Background

The tungsten-molybdenum rod wire is rolled at high temperature and high speed. The rolling temperature is usually between 1300 ℃ and 1700 ℃, and such high temperature is a great challenge for the rolling mill guide and guard device. Hot die steel such as 3Cr2W8V and 4Cr5MoSiV1 is adopted as a manufacturing material of the rolling mill guide in the prior art. The rolling mill guide made of the materials has quick abrasion at high temperature, can not continuously and stably guide and support a rolled piece, and causes the rolling rod to deflect when in rolling deformation and even fall into a blank to form ear and other rolling defects under serious conditions. And the guide and guard parts are frequently replaced, so that the production efficiency is further low, and the production rhythm is seriously influenced. The guide and guard made of materials which are more wear-resistant at high temperature are always the pursuit direction of tungsten-molybdenum bar rolling technology. The material with excellent wear resistance at high temperature, such as hard alloy, TZM (titanium zirconium molybdenum alloy) and the like can be used for manufacturing a guide device of a tungsten molybdenum rod rolling mill. However, these materials are expensive, time consuming and expensive to machine into the appropriate cavity shape.

Detailed Description

In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the technical solutions of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the specific embodiments of the present invention and the accompanying drawings. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely a few embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments of the present invention without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the guide device of the tungsten-molybdenum bar wire two-roll mill of the invention comprises a guide body 1 and an inner insert 2. The guide body 1 is of a cavity structure and comprises a flange end portion 10, a cylinder main body portion 11 and an avoiding end portion 12, a cavity is arranged inside the guide body 1 in a penetrating mode along the direction of the central axis of the guide body 1, the cavity comprises a conical hole 13 and a round hole 14 in a horn mouth mode, the conical hole 13 starts from the flange end portion 10 and ends at one part of the cylinder main body portion 11, and the round hole 14 starts from the conical hole 13 and ends at the avoiding end portion 12. The inner insert 2 is arranged in the round hole 14 of the guide body 1, the inner insert 2 is of a hollow cylinder structure and comprises an inner hole 20 and an outer cylinder wall 21, the inner hole penetrates through the inner insert 2, and the outer cylinder wall 21 is matched with the round hole 14 of the guide body 1.

The guide body 1 and the inner insert 2 are connected through hot press fit, and the outer cylinder wall 21 of the inner insert 2 and the round hole 14 of the guide body 1 form a matching surface. After the guide body 1 and the inner insert 2 are assembled, the cylindrical main body part 11 of the guide body 1 is installed on a guide seat of a tungsten-molybdenum bar wire two-roller mill and is fixed with the guide seat of the tungsten-molybdenum bar wire two-roller mill through the flange end part 10. The bell-mouth-shaped taper hole 13 of the guide body 1 is used as an inlet of a tungsten-molybdenum rod wire rolled piece, so that the tungsten-molybdenum rod wire rolled piece can conveniently enter the guide device, the avoiding end part 12 of the guide body 1 forms an avoiding surface, the installation of a roll ring of a two-roll mill for the tungsten-molybdenum rod wire can be avoided, and meanwhile, the guide device can be closer to a rolling deformation area to stabilize the rolling process. The inner hole 20 of the inner insert 2 can effectively guide and support the tungsten-molybdenum rod wire rolled piece to enter a rolling deformation area, so that the rolling process is stabilized, and the tungsten-molybdenum rod wire rolled piece is prevented from deflecting after being subjected to rolling deformation stress.

Preferably, the guide body 1 is a symmetrical two-piece structure, and the two symmetrical pieces are formed independently and combined to form the guide body 1. Also preferably, the inner insert 2 is of a symmetrical two-piece construction, the symmetrical two pieces being formed separately from each other and combined to form the inner insert 2.

Alternatively, the flange end portion 10, the cylindrical main body portion 11, the escape end portion 12, and the taper hole 13 and the circular hole 14 of the guide body 1 are integrally formed. Also optionally, the inner bore 20 and the outer barrel wall 21 of the inner insert 2 are integrally formed.

Preferably, the shape of the inner hole 20 of the inner insert 2 is adapted to the cross-sectional shape of the rolled tungsten-molybdenum rod wire product, i.e., if the rolled tungsten-molybdenum rod wire product has an elliptical cross-section, the inner hole 20 is also elliptical, and if the rolled tungsten-molybdenum rod wire product has a circular cross-section, the inner hole 20 is also circular. Furthermore, it is understood that the cross-sectional dimension of the inner bore 20 of the inner insert 2 is larger than the cross-sectional dimension of the introduced tungsten molybdenum rod rolled piece, so as to facilitate the passage of the tungsten molybdenum rod rolled piece.

Preferably, the cross-sectional shape of the bypass end 12 may be conical, circular arc, truncated cone, or the like.

Preferably, in order to adapt to the rolling temperature of the tungsten-molybdenum rod wire rod of 1300-1700 ℃, the manufacturing material of the guide body 1 can be hot-work die steel, carbon tool steel, high-speed steel and the like; the inner insert 2 can be made of high-temperature resistant materials such as TZM alloy, hard alloy and the like.

Through reasonable structural design and proper material selection, the wear resistance of the guide device of the tungsten-molybdenum bar wire two-roll mill is obviously improved, and the manufacturing cost is further reduced. Meanwhile, the guide and guard device of the tungsten-molybdenum bar and wire two-roller mill can smoothly support and guide a tungsten-molybdenum bar and wire rolled piece into a rolling mill deformation area to complete a high-temperature rolling deformation process, the tungsten-molybdenum bar and wire rolled piece is not easy to deflect in the rolling process, and rolling defects are avoided, so that the problems that the guide and guard device of the tungsten-molybdenum bar and wire two-roller mill in the prior art is not wear-resistant, is short in service life, frequent in replacement, high in manufacturing cost, low in production efficiency, high in rolling defect occurrence rate and the like are solved.
