Technical Field

Background

The die is a tool for making a blank into a finished piece with a specific shape and size under the action of external force, and is widely used for blanking, forming stamping, die forging, cold heading, extrusion, powder metallurgy piece pressing, pressure casting and the forming processing of compression molding or injection molding of products such as engineering plastics, rubber, ceramics and the like. The die has a specific contour or cavity shape, and the blank can be separated (blanked) according to the contour shape by applying the contour shape with the cutting edge. The gear ring is embedded on the outer edge of the flywheel after being heated, and is fastened on the outer edge of the flywheel after being cooled, and is used for being meshed with a starter gear to drive the crankshaft to rotate and start the engine. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the forging die for the gear ring provided by the invention comprises a main die 1 and a core roller 2, wherein a forging piece 3 is arranged between the main die 1 and the core roller 2. The core roller 2 is sequentially divided into an upper sharp section 201, a middle section 202 and a lower sharp section 203 from top to bottom, and one end of the middle section 202, which is adjacent to the lower sharp section 203, is provided with a groove 204 with a large bevel angle.

Further, the groove 204 is composed of an upper inclined plane, a vertical plane and a lower inclined plane, an included angle α between the lower inclined plane and the horizontal plane is 38-42 degrees, an included angle between the upper inclined plane and the horizontal plane is 116-119 degrees, and the middle section 202 is of a cylindrical structure.

In the embodiment, the forged piece 3 is a special gear for a train, the material of the gear is multi-alloy steel, 40CrNiMO, the more alloy elements, the greater metal stress and the harder the forming.
