A sobering machine is characterized by comprising a storage tank, a temperature adjusting device, a quantitative adding device, a liquid inlet pump, a liquid outlet pump, a circulating pump and a control system; the storage tank is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the circulating pump is arranged between the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, the temperature adjusting device is arranged between the circulating pump and the liquid inlet, the bottom of the quantitative adding device is communicated with the liquid inlet, the liquid inlet pump is communicated with the liquid inlet, and the liquid outlet pump is communicated with the liquid outlet; a filter screen is arranged at the liquid inlet; the control system is electrically connected with the temperature adjusting device, the quantitative adding device, the liquid inlet pump, the liquid outlet pump and the circulating pump.

5. The decanter of claim 4 wherein said adjusting member comprises an adjusting nut, a spring and a stop member disposed in sequence on a central axis at one end of said dosing member; the adjusting nut is connected with the central shaft through threads.

The sober-up machine according to claim 3, wherein the driving mechanism comprises a motor and a speed reducer, a power output shaft of the motor is in power connection with the speed reducer, a power output end of the speed reducer is in power connection with a central shaft at the other end of the quantitative component, and the control system is electrically connected with the motor.

The decanter of claim 1 further comprising a tank, said storage tank, said temperature adjustment device, said dosing device, said feed pump, said exit pump, said circulation pump, and said control system all disposed within said tank; and a wine inlet communicated with an inlet of the liquid inlet pump and a wine outlet communicated with an outlet of the liquid outlet pump are arranged on the side surface of the box body.

Background

Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the quality requirement of people on the beverage is higher and higher. For example, in red wine, which is stored for a long time or a short time, tannin which generates sour taste exists therein, and the taste is affected by direct drinking, so that the red wine needs to be drunk after being sobered in order to reduce the sour taste and the fishy smell and improve the taste.

Disclosure of Invention

In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides a sobering machine which can adjust the temperature of wine and remove sulfide in the wine while sobering.
