For military vehicles and other specialty vehicles, it is desirable to have a ride function when the tire is damaged and deflated, which requires the rim to be easily fitted with run-flat devices. At present, a steel rim safety wheel which can be assembled with a support body of an air-leakage traveling device is widely applied to special vehicles, but the safety wheel is heavy in weight and complex in assembly process, and can be maintained and replaced only by special press-fitting equipment, and the maintenance guarantee performance of most military vehicles in service is greatly limited. On the one hand, the integral structure of the rim causes inconvenience in disassembly and the like, and in addition, the design of a local structure also causes inconvenience in inflation and deflation maintenance of the tire as the arrangement of an upper air passage of the rim.

In addition, at present, the tire gradually shows the development trend of tubeless tire, and the rim is required to have good sealing performance.

Along with the further enhancement of the requirements of light weight of the rim and the cost performance of the whole automobile, the aluminum alloy rim is increasingly widely applied, and the aluminum alloy rim has the greatest advantages of small mass, oil saving and consumption saving. However, the large-size aluminum alloy rim needs a forging process, the process is complex, and the material cost and the processing cost are high. In contrast, steel rims are heavy but less expensive.

To facilitate understanding and implementing the invention by those of ordinary skill in the art, embodiments of the invention are now described with reference to the drawings.

Firstly, in order to conveniently install the run-flat device, the rim is designed to be in a split connection structure formed by the inner rim and the outer rim, and the inner rim and the outer rim are designed to be in a detachable connection structure in a bolt connection mode. Further, in order to ensure the connection sealing performance of the inner rim and the outer rim, a sealing groove can be formed by inwards recessing the outer edge of the inner rim, and the sealing groove and the inner concave angle of the outer rim body of the outer rim form a sealing space for accommodating an O-shaped sealing ring.

The split rim is compact in structure, is a shallow-groove flat-bottom split rim convenient to install, and is used for installing an air-leakage driving device; the structure of the built-in air passage of the spoke plate and the inner rim body is compact, and the sealing design without an inner tube is adopted, so that the structure is compact, and the central inflation and deflation system of military and special vehicles is convenient to use; the rim provided by the invention has the advantages that the wall thickness is thinner, the built-in air passage is additionally arranged, the problem of mounting the inner support is solved, the traditional inflating valve is omitted due to the built-in air passage structure, the structure is compact, and the whole vehicle assembly is convenient; the rim material can be high-strength steel for wheels, and the material cost and the processing cost are lower than those of an aluminum alloy rim.
