Further, a sealing ring is arranged at the contact position of the fixed block 42 and the transmission shaft 33;

when the rapid cooling device is used, when a heat source is cooled by air, the motor is started to drive the fan 32, and the fan 32 rotates to cool the heat source in the sealing cover 1 by air;
