The inkjet-printing carriage assembly of claim 1 wherein the ink path dispensing module comprises: the ink storage box is communicated with the top of the ink overflow box through an air pipe, the ink storage box is provided with an ink source interface, a plurality of first nozzle ink pipe interfaces and an air path interface, the ink source interface is connected with an ink path supply system on the ink jet printing equipment, the first nozzle ink pipe interfaces are respectively connected with inlets of all the nozzles, the air path interface is connected with an air path system of the ink jet printing equipment, the ink overflow box is provided with a plurality of second nozzle ink pipe interfaces, and the second nozzle ink pipe interfaces are respectively connected with outlets of all the nozzles.

9. The inkjet printing carriage assembly of claim 1 wherein the bottom surface of the beam has sliders at opposite ends thereof, the inkjet printing apparatus having guide rails corresponding to the sliders, the bottom surface of the beam having a linear motor.

The invention is described in detail below with reference to the figures and the specific embodiments.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an inkjet printing cart assembly, comprising: the device comprises a trolley support 1, a spray printing module 2 arranged at the bottom end of the trolley support 1, a UV lamp module 3 arranged on the trolley support 1, a spray head control module 4 arranged on the trolley support 1, and an ink path distribution module 5 arranged on the trolley support 1.

The liquid level meter 513 monitors the amount of ink stored in the ink tank 51 in real time, and triggers the ink supply system to pump ink to the ink tank 51 when ink is insufficient. The ink overflow box 52 is provided with a plurality of nozzle ink pipe interfaces two 521, the nozzle ink pipe interfaces two 521 are respectively connected with the outlets of the nozzles 24, the positive pressure of the air path system realizes the ink outlet control of the nozzles 24, and the state of the ink drops at the ink outlet of the nozzles 24 is maintained when the air path system is switched to the negative pressure.

Because the vertical beam 12 is positioned at the middle trunk of the whole ink-jet printing trolley assembly, and the spray printing module 2, the UV lamp module 3, the spray head control module 4 and the ink path distribution module 5 are all arranged on the vertical beam, the stress of the whole set of ink-jet printing trolley assembly is balanced, thereby ensuring stable operation. Because all the functional modules integrated on the trolley support are not shielded by other supporting structures at the front, the back, the left and the right, maintenance personnel can conveniently maintain the whole set of ink-jet printing trolley assembly outside the equipment.
