LED lamps typically have a 12V/24V supply voltage and a 220V supply voltage. If the power supply voltage is 220V, an external power transformer is not needed, a transformer is already built in the lamp and is directly connected to a 220V power supply, and if the power supply voltage is 12V/24V, a 12V/24V power supply is needed to be connected externally, namely the power transformer, the voltage is reduced from 220V to 12V/24V, the voltage can be generally AC and DC, and the 12V/24V LED lamp can not be directly connected to the 220V power supply.

The transformer comprises a heat dissipation shell 2, a transformer body 1 and a plurality of heat dissipation holes 221, wherein the heat dissipation shell 2 is a hollow box body with an open front end face, the transformer body 1 is installed in the cavity of the heat dissipation shell 2, the heat dissipation holes 221 are evenly distributed in the side wall of the heat dissipation shell 2, bent fins 22 are arranged above the heat dissipation holes 221, the bent fins 22 are made of nickel-titanium shape memory alloy materials, the materials can recover high-temperature phase shapes when being heated, and can recover low-temperature phase shapes when being cooled.

The bent fin 22 is bent in an L shape and is bent downwards to cover the heat dissipation hole 221, so that the bent fin 22 can shield the heat dissipation hole 221, and can effectively prevent dust, water stain and the like from entering the interior of the heat dissipation housing 2, the area of the heat dissipation hole 221 is smaller than the area of the bent part of the bent fin 22, when the temperature of the transformer body 1 is low, the heat dissipation housing 2 can meet the heat dissipation requirement of the transformer body 1 through the gap between the heat dissipation hole 221 and the bent fin 22, and when the temperature of the transformer body 1 is high, and the gap between the heat dissipation hole 221 and the bent fin 22 cannot meet the heat dissipation requirement of the transformer body 1, the temperature in the inner cavity of the heat dissipation housing 2 can be gradually increased, the bent fin 22 can be bent upwards due to the influence of the temperature and becomes a flat state, so that the bent fin 22 always shielded above the heat dissipation hole 221 can be gradually exposed out of the heat dissipation, the heat dissipation holes 221 lose the barrier, and the heat exchange efficiency between the hot air flow inside the heat dissipation case 2 and the outside air is improved, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the transformer body 1.
