of the positioning sleeve is provided with radial mounting holes which correspond to the support rods one to one;

the whole connection relationship is as follows: the turntable, the fixed guide rail disc and the positioning sleeve are coaxially arranged, wherein the fixed guide rail disc is positioned between the turntable and the positioning sleeve, the end surface of the turntable, where the arc-shaped thrust groove is positioned, is opposite to the fixed guide rail disc, and the arc-shaped thrust grooves correspond to the guide holes in the fixed guide rail disc one by one; the fixed guide rail disc and the positioning sleeve are fixedly connected with the door cover;

one end of the support rod is connected with the corresponding split ring, the other end of the support rod penetrates through a radial mounting hole in the circumferential surface of the positioning sleeve and then is connected with one end of the thrust mechanism, and the other end of the thrust mechanism penetrates through a guide hole in the fixed guide rail disc and is positioned in the arc-shaped thrust groove; when the rotating mechanism pushes the rotating disc to rotate axially, the two side walls of the arc-shaped thrust groove push the thrust mechanism to move along the guide hole in the fixed guide rail disc, and then the split ring connected with the thrust mechanism is pushed to move along the radial direction of the split ring through the support rod.

The thrust mechanism includes: a pin, a thrust roller and a guide roller;

the axis of the pin is parallel to the axis of the rotary disc and is perpendicular to the stay bar; one end of the stay bar is connected with the corresponding split ring, and the other end of the stay bar penetrates through a radial mounting hole in the circumferential surface of the positioning sleeve and a through hole in the end part of the pin and is pressed and positioned through a compression nut; the other end of the pin is fixedly connected with a guide roller and a thrust roller, wherein the thrust roller is positioned in an arc-shaped thrust groove of the turntable, and when the turntable rotates axially, two side walls of the arc-shaped thrust groove push the thrust roller; the guide rollers are positioned in the guide holes of the fixed guide rail disc.

The rotating mechanism includes: a swivel arm lever and a swivel arm shaft; the rotating arm shaft is vertically and fixedly connected to the end face of the rotating disc, one end of the rotating arm rod is connected with the rotating arm shaft, and the rotating arm rod pushes the rotating disc to rotate axially.

Has the advantages that:

(1) the opening and closing device realizes the door opening and closing process by pushing and pulling the supporting rod connected with the subdivision ring through the turntable, and can effectively reduce the opening and closing force.

(2) The sealing ring is arranged in the groove at the bottom of the door cover or in the groove on the flange step of the high-neck flange, a certain floating distance exists between the initial installation position of the sealing ring and the working position with internal pressure, and therefore, after the working pressure is relieved, the sealing ring does not have the function of jacking force on the door cover and the ring lock, and therefore, the push-pull force of the stay bar and the subdivision ring only needs to mainly overcome the weight (the weight of the subdivision ring and the stay bar) and the friction resistance caused by the weight as the main force, and the size range of opening and closing the large-scale and high-pressure acting door cover can be greatly enlarged by adopting a.

(3) The thrust roller and the guide roller can mutually balance the received acting force, so that the axial direction of the pin is not deflected when being pushed, and the pin rolls to play a role in reducing friction.
