A small-sized filter bag type filter comprises an outer shell, a cylindrical filter bag, a feeding pipeline and a discharging pipeline, and is characterized in that the outer shell is in a capsule shape and consists of a cylindrical main body part with one closed end and a hemispherical cover body part positioned at the upper end of the main body part;

the inner part of the upper end of the main body part is fixedly connected with an annular end plate, the lower end of the inner ring surface of the end plate is fixedly connected with a sleeve with two open ends, and the sleeve is made of a sieve plate;

the filter bag is arranged in the sleeve and is hermetically connected with the end plate through a flange connected to the opening end of the sleeve;

the feeding pipe penetrates through the top of the outer shell and vertically extends to a position close to the bottom of the filter bag, and the feeding pipeline is provided with a plurality of material outlet holes extending over the pipe body;

the discharging pipeline is connected with the bottom of the outer shell in a penetrating way.

A compact filter bag filter as defined in claim 1, wherein said end plate is provided at an upper end thereof with an annular connecting portion adjacent to an outer circumferential surface thereof, an outer surface of the annular connecting portion is provided with external threads, and an inner side of a lower end of said lid portion is provided with threads, and the lid portion is connected to the annular connecting portion by screw-fitting.

3. A compact pocket filter as defined in claim 1 or 2 wherein said sleeve has a length less than the length of the filter pocket.

Technical Field

The invention belongs to the technical field of filtration, and particularly relates to a small-sized filter bag type filter.

Background

In the chemical production process, in order to ensure the quality standard of chemical products, intermediate products are generally required to be filtered, and the filtering generally adopts a cloth bag filter, but the existing cloth bag filter has a large structure, is complex in structure and is not suitable for the filtering requirements of small batches.

Disclosure of Invention

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a small-sized filter bag type filter, which has the advantages of small volume, simple structure and ideal filtering effect and can meet the filtering requirement of small batch.

In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a small-sized filter bag type filter, which comprises an outer shell, a cylindrical filter bag, a feeding pipeline and a discharging pipeline, wherein the outer shell is in a capsule shape and consists of a cylindrical main body part with one closed end and a hemispherical cover body part positioned at the upper end of the main body part;

the inner part of the upper end of the main body part is fixedly connected with an annular end plate, the lower end of the inner ring surface of the end plate is fixedly connected with a sleeve with two open ends, and the sleeve is made of a sieve plate;

the filter bag is arranged in the sleeve and is hermetically connected with the end plate through a flange connected to the opening end of the sleeve;

the feeding pipe penetrates through the top of the outer shell and vertically extends to a position close to the bottom of the filter bag, and the feeding pipeline is provided with a plurality of material outlet holes extending over the pipe body;

the discharging pipeline is connected with the bottom of the outer shell in a penetrating way.

Further, for convenience of installation and maintenance, an annular connecting portion is arranged at a position, close to the outer annular surface, of the upper end of the end plate, external threads are arranged on the outer surface of the annular connecting portion, threads are arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the cover body portion, and the cover body portion is connected with the annular connecting portion through thread matching.

Preferably, the length of the sleeve is less than the length of the filter bag.

According to the invention, the outer shell is in a capsule shape, so that the overall size can be effectively reduced, and the feeding pipeline is deeply inserted into the filter bag, and the surface of the feeding pipeline is provided with the material outlets all over, so that the filtering efficiency can be effectively improved. The bottom of the sleeve is open, so that the blocking effect on the bottom of the filter bag can be reduced, and the filtering efficiency can be further improved. The dust remover has the advantages of small volume, simple structure and ideal filtering effect, and can meet the filtering requirements of small batches.

The present invention will be further explained below.

As shown in figure 1, a small filter bag 2 type filter comprises an outer shell 1, a cylindrical filter bag 2, a feeding pipeline 3 and a discharging pipeline 4, wherein the outer shell 1 is in a capsule shape and consists of a cylindrical main body part 10 with one closed end and a hemispherical cover body part 11 positioned at the upper end of the main body part 10;

the inner part of the upper end of the main body part 10 is fixedly connected with an annular end plate 5, the lower end of the inner annular surface of the end plate 5 is fixedly connected with a sleeve 6 with two open ends, and the sleeve 6 is made of a sieve plate;

the filter bag 2 is arranged in the sleeve 6 and is hermetically connected with the end plate 5 through a flange 7 connected to the opening end of the sleeve;

the feeding pipeline 3 penetrates from the top of the outer shell 1 and vertically extends to a position close to the bottom of the filter bag 2, and a plurality of material outlet holes 8 are formed in the feeding pipeline 3 in a manner of extending over the pipe body;

the discharge pipeline 4 is connected with the bottom of the outer shell 1 in a penetrating way.

Further, for convenience of installation and maintenance, an annular connecting portion 9 is arranged at a position, close to the outer annular surface, of the upper end of the end plate 5, an external thread is arranged on the outer surface of the annular connecting portion 9, a thread is arranged on the inner side of the lower end of the cover portion 11, and the cover portion 11 is connected with the annular connecting portion 9 through thread fit.

Preferably, the length of the sleeve 6 is smaller than the length of the filter bag 2.

In the invention, the outer shell 1 is in a capsule shape, the whole volume can be effectively reduced, and the feeding pipeline 3 is deeply inserted into the filter bag 2, and the surface of the feeding pipeline is provided with the material outlets 8 all over, so that the filtering efficiency can be effectively improved.
