Disclosure of Invention

In view of the above, there is a need for a connector that can achieve multiple direction wire outlet functions.

The connector comprises a shell and a connector body, wherein the connector body is used for fixing one end of the wire and is connected with an external component; the shell comprises a plurality of wire outlet holes distributed on the periphery of the shell, the other end of the wire selectively penetrates through one of the wire outlet holes, and the wire outlet holes guide the wire to extend towards the direction of the wire outlet holes; the connector body is connected to one end of the shell.

In at least one mode, the casing includes lid and external mold, the lid joint is fixed in external mold one end.

In at least one mode, the cover body comprises a first wire outlet hole and a first groove, the outer mold comprises a second wire outlet hole and a second groove which are the same as the cover body in structure, the first wire outlet hole and the second wire outlet hole are coaxially arranged, and the first groove and the second groove correspond to form a wire outlet through groove.

Referring to fig. 1, a connector 1 according to the present embodiment includes a housing 10 and a connector body 20. The connector body 20 is connected to one end of the housing 10, one end of the wire fixed by the connector body 20 is connected to an external member, the housing 10 provides a plurality of wire holes for the wire, and the other end of the wire randomly passes through the plurality of wire holes on the housing 10 and guides the wire to extend towards the direction of the wire holes.

Referring to fig. 1 again, the housing 10 includes a cover 11 and an outer mold 12, the cover 11 is fixed to one end of the outer mold 12 in a clamping manner, and the connector body 20 is connected to the other end of the outer mold 12 and is far away from the cover 11.

Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the cover 11 is a substantially rectangular housing with an open end, and the cover 11 includes a first wire outlet hole 111, a first wire outlet semicircular hole 112, a second wire outlet semicircular hole 113, a third wire outlet semicircular hole 114, a fourth wire outlet semicircular hole 115, a limiting concave platform 116, and a fixing member, in this embodiment, the fixing member is an elastic buckle 117 and a first groove 118.

The first wire outlet hole 111 is formed in the center of the upper end surface of the cover 11, and the first wire outlet semicircular hole 112, the second wire outlet semicircular hole 113, the third wire outlet semicircular hole 114 and the fourth wire outlet semicircular hole 115 are formed in four side walls of the cover 11; the first outgoing semicircular hole 112 and the third outgoing semicircular hole 114 are coaxially arranged, and the second outgoing semicircular hole 113 and the fourth outgoing semicircular hole 115 are coaxially arranged; the first wire outlet 111 is communicated with the second wire outlet semicircular hole 113 and the fourth wire outlet semicircular hole 115. The side walls provided with the second outgoing line semicircular hole 113, the third outgoing line semicircular hole 114 and the fourth outgoing line semicircular hole 115 are respectively and fixedly connected with two elastic buckles 117, and the number of the elastic buckles 117 on the three side walls is two. The two elastic buckles 117 arranged on the side wall of the second wire outlet semicircular hole 113 are symmetrically arranged by taking the circle center of the second wire outlet semicircular hole 113 as a center, and the arrangement mode of the elastic buckles 117 on the other two side walls is consistent with the arrangement mode of the elastic buckles 117 arranged on the side wall of the second wire outlet semicircular hole 113. Through holes 1171 are formed in the elastic buckles 117. The first groove 118 extends towards the first wire outlet semicircle orifice 112 and the third wire outlet semicircle orifice 114 for placing wires.

It is understood that the number of the elastic buckles 117 on the three side walls of the cover 11 is two in this embodiment, and the number of the elastic buckles 117 may be one or other numbers in other embodiments.

Referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the outer mold 12 is also a cuboid housing with an open end, and the outer mold 12 includes a second wire outlet hole 121, a fifth wire outlet semicircular hole 122, a sixth wire outlet semicircular hole 123, a seventh wire outlet semicircular hole 124, an eighth wire outlet semicircular hole 125, a limiting boss 126, and a second groove 128.

The second wire outlet hole 121 is formed in the center of the outer mold 12, and the fifth wire outlet semicircular hole 122, the sixth wire outlet semicircular hole 123, the seventh wire outlet semicircular hole 124 and the eighth wire outlet semicircular hole 125 are formed in four side walls of the outer mold 12; the fifth outgoing semicircular hole 122 and the seventh outgoing semicircular hole 124 are coaxially arranged, and the sixth outgoing semicircular hole 123 and the eighth outgoing semicircular hole 125 are coaxially arranged; the second wire outlet hole 121 is communicated with the sixth wire outlet semicircular hole 123 and the eighth wire outlet semicircular hole 125. The fifth wire outlet semicircular hole 122, the sixth wire outlet semicircular hole 123, the seventh wire outlet semicircular hole 124 and the eighth wire outlet semicircular hole 125 have the same diameter.

The first wire outlet hole 111 is coaxial with the second wire outlet hole 121, the first wire outlet semicircular hole 112 and the fifth wire outlet semicircular hole 122 form a complete wire outlet hole, the second wire outlet semicircular hole 113 and the sixth wire outlet semicircular hole 123 form a complete wire outlet hole, the third wire outlet semicircular hole 114 and the seventh wire outlet semicircular hole 124 form a complete wire outlet hole, and the fourth wire outlet semicircular hole 115 and the eighth wire outlet semicircular hole 125 form a complete wire outlet hole.

The limiting bosses 126 are disposed on two sides of the fifth wire outlet semicircular hole 122, and the cover 11 and the outer mold 12 are fastened and fixed by the limiting bosses 126 and the limiting concave table 116, so that the cover 11 is prevented from moving in a square direction toward the extension of the first groove 118. Bosses 127 are respectively and fixedly connected to the side walls of the sixth outgoing line semicircular hole 123, the seventh outgoing line semicircular hole 124 and the eighth outgoing line semicircular hole 125, and the number of the bosses 127 on the three side walls is two. The two bosses 127 on the side wall of the sixth outgoing semicircular hole 123 are symmetrically arranged by taking the circle center of the sixth outgoing semicircular hole 123 as a center, and the arrangement mode of the bosses 127 on the other two side walls is consistent with the arrangement mode of the bosses 127 on the side wall provided with the sixth outgoing semicircular hole 123. The elastic fasteners 117 are fastened to the bosses 127 through the through holes 1171 in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The second groove 128 extends toward the fifth wire-outgoing semicircular hole 122 and the seventh wire-outgoing semicircular hole 124 and is symmetrically arranged with the first groove 118 to form a complete wire-outgoing through groove (not shown).

It is understood that the number of bosses 127 on the three side walls of the outer die 12 is two in this embodiment, and the number of bosses 127 may be one or other in other embodiments.

The connector body 20 is fixedly connected to an end of the outer mold 12 away from the cover 11.

If the wire does not need to be bent, the wire directly passes through the first wire outlet hole 111 and the second wire outlet hole 121; if the direction of the wire needs to be adjusted, the cover body 11 is taken down from the outer die 12, the wire is bent to one direction, and then the cover body 11 is buckled with the outer die 12, so that the wire is turned.

In summary, the connector provided in the embodiment of the present invention can perform steering in multiple directions, thereby reducing the number of required steering molds and reducing the cost.
