1. A preparation method of a konjac glucomannan acarid-removing patch is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:

preparing konjac glucomannan adhesive liquid: prepared according to the mass portion, 0.12 to 0.15 portion of rosin resin, 0.35 to 0.45 portion of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.03 to 0.06 portion of microcrystalline wax, 0.04 to 0.12 portion of terpene resin and 0.12 to 0.16 portion of phosphite ester are taken, and are sequentially added into 94 to 100 portions of water under the conditions of 1500r/min and 85 to 95 ℃, stirred for 6 to 7 hours and then the pH value is adjusted to 7 to 11; then adding 1-2 parts of konjac glucomannan, stirring for 4-5h at 1500r/min and 85-95 ℃ to obtain konjac glucomannan adhesive liquid for later use;

and (3) filtering: filtering the konjac glucomannan adhesive liquid prepared in the step (1) by using a filter screen with the diameter of 1mm, wherein the filtrate is the konjac glucomannan adhesive;

preparing a konjac glucomannan/chitosan nanofiber membrane: taking 0.6-0.8 part of konjac glucomannan and 0.4-0.6 part of chitosan, adding into 99 parts of deionized water in a 50 ℃ water bath while stirring, wherein the stirring speed is 400r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1.5 h; then, placing the konjac glucomannan/chitosan nano-fiber membrane in a vacuum drying oven at 50 ℃ for vacuumizing for 5-15min, and preparing the konjac glucomannan/chitosan nano-fiber membrane by using ES series electrostatic spinning equipment;

preparing the acarid removing plaster: mixing 10-20 parts of konjac glucomannan adhesive in the step (2), 40-60 parts of mite attractant and food coloring agent respectively, adding 500 parts of deionized water of 300 and stirring uniformly to form liquid medicine; placing the liquid medicine in a centrifuge, centrifuging and degassing for 30-40min at 3000r/min of 2000-; uniformly coating a pest sticking agent on the dried medicine-carrying konjac glucomannan/chitosan nano fiber membrane, packaging by adopting cotton cloth, slitting and rolling to prepare the acarid removing patch.

The invention adopts the konjac glucomannan as the raw material, and utilizes the high viscosity characteristic to prepare the green environment-friendly acarid-removing patch which has good adhesiveness, high strength, low cost, simple manufacturing process, no harm to human body and degradability. In addition, the konjac glucomannan/chitosan nanofiber membrane improves the phenomenon of low adhesion degree, and solves many safety problems while showing excellent material properties.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a konjac glucomannan acarid-removing patch and a preparation method thereof, which aim to overcome the defects of the existing product.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme.

The invention relates to a preparation method of a konjac glucomannan acarid-removing patch, which is characterized by comprising the following preparation steps:

(1) preparing konjac glucomannan adhesive liquid: prepared according to the mass portion, 0.12 to 0.15 portion of rosin resin, 0.35 to 0.45 portion of polyvinyl alcohol, 0.03 to 0.06 portion of microcrystalline wax, 0.04 to 0.12 portion of terpene resin and 0.12 to 0.16 portion of phosphite ester are taken, and are sequentially added into 94 to 100 portions of water under the conditions of 1500r/min and 85 to 95 ℃, stirred for 6 to 7 hours, and then the pH value is adjusted to 7 to 11 by 1mol/L NaOH; then adding 1-2 parts of konjac glucomannan, stirring for 4-5h at 1500r/min and 85-95 ℃ to obtain konjac glucomannan adhesive liquid for later use;

(2) and (3) filtering: filtering the konjac glucomannan adhesive liquid prepared in the step (1) by using a filter screen with the diameter of 1mm, wherein the filtrate is the konjac glucomannan adhesive;

(3) preparing a konjac glucomannan/chitosan nanofiber membrane: taking 0.6-0.8 part of konjac glucomannan and 0.4-0.6 part of chitosan, adding into 99 parts of deionized water in a 50 ℃ water bath while stirring, wherein the stirring speed is 400r/min, and the stirring time is 0.5-1.5 h; then, placing the konjac glucomannan/chitosan nano-fiber membrane in a vacuum drying oven at 50 ℃ for vacuumizing for 5-15min, and preparing the konjac glucomannan/chitosan nano-fiber membrane by using ES series electrostatic spinning equipment; the parameters of the ES series electrostatic spinning equipment are as follows: the voltage is 15KV, the receiving distance is 10cm, the injection speed is 0.15cm/min, the temperature is 45 ℃, and the needle diameter is 0.6 cm;

(4) preparing the acarid removing plaster: mixing 10-20 parts of konjac glucomannan adhesive in the step (2), 40-60 parts of mite attractant and food coloring agent respectively, adding 500 parts of deionized water of 300 and stirring uniformly to form liquid medicine; placing the liquid medicine in a centrifuge, centrifuging and degassing for 30-40min at 3000r/min of 2000-; uniformly coating a pest sticking agent on the dried medicine-carrying konjac glucomannan/chitosan nano fiber membrane, packaging by adopting cotton cloth, slitting and rolling to prepare the konjac glucomannan mite-killing patch.

The mite-killing patch disclosed by the invention takes konjac glucomannan/chitosan nanofiber membrane as a carrier and is supplemented with a mite attractant and other auxiliaries, so that mites in bedding and sofas can be effectively removed. The mite-killing patch has excellent adhesiveness, adopts a physical mite-killing mode, and is harmless to human bodies. The results of comparison between the konjac glucomannan mite-killing patch of the invention and a mite-killing instrument, a mite-killing bag and a common mite-killing patch in the aspects of mite-killing effect, bioavailability, raw material price and potential market are shown in table 1.
