4) then purifying by a pulse dust collector, leading out the treated flue gas by a draught fan, and discharging into the atmosphere by a chimney;

5) the dust collected in the pulse dust collector is conveyed to the dust bin through the second scraper coke discharging machine, humidified by the humidifier and then transported out through the dust transport vehicle.

The tamping coke oven comprises a coke oven body, a machine side coke pushing car, a machine side coal charging car, a coke side coke guide, a coke tank car and the like. The traditional coke oven dust removal system consists of a coke oven coal charging dust removal system and a coke discharging dust removal system, wherein the coal charging dust removal system is responsible for the flue gas purification treatment when a coal charging car charges coal, the coke discharging dust removal system is responsible for the flue gas purification treatment on a coke side when coke is discharged, and the dust removal of a coke pusher is mostly purified by an on-board dust remover. In recent years, with the generation of 6.25m stamp-charging coke ovens and 6.78m stamp-charging coke ovens, the issuance of emission standards of pollutants for coking chemical industry (GB16171-2012) issued in 2012 and the issuance of increasingly strict emission standards in places such as Hebei, Shanxi and Shandong, the particulate matter emission of coke oven dust removal systems is required<10mg/Nm3The traditional coke pusher vehicle-mounted dust removal process cannot meet the smoke dust removal and purification requirements of a large tamping coke oven, so that the problem of urgent need to be solved in the existing coke oven production is to study the side dust removal of the tamping coke oven machine by combining the operation system of the tamping coke oven.

The research on the operation system of the coke pusher and the coal charging car finds that when the coke pusher and the coal charging car are operated, a part of operation time is overlapped; according to the research on the smoke dust escaping from the oven door when the coke pusher on the coke oven side is operated, the smoke dust contains a large amount of dust and other particulate matters, and also contains tar and a part of water vapor, and the smoke gas components are very similar to those of the smoke gas components of the oven end smoke of the coal charging car, so that the research on the two-in-one dust removal system and the process for the coal charging and the coke pushing of the coke oven side are an optimal way for solving the problems of coke pushing and dust removal of the tamping coke oven, and are economic and environment-friendly.

The coal charging and dust removing flue gas port valve is arranged on the top of the coke oven and is in butt joint with a coal charging car through a pneumatic actuating mechanism.

The device also comprises a first scraper conveyor, a bucket elevator, an adsorption bin, a coke block bin and a feeding device; the coke block bin, the feeding device, the bucket elevator and the scraper conveyor are sequentially connected; the scraper conveyor is arranged at the top of the flue gas adsorption and purification device, and the adsorption material bin is arranged at the bottom of the flue gas adsorption and purification device.

The device also comprises a grid type discharge valve, a second scraper conveyor, a dust bin and a humidifier; the grid type discharge valve is arranged at the bottom of the pulse bag type dust collector and is connected with the second scraper conveyer, the second scraper conveyer is connected with the dust bin, and the humidifier is arranged at the bottom of the dust bin.

A coke oven machine side coal charging and coke pushing two-in-one dust removal process specifically comprises the following steps:

1) when the coke pusher normally operates, the air suction cover sucks smoke generated by the furnace door of the machine side to the water sealing device and then enters the dust removal connecting pipeline of the machine side;

2) when the coal charging car charges coal, a pneumatic actuating mechanism on the smoke guide car opens a coal charging and dust removing interface valve, and flue gas escaping from the furnace door on the machine side in the coal charging process enters a coal charging and dust removing connecting pipeline and then enters the machine side dust removing connecting pipeline;

3) after the two kinds of flue gas are converged in the machine side dust removal connecting pipeline, the two kinds of flue gas are conveyed to a flue gas adsorption and purification device through the machine side dust removal connecting pipeline, and tar and water vapor are removed through the flue gas adsorption and purification device;

4) then purifying by a pulse dust collector, leading out the treated flue gas by a draught fan, and discharging into the atmosphere by a chimney;

5) the dust collected in the pulse dust collector is conveyed to the dust bin through the second scraper coke discharging machine, humidified by the humidifier and then transported out through the dust transport vehicle.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

1) the system is simple and efficient;

the machine side coke pushing dust removal and the coal charging dust removal are combined together, and two sets of pipelines are combined into one dust removal system for centralized treatment, so that the existing environmental protection requirements are met, the system design is simplified, and the dust removal efficiency is high.

2) The applicability is wide, and the method can be widely applied to newly built coke ovens and reformed coke ovens;

in the newly-built coke oven, the machine side coke pushing and dust removing and coal charging and dust removing two-in-one design is adopted, the system is simple, the occupied area is saved, and the one-time investment and the operating cost are reduced; in the reformed coke oven, a machine side coke pushing and dust removing water sealing device and a pipeline system can be added on the basis of a coal charging and dust removing system, the reforming cost is low, the occupied area is small, and the application range is wide.

3) The automation degree is high, and the control is simple;

the variable frequency fan can be respectively interlocked with the coal charging car and the coke pusher, the automation degree is high, and the system control is simple.
