Background

The low beam of the automobile is an important component of the safety illumination of the automobile, and the low beam illumination area of the automobile changes along with different loading conditions. For safe driving, the low beam light regulations require that the lighting position of the low beam light can be properly adjusted according to different loading conditions; usually, the angle is 2 degrees, the upper angle is 2 degrees, and the lower angle is 5 degrees; therefore, the low beam lamp system needs a dimming system to adjust the light type of the lamp, so that the low beam lamp lighting system can reach the required lighting area; the current adjusting mechanism for the dipped headlight has short service life, is not smooth to adjust and is easy to clamp.

Furthermore, the universal adjusting mechanism comprises a one-way fixing lug and a universal fixing lug, and the one-way fixing lug is arranged on the dimming support; the universal fixing lug is arranged in the unidirectional fixing lug; and motor shafts of the adjusting rod and the upper and lower dimming motors are respectively connected with the universal fixing lugs which are matched with each other.

Furthermore, the central point of the supporting rotating shaft, the central point of the adjusting rod and the central points of the upper dimming motor and the lower dimming motor are sequentially connected to form a right triangle.

Furthermore, a limiting groove is formed in the inner side of the one-way fixing lug; the outer side of the universal fixing lug is provided with a convex rib, and when the universal fixing lug is arranged in the one-way fixing lug, the convex rib is matched with the limiting groove.

The invention has the beneficial effects that: simple structure, universal guiding mechanism can alleviate when adjusting, adjust the mutual loss of part, increase the life of adjustment part.
