the asphalt oxide disperser comprises a plurality of baffle plates which are uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the same circumference of the tower body, the connecting parts of the baffle plates and the tower body are obliquely arranged, the free ends of the baffle plates extend towards the central axis direction of the tower body, and the free ends of the baffle plates form an air inlet space for a vertical air inlet pipe to pass through in the tower body; the two sides of the baffle are respectively provided with a dispersion plate, and the free ends of the dispersion plates are arranged in a downward inclined manner and form a trapezoidal structure with the baffle; the baffles on the inner wall of the tower body are arranged in multiple layers, and the two adjacent layers of baffles are opposite in inclination direction and are arranged in a staggered mode.

Technical Field

The invention relates to asphalt production equipment, in particular to an anti-coking asphalt oxidation tower.

Background

Bitumen oxidation is today a bitumen production process in oil refineries. The asphalt producing apparatus has one asphalt oxidizing tower, and in order to improve the technological indexes of asphalt, including softening point, penetration degree, etc. to reach the use performance of the product, purified air is blown into the asphalt oxidizing tower to raise the softening point and lower the penetration degree and temperature sensitivity of asphalt and to reach the requirement of asphalt specification and use performance. The method has the following defects: the distributor has uneven contact area with air, is difficult to completely contact, is easy to coke and block distribution holes, has short operation time (3 to 6 months), and needs to be shut down periodically for cleaning, thereby reducing the working efficiency and increasing the maintenance cost. In addition, because the falling speed of the asphalt in the tower is unchanged, the contact time of the asphalt with air is short, the oxidation is uneven, the asphalt is stirred only by the upward force of the blowing wind, the stirring effect is poor, the asphalt is insufficiently oxidized, and the material is easy to deposit at the bottom of the tower body.

Disclosure of Invention

The invention aims to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide the anti-coking asphalt oxidation tower which is reasonable in structure, can effectively prevent asphalt from coking at an air outlet, is large in air outlet area, can increase the contact area of the asphalt, is uniformly contacted with the asphalt and has a good oxidation effect.

The technical scheme is as follows: an anti-coking asphalt oxidation tower comprising:

the device comprises a tower body, wherein the top of the tower body is provided with an asphalt feeding hole and an exhaust hole, the top of the tower body is also provided with a motor, and the bottom of the tower body is provided with an oxidized asphalt outlet;

the air inlet distributor comprises a transverse air inlet pipe which is positioned in the tower body and arranged in parallel with the bottom of the tower body and a vertical air inlet pipe which is perpendicular to the transverse air inlet pipe, the vertical air inlet pipe comprises a fixed part fixedly connected with the middle part of the transverse air inlet pipe and a rotating part rotatably connected with the fixed part, the top of the rotating part is connected with a motor output shaft through a rotating shaft, and a plurality of air outlets are formed in the vertical air inlet pipe and the transverse air inlet pipe;

the asphalt distributor is arranged in the tower body and is positioned below the asphalt feeding hole, the upper end surface of the asphalt distributor is an arc-shaped distribution disc, the edge of the distribution disc extends downwards, and the asphalt distributor is arranged at the upper part of the vertical air inlet pipe and is rotationally connected with the motor through a rotating shaft;

the anti-coking device comprises a plurality of umbrella cap covers arranged on the transverse air inlet pipe and a plurality of anti-coking discs arranged on the vertical air inlet pipe, and the diameter of each umbrella cap cover is larger than that of the air outlet and is positioned above the air outlet; the anti-coking disc is positioned above the air outlet, has a diameter larger than that of the vertical air inlet pipe and is vertical to the vertical air inlet pipe;

the asphalt oxide disperser comprises a plurality of baffle plates which are uniformly distributed on the inner surface of the same circumference of the tower body, the connecting parts of the baffle plates and the tower body are obliquely arranged, the free ends of the baffle plates extend towards the central axis direction of the tower body, and the free ends of the baffle plates form an air inlet space for a vertical air inlet pipe to pass through in the tower body; the two sides of the baffle are respectively provided with a dispersion plate, and the free ends of the dispersion plates are arranged in a downward inclined manner and form a trapezoidal structure with the baffle; the baffles on the inner wall of the tower body are arranged in multiple layers, and the two adjacent layers of baffles are opposite in inclination direction and are arranged in a staggered mode.

Preferably, the transverse air inlet pipes are of a rice-shaped structure or a spiral structure which are arranged in a staggered mode, and the air outlets are evenly formed in the air inlet pipes.

Preferably, at least one air outlet is formed in the vertical air inlet pipe between two adjacent layers of baffles, and the anti-coking disc is arranged above the air outlet.

Preferably, the dispersion plates of two adjacent layers of baffles partially overlap in circumference.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the air inlet distributors are arranged transversely and vertically, so that air inlets at different positions in the tower can be met, and the asphalt at different positions can be oxidized, so that the asphalt is stirred to be mixed with air, the flow direction of the asphalt can be changed, the dropping speed of the asphalt is reduced, the contact area of the asphalt and the air is increased, and the oxidation effect is improved; the umbrella cap cover and the anti-coking disc are respectively arranged above the air outlet, so that on one hand, the air outlet area can be increased, the asphalt is uniformly contacted with the air outlet area, the oxidation effect is good, on the other hand, the high-temperature asphalt can be blocked, the coking and blocking time can be delayed, and the service cycle can be prolonged; the inner wall of the tower body is provided with a plurality of layers of baffles inclining in different directions, and the baffles are arranged to be of structures with inclined dispersion plates, so that the falling asphalt can be prevented and dispersed; secondly, the flow direction of the asphalt can be changed, so that the air is contacted with the asphalt in multiple directions, and the contact area of the asphalt and the air is increased; thirdly, the multilayer baffles are arranged in a staggered manner, so that a reverse blocking effect is achieved in the falling process of the asphalt, the contact time of the asphalt and air is prolonged, the stirring effect is realized, and the oxidation effect is improved; meanwhile, the vertical air inlet pipe is driven to rotate by the motor, so that the air flow drives the asphalt to move, the flowing direction and the flowing rule of the asphalt are disturbed, and the effects of stirring and increasing the contact area with the air are realized.
