referring to fig. 1 to 3, a special-shaped surface finishing tool includes a fixing portion and a polishing pad; the fixed part is connected with the polishing disc;

the polishing disc comprises an outer ring 2, an inner ring 3, an elastic component 4 and a polishing block 5; the outer ring 2 and the inner ring 3 are coaxially arranged, one end of each elastic component 4 is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the outer ring 2 along the circumferential direction, a plurality of holes matched with the elastic components are formed in the inner ring 3, and the other end of each elastic component 4 penetrates through the hole formed in the inner ring 3; the end parts of a plurality of elastic components 4 on the inner side of the inner ring 3 are all connected with a grinding block 5.

As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a simple tool for finishing a special-shaped surface comprises a fixed part 1, an outer ring 2, an inner ring 3, springs (64) 4, a polishing block (64 blocks) 5, a belt fixing block (64 blocks) 6, vulcanized rubber (64 blocks) 7 and belts (64 strips) 8.

The periphery of the outer ring 2 is provided with a fixing device 1 which can be fixed after the last process of the machine tool for finishing and polishing; the fixing device 1 can also be designed as a handle for manual working, for manual operation. The outer ring is connected with 64 springs 4 inwards, 64 holes are uniformly distributed in the inner ring at 360 degrees, and the springs 4 are perforated and connected with the grinding block 5. The outer ring 2 and the inner ring 3 are connected into a whole by an annular connecting piece to prevent the spring 4 from bending.

The sanding block 5 comprises a sand belt fixing block 6, vulcanized rubber 7 and a sand belt 8. A total of 64 blocks formed a 64 sided polygon. One side of the abrasive belt fixing block 6 is rigidly connected with the spring 4, and the other side is connected with vulcanized rubber 7; abrasive belts 8 are attached to three sides of the vulcanized rubber 7.
