A sobering machine is characterized by comprising a storage tank, a temperature adjusting device, a quantitative adding device, a liquid inlet pump, a liquid outlet pump, a circulating pump and a control system; the storage tank is provided with a liquid inlet and a liquid outlet, the circulating pump is arranged between the liquid inlet and the liquid outlet, the temperature adjusting device is arranged between the circulating pump and the liquid inlet, the bottom of the quantitative adding device is communicated with the liquid inlet, the liquid inlet pump is communicated with the liquid inlet, and the liquid outlet pump is communicated with the liquid outlet; a filter screen is arranged at the liquid inlet; the control system is electrically connected with the temperature adjusting device, the quantitative adding device, the liquid inlet pump, the liquid outlet pump and the circulating pump.
