Background

The garlic is one of important economic crops, and the harvesting procedures of the garlic comprise digging and laying, seedling shearing, root cutting, soil removal and cleaning, collection and bagging and the like. Because garlic is seriously lodging during the harvesting period, how to convey the garlic in a required posture during the harvesting process so as to reliably complete the cutting of garlic sprouts on the basis of the posture is one of the difficult problems of garlic harvesting.

After the fruit and seedling separation is finished, the harvesting table of the existing multi-row garlic combined harvesting equipment adopts two mechanisms, namely a fruit transverse collecting and conveying device and a garlic seedling rear straw discharging roller, for processing operation, the structure is complex, the occupied space is large, and the subsequent garlic seedlings are difficult to process in a centralized way.

The multi-row garlic combine harvester disclosed in the Chinese patent with the application number of 2018111991152 comprises a chassis, a digging shovel, a grain guiding device, a soil cleaning device, a flexible clamping device, a seedling cutting device, a seedling falling device, a conveying disc, a collecting and impurity removing device, a collecting port and a garlic head collecting device; can realize the harvesting of a plurality of rows of garlic together, can carry out the operations of digging, lifting and conveying, soil removal and purification, stem cutting and seedling throwing, gathering, vibration and impurity removal, automatic collection and the like on the garlic at one time; meanwhile, the garlic harvesting quality is guaranteed by the soil purifying device and the collecting and impurity removing device, and the garlic collecting device with the infrared detector can be automatically assembled and disassembled. Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to: aiming at the problems in the prior art, the garlic combine harvester lifting and conveying device which can properly solve the problem of gathering and grass discharging of multi-row garlic harvesting and has a compact structure is provided, so that the full-width mechanical harvesting of garlic with high efficiency and good quality is realized.

In order to achieve the purposes, the basic technical scheme of the lifting and conveying device of the garlic combine harvester is as follows: the multi-channel cutting machine comprises a main track mounting rack which enables a power-driven conveying rod chain to form an L-shaped loop, wherein a collecting hopper which is connected below the output end of a multi-channel cutting platform is arranged at one side of the lower part of the horizontal section of the L-shaped loop, which is close to the multi-channel cutting platform, and a mounting rack rear side plate is arranged at one side of the lower part of the horizontal section of the L-shaped loop;

the main body of the conveying rod chain is two roller conveying chains which are parallel to each other and return to the ring, paired rods which are distributed at intervals are arranged between the two roller conveying chains, the interval distance between every two adjacent paired rods is smaller than that of garlic heads, and a garlic poking baffle and a grass poking baffle which are respectively positioned in the return ring and outside the return ring are fixed on the rods; the section of the garlic poking baffle is formed by a poking plate which extends inwards and is provided with baffle side plates with two inclined sides, and the grass poking baffle is in a channel steel shape with two side walls extending outwards;

the vertical section of the L-shaped return ring is positioned at the outer side of the multi-channel header, and a discharge chute which leads the fallen garlic heads to the lifting clear soil conveying device is connected below the return ring at the top of the L-shaped return ring.

In the harvesting operation process, when the multi-channel header outputs the split garlic bulbs and garlic seedlings, the garlic bulbs enter the horizontal section of the conveying rod chain under the guiding action of the collecting hopper, the garlic bulbs are intercepted by the rods and are collected to the vertical section under the stirring action of the garlic stirring baffle plate in the process of moving along with the return ring of the conveying rod chain, and impurities such as broken soil and the like are filtered out; the cut garlic sprouts are directly thrown above the horizontal section of the conveying rod chain from the clamping and conveying tail end and are collected and discharged from the other end far away from the vertical section under the action of the grass poking baffle; the garlic bulbs reaching the vertical section are lifted by the garlic pushing baffle plate and conveyed to the upper part, fall onto the discharge chute when rising to the top and turning over in a loop and are led out, and enter a subsequent treatment station.

Therefore, the invention adopts the rod-type conveying chain with the double-sided baffle structure, can simultaneously complete the collection and discharge of garlic bulbs harvested in multiple rows, and properly solves the problem of the collection and grass discharge of garlic bulbs harvested in multiple rows; and the garlic poking baffle capable of poking and lifting is utilized, and the horizontal conveying and the vertical lifting are combined together by one conveying chain, so that the structure is compact, and a good foundation is laid for stable and reliable mechanical harvesting.

It is a further refinement of the present invention that the lift clear soil conveyor includes a barrier rod chain with spaced barriers, the barrier rod chain is looped around a tension sprocket and a drive sprocket supported at a lower end and a higher end of the main body frame, respectively, the lower end has a feed hopper, the higher end has a drop discharge device comprising an outlet shield, the discharge device is equipped with a discharge flap for switching the fruit bin and the bagging outlet.

A further refinement of the present invention provides that the main rail mount comprises a horizontal rail; the high-out end of the horizontal track is a vertical track, and the other end of the horizontal track is provided with a tensioning track frame.

The tensioning track frame is formed by fixedly connecting a front half circular track plate and a rear half circular track plate through a middle connecting pipe, and the semicircular wheel track and the vertical track and the horizontal track of the main track mounting frame form an annular closed track together.

In a further refinement of the present invention, a sprocket drive is disposed at the corner of the vertical rail and the horizontal rail of the main rail mounting frame. This simultaneously solves the problem of driving and steering the barrier bar chain and is beneficial to maintaining tension.
