1. A cosmetic composition having long-lasting soothing and healing efficacy, characterized by: contains 0.5% -5% of panthenol; 0.25% -2.5% of an extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus; 0.01% -0.1% of glycerophosphoinositide choline salt; 0.01% -0.1% of Dunaliella salina extract.

2. The cosmetic composition having long-lasting soothing restorative efficacy of claim 1, wherein: comprises 2.0-5.0% panthenol; 0.5% -1.5% of an extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus; 0.02% -0.08% of glycerophosphoinositide choline salt; 0.05% -0.1% of Dunaliella salina extract.

3. The cosmetic composition having long-lasting soothing restorative efficacy of claim 1, wherein: the panthenol is D-panthenol; the dunaliella salina extract is extracted from dunaliella salina in Australia Hertz lake.

4. A cosmetic composition with soothing and rejuvenating effects as defined in claim 1 wherein: the active ingredient of the extract of the leaves/stems of the Artocarpus heterophyllus is glycerol glucoside, is an enantiomer of the glycerol glucoside, and has a structural formula as follows:

6. a process for preparing a cosmetic composition with extended soothing rejuvenation efficacy as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, comprising the steps of:

1) dissolving 0.01-0.1% of glycerophosphocholine salt into 10 times of pure water, heating to 60 ℃, uniformly dissolving, and cooling to normal temperature to prepare 10% glycerophosphocholine salt solution;

2) adding 0.01-0.1% of dunaliella salina extract into the step 1), homogenizing and dissolving uniformly;

3) adding 0.5% -5% of panthenol and 0.25% -2.5% of extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus into step 2), dissolving uniformly, and making into cosmetic composition with soothing and repairing effects.

7. Use of a cosmetic composition according to claim 6 having long-lasting soothing restorative effects in the preparation of a cosmetic.

The use of claim 7, wherein: still further comprising: emulsifier, synthetic polymer compound, natural water-soluble polymer, metal ion chelating agent, polyalcohol, monosaccharide, oligosaccharide, polysaccharide, amino acid, organic amine, antiseptic, pH regulator, water, and natural or synthetic emollient oil.

9. The use of claim 8, wherein: the cosmetic is prepared from the following raw material components:

0.5 to 5 percent of panthenol; extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus 0.25-2.5%; 0.01% -0.1% of glycerophosphoinositide choline salt; 0.01 to 0.1 percent of xanthan gum of dunaliella salina extract; 5% of glycerol; 5% of 1, 3-propanediol; 0.3 percent of phenoxyethanol; 0.3 percent of sodium benzoate; proper amount of citric acid; the balance being pure water.

10. The use of claim 9, wherein: the cosmetic is prepared by the following method:

1) adding pure water, xanthan gum, glycerol and 1, 3-propylene glycol into a main pot, adding to 80-85 ℃, stirring at constant temperature for 20 minutes until the pure water, xanthan gum, glycerol and 1, 3-propylene glycol are completely dissolved, and cooling to 60 ℃;

2) dissolving sodium benzoate with appropriate amount of water, adding into main pan, adding phenoxyethanol into main pan, stirring for 10 min to completely uniform, and continuously cooling to 40 deg.C;

3) adding the cosmetic composition with soothing and repairing effects prepared according to claim 6 into a main pot, stirring to be completely uniform, inspecting, and discharging.

Technical Field

The invention relates to a cosmetic composition with instant and long-acting skin-repairing effect, and application thereof. The cosmetic composition can not achieve the efficacy of the composition by single or multiple raw materials, and the cosmetic composition can achieve unexpected effects by synergistic effect.

Background

The daily exposure of the skin to light, heat, pollution, cosmetic abuse and minor damage affects its necessary barrier and protective functions, causing a high response of the skin under physiological or pathological conditions, a condition known as sensitive skin.

The common allergic symptoms include red, swelling, heat, pain, itching, desquamation, etc. Some skin allergy phenomena may have symptoms such as scabbing of the focus and effusion. Occasionally, symptoms such as tightness, numbness, swelling, etc. of the face may occur. Other skin allergy symptoms include itching, sneezing, runny nose, tears, rashes, airway obstruction, or skin symptoms such as urticaria.

Along with the development of economy, the living standard of people is improved, and people pay more and more attention to aesthetic, health and the like. People who feel sensitive skin are more and more, and frequent skin inflammatory reaction and related diseases thereof cause a plurality of harms to the health of people. Meanwhile, the cosmetic brings great troubles to the life of people, so people pay more attention to and favor of cosmetics with anti-allergy, relieving and repairing effects.

In response to the above problems, soothing or healing is typically imparted to these compositions by using one or a combination of two known techniques. These techniques include the addition of moisturizers, such as hyaluronic acid, polysaccharides, etc., to increase the moisture in the skin and thus increase the skin tolerance; or directly adding ceramide to supplement skin ceramide to achieve the function of repairing barrier; some even add hormones.

While these techniques are effective, they have certain drawbacks, such as the fact that moisturizers only moisturize water in a short time, but do not immediately soothe the skin's allergic reactions, and are less effective in repairing the skin barrier. Ceramides can repair the skin barrier function, but only repair the surface layer of the skin, and even not immediately and effectively relieve the skin allergy. Although the product containing the hormone can immediately and effectively relieve the anaphylactic reaction, the long-term use of the product can cause the skin to generate hormone dependence and affect the body health.

Therefore, there is still a need for further improved formulations of existing cosmetic products for soothing and restoring skin effects.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to provide a cosmetic composition with long-acting skin-repairing and soothing effects, which can immediately relieve skin allergy, improve skin tolerance and reduce skin redness caused by irritation.

The invention also aims to provide application of the cosmetic composition with the long-acting skin-repairing and soothing effect in preparation of cosmetics.

The invention provides a cosmetic composition with the effects of relieving and repairing, which comprises the following components:

0.5% -5% panthenol; 0.25% -2.5% of an extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus; 0.01% -0.1% of glycerophosphoinositide choline salt; 0.01% -0.1% of Dunaliella salina extract.

Experimental tests have found that the cosmetic composition of the present invention exhibits immediate relief of allergic symptoms and has superior efficacy in repairing skin barrier function.

Panthenol for use in the present invention is preferably used in an amount of 0.5% to 5%, more preferably 2.0% to 5.0%.

The active ingredient of the millettia speciosa leaf/stem extract used by the invention is glycerol glucoside, and the millettia speciosa leaf/stem extract is a natural plant source. The extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus is used in an amount of 0.25% -2.5%, preferably 0.5% -1.5%.

The glycerophosphoinositide choline salts used in the present invention are of natural origin. The choline glycerophosphoinositide is used in an amount of 0.01-0.1%, preferably 0.02-0.08%.

The dunaliella salina extract used in the present invention is extracted from dunaliella salina in herter lake. The Dunaliella salina extract is used in an amount of 0.01-0.1%, preferably 0.05-0.1%.

The preparation method of the cosmetic composition with the effect of relieving and repairing comprises the following steps:

1) dissolving 0.01-0.1% of glycerophosphocholine salt into 10 times of pure water, heating to 60 ℃, uniformly dissolving, and cooling to normal temperature to prepare 10% glycerophosphocholine salt solution;

2) adding 0.01-0.1% of dunaliella salina extract into the step 1), homogenizing and dissolving uniformly;

3) adding 0.5% -5% of panthenol and 0.25% -2.5% of extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus into step 2), dissolving uniformly, and making into cosmetic composition with soothing and repairing effects.

In order to improve the sensory properties, provide nutrition to the skin, prevent deterioration in quality, and the like, various components generally used in composition for a material may be appropriately blended as necessary in the cosmetic composition prepared by the present invention within a range not impairing the effects of the present invention.

Specifically, for example, the following are listed: water-soluble polymer, metal ion chelating agent, polyalcohol, amino acid, organic amine, antiseptic, pH regulator, vitamins, antioxidant auxiliary agent, water, and skin caring oil. These components may be one or a combination of two or more.

The water-soluble polymer may be: acacia, xanthan gum, galactan, guar gum, locust bean gum, carrageenan, pectin, alginate gum, starch, dextran, succinoglycan, pullulan, collagen, gelatin, carbomer, acrylic acid (ester) copolymer, and mixtures thereof.

The metal ion chelating agent may be: disodium EDTA, tetrasodium EDTA, and the like.

Examples of such polyols may be: glycerin, propylene glycol, butylene glycol, sorbitol, dipropylene glycol, 1,3 propanediol, pentylene glycol, hexylene glycol, and the like.

The amino acid may be neutral amino acid such as threonine, basic amino acid such as arginine and mercaptolysine, and amino acid derivative such as glutathione.

The organic amine may be: monoethanolamine, triethanolamine, aminomethyl propanol, and the like.

The preservative may be: methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, etc.

The pH adjuster may be: sodium hydroxide, triethanolamine, citric acid, and the like.

The vitamins may be: vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin E, vitamin B3 and their derivatives.

The plant extract essence may be: aloe, sweet orange, lemon, lavender, rose, and the like.

The antioxidant may be: tocopherols, dibutylhydroxytoluene, butylhydroxyanisole, gallic acid esters, etc.

The antioxidant aid may be: phosphonic acid, maleic acid, malonic acid, phytic acid, EDTA, and the like.

The emollient oil comprises emollient commonly used in personal care product field, including natural vegetable oil, synthetic oil, natural animal oil and wax emollient.

By means of the technical scheme, the invention has the following advantages and beneficial technical effects:

1) the cosmetic containing the panthenol, the millettia speciosa leaf/stem extract, the glycerophosphoinositide choline salt and the dunaliella salina extract can restore the barrier function of the skin, reduce the stimulus to enter the deep layer of the skin and reduce the water volatilization, so that the skin can be restored to a healthy state; and is mild and safe.

2) The invention can relieve the skin anaphylactic reaction immediately, improve the tolerance of the skin and reduce the redness of the skin caused by stimulation; the cosmetic composition can restore the unbalance of cell lipid metabolism caused by skin stimulation, thereby being beneficial to the restoration of essential functions.

Detailed Description

The invention discloses a cosmetic composition with long-acting relieving and repairing effects, which comprises the following components in part by weight: 0.5% -5% panthenol; 0.25% -2.5% of an extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus; 0.01% -0.1% of glycerophosphoinositide choline salt; 0.01% -0.1% of dunaliella salina extract; still further comprising: emulsifier, synthetic polymer compound, natural water-soluble polymer, metal ion chelating agent, polyalcohol, monosaccharide, oligosaccharide, polysaccharide, amino acid, organic amine, antiseptic, pH regulator, water, and natural or synthetic emollient oil.

The main efficacy composition comprises 4 raw material components and the synergistic interaction effect of the raw material components is as follows:

① panthenol (D-panthenol)

Excellent deep moisturizing performance: the panthenol has a small molecular weight, can effectively permeate into the horny layer and infiltrate into the horny layer on the surface of the skin, has a strong moisturizing effect, effectively improves the roughness of the skin, makes the skin soft and is not sticky.

② Artocarpus heterophyllus leaf/stem extract

Has sunscreen effect; the water locking capacity is strong, the water locking capacity is similar to that of hyaluronic acid, but the molecules are 5000 times smaller than that of hyaluronic acid; relieving skin and improving redness; a natural cell activator.

③ Glycerol phosphoinositide choline salt

Can relieve and treat skin allergy and inflammation, and is safe for pregnant women and infants.

④ Dunaliella salina extract

Skin conditioner: the natural product obtained from the dunaliella salina can completely wrap the cells, not only can protect the complete cells, but also can cure and damage the cells, thereby conditioning the skin and having extremely strong effect of delaying senility.

The four components have synergistic effect, and play the effect of relieving and repairing skin together.

Inhibition of inflammatory factor activity or release: glycerophosphoinositide choline salt;

antioxidation: a dunaliella salina extract;

repairing ultraviolet-induced cell damage and skin redness by extracting leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus, panthenol, and glycerophosphoinositide choline salt;

activation of fibroblast activity proliferation: extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus, panthenol, and choline glycerophosphoinositide salt;

and (3) enhancing cell viability: extracts of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus and Dunaliella salina;

wound healing/tissue regeneration/keratinocyte enhancement: extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus, and panthenol.

The preparation method of the cosmetic composition with the effect of relieving and repairing comprises the following steps:

1) dissolving 0.01-0.1% of glycerophosphocholine salt into 10 times of pure water, heating to 60 ℃, uniformly dissolving, and cooling to normal temperature to prepare 10% glycerophosphocholine salt solution;

2) adding 0.01-0.1% of dunaliella salina extract into the step 1), homogenizing and dissolving uniformly;

3) adding 0.5% -5% of panthenol and 0.25% -2.5% of extract of leaves/stems of Artocarpus heterophyllus into step 2), dissolving uniformly, and making into cosmetic composition with soothing and repairing effects.

The cosmetic composition having soothing and repairing effects according to the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following examples, but the present invention is not limited to the following examples.
